This guy is a one man show. Says it's 24 hours but its not. Can't get the car out over the weekend. The car went in Friday night but had to wait till Monday to get it out. Very expensive and i feel that i shouldn't be charged for the first weekend especially if you won't pick up the phone so i can get my vehicle! This guy is all about the money. Probably won't help you if you really need it. Very unprofessional and disrespected to me.

Dan, the Man, was wonderful. He helped us get my husband's car out the mud by our pond. He was so efficient. I thought the car was stuck was for good. But no, Dan worked his "magic." Can't thank him enough!

Very disrespectful when my fiancé called. She was just trying to figure out how much it would be to get my boat out but the guy she was talking to threatened her by saying he should’ve towed another vehicle. We own also jumping down her throat not letting her talk. Very unprofessional!

Awesome & helpful ! I was in a rush to get my car towed in a certain time frame so I could get it repaired the same day, & the owner went above & beyond so I could avoid a wait so I could get it to the shop in time! Very accommodating as I was at work & wanted to get all this done while I was at work & they made that possible!!

Really helped me on a very busy Friday night when I broke down. Told me 30 minutes and made it. Handled my classic car with care and it was much appreciated.

I was out of town, my wifes Expedition wouldn't start at the local Walmart she was with my 2 young daughters 11 and 8 at night.. She called Blue Diamond and they came out within 30min, the owner gave her a deal and waited with the until the uber driver showed up. Blue diamond towing was on point on time and came through with excellent customer service the driver Scott was amazing he was wise and thorough and took care of us regarding the car having to be towed to the Kia dealership I would recommend blue diamond towing to anybody. I had a great service experience by this company, Scott was my tow truck driver and he was quick to the scene, careful and helpful in the way he loaded my car up, and was very professional throughout the process. Fees were average but I didn't have to go a long distance anyway.

Scott was dispatched to help us and I was given a time of 1 hr, he was there in half the time. Very knowledgeable and helpful with our truck. He was so professional and explained everything to us on how to fix our problems. I would always recommend him. Treated us with great respect and that's hard to find as a woman. I truly appreciate that and him for everything.

My car was towed because of overnight parking rules in my community. The "tow guy" (as I called him) was just doing his job, and I couldn't have been angry with him even if I'd wanted to. He was SO nice! His price was more than fair, and my car was undamaged. If I ever need a tow service I will call Blue Diamond and I recommend you do the same.

One of the parents at our school was locked out of her vehicle by her child on accident, we called Blue diamond and within 8 minutes they were on site helping this parent! It was amazing, I forgot to ask the drivers name but he was more than helpful and amazing. I would definitely recommend this company, they are one of a kind and the driver was so amazing! Could not have called a better company! Thank you for coming to our parents rescue!

My car broke down in the middle of the road and when I called they gave me a fast service and did not have to wait as long as other companies I first called. The driver was excellent and kept the situation positive. He was very friendly and genuine. For the situation that I was in, the driver did a great job and had great customer service. Overall I am truly great full that there are still nice people like my tow truck driver.

Owner came in and with a lot of creativity fixed my stupid mistake. Fast and easy and made sure that the vehicle will be with zero damage. When my road side assistants will expire and i will need someone to get me out of the mess (hopefully never) i will definitely call him if it’s in the area!

Daniel is by far the BEST tow truck driver I've ever seen!!!! He was quick and came to us within 5 minutes, nicest guy you'll ever meet I would totally use him again...he really is the best driver I've ever seen he managed to put our oversized Suburban into a tiny driveway on a narrow road with our Nissan also sitting in the driveway!!! AMAZING!!! THANKS AGAIN DAN!!!!

He towed my husband's car after a accident and brought it to his facility. Then he proceeded to keep the car hostage for more than 10 days to collect storage fees. So therefore, it took us 10 days+ to pay for the rental, more storage fees and had to pay for another tow to the repair facility. I highly recommend you use another tow company.

I called for roadside service on my mothers Hyundai, they said it would take 2 hours, but Daniel was over within 10 minutes. He was polite and professional. I appreciate your quick response, after putting air in the tire I was able to have the tire checked and extra time to visit my Mom in the hospital, Thank you!

Found out the hard way my 2015 Hyundai Elantra didn’t come with a spare. Had to have the car towed to the dealership after a flat. Daniel was professional and kind and was there right on time. Cannot recommend this company strongly enough. Call them for your towing needs.

Daniel just picked up my car. Its a mustang and he was very considerate to the front end not getting scrapped up driving it up. Put some boards down for me. Great service and very friendly! First time ever getting a tow and the experience was great. Would use again. Thank you Daniel.

The same guy has towed two of our vehicles and he is horrible. He's rude and disrespectful and wouldn't give us his name after being asked twice. Cursing to my mother and gave us a hard time over everything. I wouldn't recommend this company, at least not this guy, to anyone. You're better off waiting 3 hours for AAA.

I waited for 90 minutes for AAA when I needed a tow truck. When I called for an update, I was told it might be another hour. I cancelled the service & went online to look for another tow company. DANIEL from BLUE DIAMOND TOWING was at my car in about 15 minutes. Daniel was courteous and took care of everything in 10 minutes! If I ever need a tow again, BLUE DIAMOND TOWING is who I would call. Excellent Service. Everywhere else said it would take 45 mins to an hour to get to us. Daniel got there in 5 mins. He helped every possible way he could to get the car started so that it wouldn't have to be towed. Unfortunately it did but Daniel was very nice & even put the truck neatly back in our driveway. Most places just leave it where ever. Thanks to Daniel this will be the only towing service I will call from now on.
