Absolutely the best towing company around and he doesn’t charge an arm and a leg! Highly recommend!!!!

My situation is/was a desperate situation to say the least. I am a veteran who lives with my disabled wife and elderly father in law who has dementia and sundowners. I am facing eviction, just started a new job, in law falls and goes into er, my mother does the same thing,, all while trying to move and find a place to live. The gentleman showed up as expected and on time. Was very nice. I went in to get the info from my bank to pay and, unfortunately, something unexpected had hit and I found myself with only $13.00. I know tow yards will charge once they lift a vehicle so I ran outside as fast as I can. He already had the vehicle in the road and lifted. I explained what had just happened and just told him to drop it where it is. He said to pay him when I get the money. I cried. This isnt just a quick tow. He said he will tow it and make sure its secured in the storage he was taking it to. ?. This gentleman knew NOTHING of my situation. He only knew he was there to tow an suv to storage. This was literally just the other day so I haven’t paid him yet. I will absolutely make sure he is paid at least what is due. I cannot thank him enough and recommend his service without hesitation.

Not an opinion you liar - you caused scratches to my car. Pay up or I will take this to small claims.....He ripped me off when I was in a very difficult situation and overcharged me then he scratched my car. The scratches didn't appear on its own. Very distraught, angry, and upset. He refuses to pay to fix the damages.

Amazing show up time, very respectful, and quick thinking with how my son had his car parked. Made sure not to mess the car up more than we had already and brought it conveniently to my driveway, parking it in the driveway for us. Didnt charge a fortune either, my home was maybe 2/3 miles away, but still. 100% recommend! Thank you again R& G towing! You are amazing!

I have dealt with various tow companies in the past but this company is by far the BEST! They towed our sons truck from Citrus County to New Port Richey. We could not be with the vehicle but they stayed in contact with us every step of the way. We felt very comfortable and confident in their ability to safely transport the truck. They really helped us when we were in a pinch. Excellent company, excellent service and decent people!! I highly recommend them to all of my family and friends in need of tow services!!

They are sanity savers! My car broke down on my way home from work on one of the coldest(for Florida) evenings. I called so many tow companies and they either couldn't make it in a reasonable amount of time(if at all) and they were all overpriced for the distance I was being towed which was literally about five miles. When i called this company someone answered right away and got there in less than an hour. I had to also call for a second tow a couple days later and had them tow me again for the second time. I will be telling friends/family that if they need a tow this is the place to call. Thank you again

I called after not having luck with any other tow agencies. They had my car moved within the hour! Very friendly and all was done over the phone. You can send your payment and receive an invoice all without having to go to the car. I’ve been very busy and this service was just worst I . Plus it was done quickly and efficiently. 5*’s I would recommend to anyone

Service was great. I had called other tow companies and one told me my car was not worth towing and others said why not take it closer. I searched again and found 1st Choice Towing and noticed their 5 star rating and decided to call them and boy was I glad I did. Spoke with Geo and he said sure I can tow your car. Never questioned why so far (35) miles. All he said was I will be there in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great service.

I called early this morning and less than an hour later I had my car towed. I did a Google search and was amazed to find a towing service with five stars but I see exactly why. The dispatcher was very nice. The driver ,Geo, showed up quickly. He was very nice and professional. The rate was very fair. Will definitely be my go to business whenever I need assistance on the road.

Quick response! My son was broke down on a very busy 6 lane highway and unable to move his vehicle to a safe place. Everyone I called said the wait would be 1.5 to 2 hours. Obviously concerned for his safety I called 1st Choice. Not only were they quick to respond (arrived in under 20 minutes) they were incredibly professional they were extremely careful not to damage my sons very rare collectors vehicle. Already stressed about my car being wrecked, it was so nice to have such a thoughtful driver come to my rescue! He made taking my car away on a tow truck not so terrible. He was fast too.
