There’s a reason WFB has been in business for over 50 years….ive never had such amazing care and professionalism when it comes to customer service, let alone with my battery order. There is truly one company that sets themselves apart from the”other guys” and that’s WFB. I have dabbled with other battery companies throughout the south East part of the US, and I will ONLY work with Kirkland Jack and his team of professionals. Dakota was so insightful and made installation easy as can be. I can’t speak highly enough of the family at West FL battery. Their brand and services are unmatched. Most people don’t know this, but WFB battery donated a brand new golf cart to a local high school marching band when that bands old golf cart was stolen. I mean who does that now a days???? That shows how committed they are to give back to their community and continuously show their gratitude to others. Thank you WFB……..

The service tech was early for the appointment. He listened to my concerns and determined that my golf cart batteries were still functional and reset the starting of the cart. Only a charge for the service call and was very honest in his discussion with me.
