Took some scrap metal, an old washer and grill. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Just wish the scrap price was higher, but was about the same as other metal recyclers around. My only complaint is trying to get in and out of the small parking lot can be difficult.
They sell copper and brass and all that stuff. It would be nice to haggle for repeat customers, haha, But I've had great experiences there. And it's a metal shop. Nobody gets the greatest customer service when people are lugging around metal all day. All in all, good experience and a good place.
Very helpful when I bring my mixed tote- they happily sort it. They even make suggestions for how you can w/ little effort clean up your metal to make your scrap more valuable. Pleasant staff
Man, I love this place! They have a backroom with recycled stainless steel where you will find a pretty good variety of items for about 1/3 the cost of new metal. Super friendly staff, and cuts are only a buck.
STR always has quick and friendly staff. They are always able to answer my recycling questions and make an extra effort to get to know their customers! Highly recommend!
Always friendly and polite to me. The recycling area gets me cashed out quickly even when I am not sure what I am bringing in. Their second hand shop area is always a stop for me, never know what might be waiting. The metal side has made me very happy with my purchases. Even cut to size I needed.
