These guys are awesome! I came in at 9 for a tire issue, they had me back on the road by 9:30! All of them were very polite too.

Nina was great and helped me coordinate my service. Would highly recommend the customer service and support was some of the best I've ever had! Thank you all again.

Man I can’t tell you how appreciative I am of this place, woke up at 630 went to go to the gas station and my tire had been slashed (no details needed) but I looked up the best price of one tire for my 06 Saturn vue 235/60/17 and here I am by 10am I was on the road headed to work. Will definitely be coming back to this to get my tires again. Thanks guys!!!

I just had to get my tires replaced and mavis is definitely the place to go. Amazing prices and fast, fantastic service!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

NEVER USE MAVIS IN YULEE. They are liars and cheat you out of money. Nina the manager had no smile and looked miserable working there. I had four new tires put on October 12,2025. I took a family trip last weekend, and one of my tires went flat for no reason. There was no hole or no nail. I even had the 24/7 tire company that came to fix my tire while out of town look at the tire before taking it off the rim and they said the tire was defective. I went in on a Wednesday, which was Nina‘s off day, just to be told that the two workers there couldn’t do anything about it that I needed to come back the next day. So I did that, and I walked in and Nina is sitting at the desk no smile, just a flat how can I help you? I informed her my problem. She said that she could not make that decision on refunding either. She had to call them the district manager, which she stepped outside to talk with him. The only thing I wanted was to be reimbursed $139 for this tire that was defective. The district manager said since it was four months past the time, it was actually only 3 1/2 months past, that he could not do anything about it. Mind you, no one looked at the tire either. Also, when I originally had my tires put on in October, sales person number four told me my brakes were gone and needed to be replaced soon. I went to another place because they wanted to charge me $1000 for front brakes. When I went to go to this other more reasonably priced brake place they informed me that my brakes were good and I still had 50% pad on them so Mavis is nothing but a bunch of liars who want to cheat you out of money. Never ever go there! I normally don’t complain or post bad reviews, but this is twice having a bad experience there. First being lied to about brakes and second being sold a defective tire.

Had a screw in our tire the day of our daughter’s wedding. Called Mavis in Yulee, explained the situation, and they got us in quickly to repair the tire and allow us to enjoy the day. We appreciated their help- our tire heroes! Thank you.

Ben went above and beyond. He brought his tools and put my spare tire in the parking lot of the Circle K, and then fixed the tire. I highly recommend Mavis Tire and Ben especially!

Ben checked me in. Justin changed my oil. I was a walk-in. The whole process took less than a half hour. I asked them to check my tire pressure and Justin filled them accordingly. They were both very friendly as well as the other counter person. The waiting area was comfortable and had USB ports. Total price was 99.40. I've been to Mavis in other states and not been disappointed. In hindsight I had to reduce my rating. I specifically asked them to check the tire pressure. They did not. I started filling my tires at their free pump after the oil change. The tech did come out and help, but they didn't fill them to the recommended pressure, just an around-that pressure. Plus, I assume they'll check my brakes in their "inspection", but my bill specifically states something like 'customer declined break check'. No. I didn't. I rarely give bad reviews.

I have had the pleasure of working with Nina and Ben on a few different fronts over the last few months. 2 of which were more emergent than the others. Within both situations, one being for my personal vehicle and the other being for a coworker who blew a tire on his way to work, their customer service and competitive pricing knocks it out of the park for me! I had just purchased a new vehicle and needed an inspection, oil change, and a new set of tires. They were not just fast with the service, but also thorough, and honest regarding what did and didn't need to be done on my new vehicle. They definitely show passion for their work at this location and are honest, which is difficult to come by nowadays! I recommend them to anyone for routine maintenance, opinions, or in a pinch. I send anyone who asks me for a good shop to them!

Fantastic service! They were able to quickly take care of my flat tire. Polite and courteous staff and a clean waiting area. Next tire change (or another flat) I will definitely get it serviced here!

I went to Mavis Tires for a set of four tires and was told all 20 lug nuts were overtightened and cross-threaded, requiring them to be torched off and replaced at an additional cost of about $1,200. I declined the service and got a second opinion, where I was told only 2 of the 20 lug nuts were an issue. Based on this, I would have spent over $1,000 more than necessary. Due to this experience, I would not recommend this location.

