I was travelling & conducting several business stops & came across this location. Very clean and reasonably priced! The nice lady at the front was kind enough to explain everything and show us around, demonstrating how things work. A++++++++ Hopefully, you can open in Kingsland!

Convenient when you don't have a washer and dryer at home or need to wash big items.

Customer service lady must hate her job.I tried to give her a compliment and she was a real Itch and it wouldn't even talk to me didn't even smile she treated me like I was disgusting nothing like the lady from when I was there Sunday she was amazing.Over all laundry mat is clean a bit pricey but clean.If you hate your job that much find something else.And also don't judge a book by its cover you don't know what people are going through.Not everybody is trash like you obviously think they are.For the love of God smile for once your a beautiful lady but bad attitude.

I've never used a laundromat, so I went in just to look it over and to see how it worked. I'm looking around. I'm a little confused, so I see an attendant and I start asking questions. She's so rude, so nasty. her answers were short and with attitude. So I definitely will not be going to that location at all.

The machines are old, rusted and dirty. The largest machines 9.95 washed my whole load never dispensed any laundry soap

It was very clean and machines were nice only thing I could say negative is the lady either hates the job or the people..if you asked a question it seem to piss her off so go.. just don't ask questions even if you have nvr been and a newby there like I was..they do not take change you have to buy the laundry card and load it with money for the machine..that is located on the back wall..that was what the one question I was kind of frowned upon for asking since I was nvr there before..I was so taken back I forgot what my 2nd question was ? ? that being said not gonna say anything negative about the facility itself as I said it was clean and had ac and the machines worked perfectly..Maybe she was just having a bad day!

Their machine works great. But the worker who is in there now nov 6 2024. Made me fill like an inconvenience like she couldn't help me anytime I asked her for help she had an attitude for no reason. I'm sorry that I did not understand the machines and did not understand why it was not taking the money off my card but I did have money on my card and you seen that but she was still rude and nasty for no reason I really hope you have a God blessed day.

1☆ For the rude attendant. I would never take anything there, and I hope all 5 MILLION people who have read my reviews see this. I don't normally write bad reviews but this one is well deserved. I was waiting to ask about getting some things dry cleaned ,and the attendant was not just rude to the people she was talking to, but down right nasty. The man had a cart full and the lady customer was inquiring about dropping off some things. The customers were as nice as could be through the entire lecture. After the way she talked to those two I just walked out. The attendant was so busy speaking her mind I don't think she even noticed me. She has to be the owner because no one that obnoxious could keep a job dealing with paying customers.

Clean, the machines require you to use their reloadable card. Easy to use. A lot of size options. Parking is the only bad thing. It's a small lot and folks up quickly. Restrooms for customers.

I drove extra miles to come here and avoid the places in Jax. I'm glad I did. The place is decent. Better than most. I'll be back. Update: I had to knock a star off bc there aren't enough carts.

Clean, safe, good people. Medium front loaders are $3.75 and take about 20 mins. You do have to buy a card, but you can use a credit card and add in $1 increments. There are a couple of outlets outside that you can plug your phone charger into.

The machines look filthy, and the person working here was somewhat snide with me when all I asked her was if she accidentally took the laundry cart I was using which had my nearly full box of dryer sheets inside of it. She acted as though I was accusing her of something. Completely unfriendly and professional. Won't be coming here again.

We are out of state and this place is clean. It's our 2nd visit and I am impressed. Well staffed. The machines run great. It's safe and you can wash everything in the house efficiently. Seriously love it. Almost as good as home. Thank yoi. Vending machines are well stocked with washing options. No coins! Genius!

I will NEVER come back to this place. I left my clothes here for right at an hour and a half washing, I’m not sure how long they were done for. But there were PLENTY of washing machines open and for some reason the attendant took my clothes out of the machine and put them in a clear garbage bag. When I asked why she said “because someone else needed to use that machine”. As a paying customer who was already using that machine I couldn’t believe my clothes had been taken out and put in a trash bag, if you ask me that’s exactly what this place is TRASH.

I have to say that no one likes losing their hard earned. I left my card in the machine, and Michelle was so helpful. She is always very helpful with her interactions with everyone I have seen thus far. I am sorry, she had to contact the owner on an early Sunday morning. But she could have easily said, "We would have to get back to you." But, she didn't she tallied up what was needed an old school mathed and customer serviced me way over the 5 star rating allowed. Was every bit 8 probably 10 stars Thanks 10 fold!

Jim is the nicest, place clean and pleasant environment to wash your dirty clothes!

This place always smells so clean and great!! Ms. Melanie keeps the place in tip-top shape. She is always cleaning, mopping, painting, etc......she does it all!!! Honestly I feel like this place would fall apart without her!!

Michelle is THE BEST. The facility is always clean. She's very kind and sweet. Always pleasant when we come and we frequent is quite often. The machines are always clean also. And they work! We don't go anywhere else.

Decided to go wash my dog beds and utilize the pet wash while their beds were washing. I was having a moment, and couldn’t figure out how to use it, and a lovely employee was more than willing to come assist me in getting it up and running. They also have been having issue with the soap dispenser so she also offered me some additional pet safe soap to use in place of the shampoo dispensers. Will definitely return when they need washing again! Thank you!

This is a very good laundromat. It’s clean, well lit and open 24 hours. The machines are in good working order. If not there is a person there who fixes them. Employees are very helpful and very friendly. I like the plastic cards you have to get to use the machines. It’s much easier than carrying around change or folding money to feed into the machines! This is my second visit and I’ll be back when I need to clean our big blankets and quilts.

I really like this laundromat, for one they keep it clean and also they aren't super expensive. The dryers don't get super hot and mess up your fluffy blankets, which is a good thing, in my opinion. They were adding about 4 or 5 more washers as well. Overall, it is nice and clean, and usually, you do not have to wait on a washer or dryer. Now, if it is super busy, then you will wait about 15 or 20 minutes, but 95% of the time it is not super busy.

Place is great. Especially if you suddenly ha e to wash your over sized comforter in the middle of the night due to a sick child or animal companion. Needs more chairs though. Lots of decently priced machines and seems to always have someone on shift.

My husband and I go here all the time, when where in town. One of the most clean laundry mat. They machine wash really good and doesn't break down like most places. The attended is nice and very helpful. I wish a lot of laundry mats was like this place. Not that expensive to was for the amount of clothes we washed. Less than 50 dollar. This will always be our go to place.

This is easily one of the best Laundromats I've ever visited. The friendly staff offers a multitude of services like 24 hour drop off/pick up, and alterations. The premises is always clean, the machines are well maintained, and the prices are amazing! (An added bonus is the do-it-yourself pet wash station outside.)
