Sold me a faulty brake booster, and now I'm out over $400 on labor to get the thing replaced again. Save yourself some coin and buy from somewhere else. My grandpa used to run an Advance Auto Parts, but the quality has really deteriorated since then...
Had a really great experience this morning at this location. Woke up at home to a dead battery on our Jeep and took it in to be tested and replaced.
Tom at the store verified the battery did need to be replaced and got us a good price on a 4-year battery, came out and installed it, and had us underway in about 20 min.

I told them the year, make, and model of my car yet they sold me the incorrect part. I went to return the part the SAME day of purchase WITH a receipt, and was told they would neither allow a refund nor exchange.
I was helped by a nice man named Brayden. He tested my battery and explained to me what was wrong and that my battery might last a little longer but I decided to just get a new battery instead of getting stuck somewhere in the heat. I don’t remember how long ago I got this last battery so I was probably due for a new battery soon. Thanks again.
Where should I start! I purchased a battery with a warranty June of 2023 I found myself stranded in the Raceway parking lot for 8 hours with a dead battery and once I finally got someone to take my battery out so that I could get it exchanged at Advance Auto and I went not once but twice to get it checked by two different individuals and they both let me know per their machine it was working perfectly fine. Well I take the battery get it installed and I get home and after a good 14 hours of running to my non surprise I go outside to crank my car and take my children to school and it’s dead. So now after paying $125.00 to get it towed the first time I have to spent another $125.00 to get it to Davis. After Davis ran the test on my car to my absolute surprise Mrs Dawn calls and tells me it is simply a bad battery !
I decided to simply allow Davis to put a new battery in and I paid them for service and I had the piece of mind of being told the truth and taken care of. A battery under warranty less than a year old cost me over $800! You guys don’t take care of your customers and if not for Kammie caring and taking action I would be stuck with 2 batteries!
Like to give a big shout out to Kammy. She is always helpful and very knowledgeable. Even though she handles her commercial accounts, she would always manage to help out with front counter customers. She is the reason why I keep coming back to t b is store.
I found myself a couple hundred yards away and in need of a new battery. The team at Advance Auto was awesome. They helped me find the correct replacement and loaned me all of the tools needed to change it. They even remembered the socket for the cross member. The whole process was easy and great. Thank you.
I got my brakes and brake light bulb from here and the man went outside to check the make of my car since you no I don't have any knowledge on vehicles..He might have been just trying to get away from my 6 year old yelling and wanting candy 🤣 but anyways I appreciate customer service like this! Beyond excellent!
I went in this location to inquire about brakes. An employee by the name of Kammie was rude in the way she spoke to me and told me I should go to AutoZone instead. Her attitude was deplorable and she thinks it's cute to be nice-nasty with the customer. I will take my business elsewhere per Kammie.
Another quick need for a part today. Ranbhere and they had exactly what I needed as usual. Staff knew exactly why I needed as usual. Good job so far with this parts store.
I was having troubles with my battery, still under warranty, they swapped it out with a New one.
Compliments to their Customer Services, they will install new wiper blades, batteries, Test your electrical system, etc.
To me Advanced Auto Parts, is going a step above to offer these Services to their Customers,

Advance Auto Parts can do just more than car parts I work on small engines and they have helped me out with little odds and ends things that I need for far as everything else I have done a lot of car work and had nothing but good luck on their parts real polite people in there they have some of the best sales ribs that you could ever have

Sadly I bought a part I thought I needed, an alternator, the problem was the battery... I can't return the alternator even if I never use it.
Super helpful, I came up frantic not knowing they were about to close. They both stayed to help even after they were technically closed. Excellent customer service!
I went to AutoZone first, and they couldn't even acknowledge my presence and so my next stop was there at Advanced Auto Parts. They had more people and were still about to help with the exact things I required. All the staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. If you're in Yulee and have automotive needs that's no doubt where you need to go.
Service was great, the guy working there was really nice and when they were out of what I wanted, I was able to pay there and pick it up at a nearby Advance.