I come all the way from kingsland ga just for there services I’ve had multiple things wrong with my vehicle and each time I brought my vehicle. It has been fixed right away no issues after that Nina and Ben has always been excellent and very helpful

Always had good experiences with Mavis tire in Yulee. They are welcoming, take care of my tires and offer the free 20 point inspection if you would like. Came in with a low air and they said it would be a few minutes but they will take care of it! Thanks guys!

I had a flat tire issue. Nina who ran the front desk was excellent and got me in and out quickly. The facilities was super clean from the bathroom to the lobby. I highly recommend Mavis Yulee Fl and will be back!

6 Stars!!!! My wife and I were grocery shopping in Yulee, FL. One of our rear tires began losing air so we pulled into Mavis to see what had happened. We bought the tires from Mavis in 2022. At 4:15 pm on Sunday afternoon with store closing at 5:00 pm, Ben and the guys worked us in, pulled a screw out that we had run over and repaired the tire! We were back on the road before 4:45 pm. We will definitely keep going back to Mavis for our tire purchases!

I drive all the way from Kingsland just for the awesome customer service from Ben and Nina! They really go the extra mile to make sure my car is in great shape. They take the time to explain things and why I might need certain repairs, which has totally built my trust and made me feel like I’m not being taken advantage of. I’ve even recommended them to friends! Ben helped my mom out with a major issue when she got new tires from someone else. They didn’t tighten the screws on her tire rods, which could have been super dangerous! Seriously, they go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of.

Ben is an outstanding mechanic who truly knows his craft. He’s reliable, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is running perfectly. He’s honest, transparent about what’s needed, and doesn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. Plus, his friendly and approachable attitude makes the whole experience stress-free. If you need someone you can trust with your car, Ben is the guy to see. Highly recommend!

If you don't already have somebody taking care of your vehicles this is the place! If you do already have someone taking care of your vehicles, switch to Mavis immediately😊 Incredible customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient employees and a clean, easily accessible shop. So happy I was referred to them by my cousin who is also extremely satisfied customer.

Gabe and the crew really helped me out and were very understanding. they went above and beyond to get my car done last minute before a long road trip. everyone was very understanding and helpful. I will definitely be a recurring customer. they were the only shop in yulee that was able to assist me in the time frame i had.

Nina was great! I accidentally called a different mavis tires and luckily went to this one instead! (at 7:30 pm) I had a nail in my tire and Nina asked one of the gentleman in there if they could patch it up. Had me out in almost less than 20 min. Great service and staff!!

Great experience here today. Five stars and I have nothing but good things to say about my how well Mavis Tires does in excellence. So the situation was this. A pouring if not driving rain on State Road 200. Of course this is the right time to get a nice flat tire. 🌧️ Did I say it was raining pretty hard? So, I get pulled over. I'm more or less done with jacking up cars and the doughnut scene. The tactical question becomes: where to tow? This is where the excellence at Mavis begins very functional and practical website it also includes an online reservation system works very well. I made arrangements for the tow through insurance and I'm on my way to Mavis! ) Of course the rain has to stop as soon as the car is on the hook). Let's move on. Manager Max at Mavis is the definition of awesome. Quick assessment, action and explanation. What I think is most important is he took the time to listen, explained various options and he didn't try and push a sale forward. This is quality Customer service. I did have a short conversation about Mavis and all that they offer in terms of selection, pricing and support for what they are selling, which is significant. I'm definitely at five stars for Mavis. I think you'll be too. 🚙

The staff at Mevis are the best to work with. They are always willing to help and get me in and out quickly everytime I need something. I bring both my vehicles to them for all my tire, brakes, and alignment needs. Todays visit was the unfourtinate nail in the tire. Thank to John and his team for getting me squared away. Best shop in Yulee. These guys have worked on all my vehicles and I have never had a bad experience. They have amazing pricing to go with that great service. You only pay what it should cost...not inflated because the guy down the street is charging $100.00 more.

Today I took my car to Tire Kingdom. I was quoted $670 for front rotors and breaks. Are you kidding me? Just the front? I decided to take it to Mavis and I'm glad I did. I came 45 mins before closing and explained my situation. Jason checked to see if my parts were in stock and offered to do it today. Wow, the cost was just a few bux away from half the price of the other quote I got today. And the fact that they did it on the spot and were very friendly about it is priceless. Evey time I come here I leave a very happy consumer. Unlike every other place I've been. I will never again go somewhere else for things they can do and you shouldn't either!!
