Offering a cheaper price online than in store, and saying that you cannot make adjustments to your prices in store. You are literally the same company selling in two different venues and yet you can't price match yourself. Then when the order is put online you want the customer to come back later in the day to pick it up even though they're standing right there. That was my first, and probably last time I will be in that store.
This place is an excellent source 4 top Quality Auto Parts very knowledgeable staff much better than your typical AutoZone or whatever they usually only Deal in wholesale but they will cater to walk in traffic if you can find them! LOL
This place is an absolute joke. The most incompetent parts store I've ever delt with by far. Never a smooth, straight forward transaction with these people. There is ALWAYS a problem. It's either their inferior products or their poor customer service and sometimes its both. Save your self the aggravation and use any one of their competitors, you'll be glad you did. Hope this helps thwart some poor unsuspecting customer from beating their head against the wall out of frustration. ☺
