I would never deal with this company again! They destroyed my vessel by their carelessness and negligence; all because they thought they knew better than my mechanic (which they did not). Now instead of taking any responsibility or having the decency to talk to the customer, they have chosen to not return phone calls and hope it goes away. Absolutely not the actions of a reputable company.

Our recent experience with SeaTow Clearwater was absolutely **outstanding**! On July 7th we had issues with our sail drive while coming to Clearwater from Panama City. We called SeaTow in advance to let them know we would need assistance docking our boat and they advised calling 2 hours out from our arrival. When we were 2 hours out, we contacted SeaTow again and Captain Ryan promptly began communicating with us and providing the best plan of action and navigation through the shallow areas of the Clearwater Bay. Ryan was incredibly professional and knowledgable of the area and safely guided us into an overnight slip. The following day Captain Ryan and Captain Dave assisted us by moving our boat into a longer term slip. What could have been a very stressful situation was made so much better by their friendly and excellent service. Further more, Ryan provided local restaurant and activity recommendations. Ryan and Dave welcomed us and made us feel right at home. As a SeaTow member I highly recommend SeaTow Clearwater to any boater in the area – they truly are your lifeline on the water!

Captain Jay Martinez with Sea Tow was awesome today! We broke down in shallow water and he was able to get to us and get us home without a hitch! Highly recommend!

Keegan was amazing. Just had to have our deckboat towed. Keegan came to our rescue quickly. He was so knowledgeable and quickly turned our tears to smiles. He made us feel safe and took over the situation with professionalism plus a little humor. We just love Sea Tow. Every boat owner needs to have this for peace of mind and to save $$$$$. THANK YOU

Saved the day! From the initial phone call to the final dock our experience with Sea Tow Clearwater Port Richey was excellent. Keegan was the Captain of the Sea Tow Boat. His knowledge and expertise kept us calm and focused. He is totally professional and his skills with a boat were amazing. He guided our much larger boat into the dock with the precision of a pilot boat captain in a large port. Thank you all for your assistance!

My Captain Keegan was the bomb!!!! He was so polite and very knowledgeable. I would hope that everyone that needs help has the pleasure of getting him as you rescue captain. Yes; under the circumstances I couldn't have asked for a better guy to come and rescue us. I cant say enough about him Captain Keegan you rock!!!

Got stranded out on the water and needed a tow: was getting late and had my 7 year old with me . Captain Jay made good time to get to us . Made the hookup easy and brought us in. He was very polite and helpful . Would recommend this service without reservation. Captain Jay was excellent and given the circumstances , made everyone feel secure . Five stars because there no option for 6!

Out fishing just off the coast of Anclote Key and noticed we were taking on water. Called Sea-Tow on the radio, and by luck, Keegan just happened to be about a mile away from us. When he arrived on scene, it was obvious he knew exactly what to do. He was knowledgeable, professional, calm, and reassuring. He expertly drained our bildge and then towed us in. In what could have been a moment of panic, Keegan provided a sense of confidence and peace to the situation. I can't say enough about how thankful I am for Keegan and the entire crew at Sea-Tow!!!

Capt Keegan was the best captain around he got there so quick and was SO knowledgeable! Definitely the best captain around and recommend him any and every time you won’t find a more knowledgeable captain around here and so friendly and made you feel like family! Thanks Keegan you rock!

I called today out from a boat launch. I was told that they couldn't follow the pylons in to the canal to the launch where I was. I had to find a tow back even with the insurance. I don't get why they couldn't get me when it is a local launch on the same canal I was on. I could understand and if was a shallow one or now a main canal. This was as main as it gets. I wonder if they were just super busy and couldn't get go me. This was very weird. I pray they do better for others

Captain Jay Martinez with Sea Tow deserves 5 stars for providing superior service. I scheduled dock to dock tow for 8 am and he arrived at 745. I needed the the tow to the Marina because my hydraulic steering failed. Captian Jay had steering fluid and the applicator on board. He topped off the steering fluid and allowed air bubbles in the line to work out. Steering was fixed and now I can take it to my mechanic to assess the seals. He also went above and beyond to answer my questions by providing additional information on other topics about servicing a boat.Thank you captain Jay!

