Very disappointed in the outside staff. This was our second time coming here and there's not really much of anything telling you where to go and some guy dressed in red came up to us holding his hands up asking what we were doing and very rude saying we were going the wrong way. Also getting you to back all the way up to the pile and risk getting screws in your tires is crazy. Most places get you to put it out and they push it up. Definitely not worth dealing with.
I liked this place before, but i went yesterday afternoon from far away and I wasted my time and lost money doing so.
I told the lady that I had this large pièce of aluminum that I needed to unload separately from the other métal.
She told me where to unload and return to her.
I complained when I got paid 10 cents per pond instead of 68 cents and she told me there was plastic in it.
She should have told me it was not aluminum to her before I unload.
I lost $162 on that piece.
This is not honest, I've been ripped off.
Thus place wants to register you with fingerprint, ID,. Plates. Address and everything else. Wifi? Plus the pay you not enough like in lakeland. I dont recommend it..go somewhere else

What a joke this place is… made us back into a pond to unload our trailer that was full of prepared aluminum and steel and intended to give me 100 dollars…. Jokes on them
Great place to take your scrap metal hard-working and prompt staff that do their best to get you in and out of there as quick as possible can you give you the most money for your scrap metal
Went with a friend. Their printed receipt showed the containers weighing twice their weight. I weighed everything before we went there. They calculated #2 copper when it should have been #1. They are a rip off!
Allied Scrap pays out the best prices and the employees are great. Excellent experience with the inside crew, Jesse, Kristen, Rose, and Frank. They made sure I always got a receipt. The outside crew were very helpful as well. I will not go anywhere else!

If you’re looking for some fast, efficient, and friendly place this definitely isn’t the place. Half the yard workers don’t know anything it seems then the other half sit and talk to each other then ignore you then when you say something to them they try to fight you. Especially when the place down the street pays out more.
Very disappointed in Allied I drove a long way because of your prices it wasn't worth the trip very unorganized establishment the crew unprofessional I was in the gate by 4:16 and they only took half of my metal because the workers wanted to go home the way I was treated was ridiculous and uncalled for to say the least I will NOT be back and I didn't even get a receipt
Great people there. They were very helpful with the entire process. I'm glad there are services like this in my vicinity. I will definetly use their services in the future.
Amazing service and staff. I was able to bring in 11 dump trailers of various material to recycle and everyone was top notch and prices were very fair.

Everyone was very nice and polite and overall it was a good experience! Angelo was very helpful and was in a great mood where as Frank was a grumpy and ornery man. The pricing was fair. Just so everything is clear and there's no confusion if it weren't for Frank, I would have given a 5-star review! Everybody else was very nice and pleasant! I apologize for any confusion
First time customer and could not have been more pleased. Drove in, got weighed and was second in line to get backed into the claw. Had two old riding mowers and the operator picked them off my trailer without putting any extra pressure on my axles. Very good operator! Pulled out, got weighed again then got paid. Very easy and very pleased! Thank you.
Prices go up and down depending on the market. The guys here go above and beyond. They will help u out and let you know.... "Hey u can get more money if u clean this up ... Or they help u understand the differences in copper 1 or 2 or bright. Always looking out for your best interest.
I've been coming here since I was a kid riding with my grandpa. That was 1972 and been bring my scrap here ever since. Honest, good service and fair prices. Plus it's a family business so they take it personal. Good people.

Mack who helped my son return the soda cans was very helpful and explained in detail how it all worked.
Gave us some helpful hints as how to prepare metal before bringing it to get the most $$$.
Will definitely be going back.
