Steppe’s Towing is everything you want in a tow service. They arrived when promised, driver was professional and I thought the price was reasonable. I hope I never need their service again but if I do, they are my go-to service!
The absolute worst towing company. Called over 25 times in 2 days not 1 answer. The yard listed is no longer open. The google page hasn't been updated. They can't reach the owner because they DON'T EVEN KNOW HIM. I was FORCED to pay an extra day due to their INABILITY to answer the phone or even have someone answer. I'm currently on hold with no answers. Only answers they have is the amount you owe. They also towed the car over an hour away. ? I then tried to apologize for being angry and he just ignored me. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS TOW COMPANY EVER
A friend of mine needed directions and where his car has been told to you so I was just trying to help him out it was very successful and it was cheaper than he thought it was going to be. Yea.
At 5 in the morning my starter went out at the gas station and I needed a tow back home. These guys were the only ones open at that time so I didn't really have a choice. I legitimately needed to go three streets down on the same road to my home and it was going to cost me over $160 but I didn't have a choice. The driver called me after 10 minutes and said he'd be there in 45 mins, 2 hours later he still hadn't shown up and didn't answer the phone. By that time other places were open and I called a different company who towed me for less than than half the price that Stepps was going to and they showed up in 30 mins. Go somewhere else if you can
I feel I was ripped off. Sheriff had the boat towed that was from a crime allegedly committed by a chop shop..not me as I was a victim. Stepps told me $315 on Friday then $456 Saturday. Only cash and no receipt. I had no idea they even had the boat until Friday. Geesh
Was not happy to be here lol but never the less the women who helped us was Awesome she was very sweet calm and kind which made the kick in the stomach alot easier.
My 98 honda civic hatchback was impounded. Once arrived on scene i noticed my car interior had been shifted around. I had an 800$ computer (ecu) for my car sitting on passenger seat as my car was towed off. (Officers wouldnt let me get anything out). Upon leaving the lot I noticed my computer is no longer in my car and is now missing and my interior had been tampered with. They told me theyre not responsible and to have fun with filing a claim.