Thank you Cpt. Keegan. I have had SeaTow for about 10 years and have never had to use it until the holiday weekend. I called and Keegan was there in 15 minutes. My batteries were so dead we had to leave jumper cable connected for 5 minutes to allow the batteries to charge. We finally jump started the boat and he followed me part way home to make sure the boat was running okay. Keegan thank you for being a good guy! Scott

Captain Keegan could not have been more helpful. Me and my friends were stuck out in the water and couldn’t figure out what the problem was. Captain Keegan showed up and had it fixed almost immediately!! He was a great help and a really nice guy and even though it was a sucky situation, he found a way to make us laugh about it.

Captain Keegan was amazing! He is hands down the best help to have out on the water! When the boat wouldn’t start, he had no issue helping us figure out what was going on and offered the best advice! Thanks for the help at the flats yesterday. Hands down THE BEST!

Captain Keegan, helped us through so much stress. We went out to the sandbar and our motor wouldn’t turn over, we spent 3 hours trying to fix it before giving in and calling seatow, we are members and they pinned our location and within 10 minutes our hero (Captain Keegan) showed up!! He instantly gave a fresh breath of air and fixed and explained what was wrong with the motor. Couldn’t have had a better experience!!

Captain Keegan saved us!! Went out to the sandbar on Sunday and boat decided it wanted to break. I worked on it for about 2 hours then decided to just call Seatow and Keegan showed up and had the motor running in just shy of 30 minutes he was able to save our day. Very knowledgeable and a very nice guy.

I hired BoatUS towing because they are less expensive. I also got a 25.00 discount for finishing the free boat safety course offered by them online! Sorry Seatow but I gave you five stars anyway. BoatUs got there very quick and did the job well! I was close to tarpon springs when I needed help and they were there in less than 30 minutes!

Had to use Sea Tow services today to rescue my Sea Ray 23 Cutty. Captain Neal Palmer was dispatched. We must complement him on his professionalism, seamanship and pleasant manner. Thank you Captain Palmer!

First time boat owners. Took her out for a shake down cruise and ended up with shifter issues. Couldn't get it going. Captain Neal showed up in no time. We only needed a tow for about a hundred yards. Upon arrival I told Capt. Neal that this was my first time doing any of this and he immediately reassured me. He explained everything and got us towed and taken care of in no time. He was courteous and polite. Exemplary service. Got my money's worth out of this service on my first day out on the water. Would recommend it to everyone.

Captain Neal's service went above and beyond to help a fellow boater. Three years of Sea Tow and first time calling for assistance, I used the phone app to call for tow(3 miles offshore,) worked seamlessly. Captain Neal arrived and did a quick assessment, towed into calmer waters and started troubleshooting/repairing fuel line issue. We were able to get repaired and running again with Captain Neal's experience and expertise. I was able to successfully boat home safely. Thank you Sea Tow for all involved did a great job, it is great to know I have you on my side while boating! Highly recommend Sea Tow for any boaters!

Captain Neal Palmer was terrific today in helping us get in after an electrical issue. He came aboard and ran diagnostic checks on the batteries and tried to jump us but the problem persisted. We were underway back to the dock 1:30 after making the call. Thanks Captain Neal and thanks Sea Tow. Worth every penny.

CaptainNeal Palmer was the BEST. It was the simplest thing wrong but being new boat owners we totally missed it. He shared a few tips with us and had us on our way quick. Hope to not need Sea Tow again but feel great to be a member now. Safe and Secure. Thank you Captain Palmer!

Captain Neal Palmer was amazing. Took five minutes to figure out the problem. Helped fix it enough to get us back to the dock without causing any damage to our motor. He was kind, friendly and Sea-worthy gentleman. Great job and thanks for your kindness towards my daughter too. He even checked on us to make sure we made it back to the dock. Thank you again.

5 yr member and had to use Sea Tow for the first time today. Very seamless situation. Dispatcher was very nice and helpful with information. Capt. Neal arrived not too long after making the call. We tried a quick repair of a busted radiator hose with tools and tape he had onboard, but due to the limited space in the engine compartment, we couldn't get the hole sealed good enough and we didn't want to risk the hose busting completely, so we went for the tow. Very thorough instructions and a safe, quick tow back to the dock. Capt. Neal even got us back before a big storm blew in! Being a member definitely paid for itself, as this would have been a $450 tow bill without it. I definitely recommend the service, thanks Neal!
