Called to get a price on an alignment and was told $99. They took the vehicle in, checked it and said it did need some adjustment and showed me the print out. I said "ok", then they said the adjustment is $40 extra per wheel. I agreed because I wanted it to be right. All said and done after "shop supply fee" and "some other fee" it was over $200. So if you choose to come here just know the $99 includes nothing but an alignment "check" which is not what they tell you in the phone.

Amazing people. They were quick, friendly and honest. They had me in and diagnosed within 30 minutes. The repair was dealt with and on my request, they diagnosed some other items even though they knew I wasn't local and would have to go elsewhere for repairs. They just wanted me to have a good diagnosis and quote to make sure I was treated right when I got back. Oh and they drove me to get a rental 20 mins each way in the pouring rain. Thank you for being good people.

I was tired of throwing parts at my car, trying to fix a particular issue so I brought in for a diagnosis. Steve, their master tech pinpointed the problem within 20 minutes. Their shop manager, techs and front desk personnel are also very helpful and informative. Highly recommend.

My company has been using this shop since it opened. I have always appreciated the professionalism, knowledge and speed with which this shop operates. I will continue to bring my fleet of truck and trailers here!

I had the absolute worst experience ever with this shop! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! My car had broken down on 95 heading north while I was 4 and 1/2 hours away from home, and I had to have my car towed here because I didn't know what else to do because it was the only shop opened close enough to where I broke down. I told them that I knew that my fuel pump was bad but I didn't realize I shouldn't have been driving it long distance. Corey.. the manager.. told me not to worry about it and that they would be able to help. He also told me that I would want to get a diagnostics on it so they knew exactly what was going on with it. I had to go to Ohio to help my sick grandmother and let them know it would be sitting there for a while. Well after they got the fuel pump fixed they called me and told me that my axle was bad too and sent me a picture. I still don't know if that picture was even of my car but I went ahead and trusted it and had them replace that too. They had my car for 3 weeks. I got back to pick it up and sat in the car for about 45 minutes working before I wanted to hit the road again. I'm glad I did that because as soon as I pulled out of the shop and to the lights right by them, my car died and the check engine light was back on. I was able to get it started again and I brought it back over. Then a different manager whose name I'm not aware of but he's a very big rude dude, comes out and tells me "well you were the one that told us it was the fuel pump. So we just replaced what you told us to replace." That's when I lost it and I showed them my receipt and said "no, I paid for a $200 diagnostics that you guys told me I needed so that you were going to find out every bit and piece that's wrong with this car, and make sure you fixed it correctly." Right then and there they lost ALL credibility!! So they run another scan on it and they said that my fuel sensor is now bad. So I had to wait for 3 hours for all of this to get fixed. After everything was checked out, I got back on the freeway. That's when I hear this incredibly loud knocking noise coming from below my car. I got scared and called Corey back and he tells me that he'll call me back in 10 minutes. So I got off at the next exit. Then I'm sitting at a gas station for about 2 minutes and my car dies again! Corey calls me back and tells me to call the 800 number that's on the pamphlet that they gave me with my receipt. I call the 800 number and it's some Indian guy that works for a third party towing company. They asked me for my VIN number and everything else and I wasn't comfortable with that so I called my insurance company and had them come tow me. Now it's sitting at another shop, I'm in a hotel room that I paid for, and the other shop is telling me they replaced the wrong pump?!!? And they ripped the plate under my car while doing the axle so that's junk now too, and was the noise I heard. I called and spoke to the owner, Steve, who lied to me and said he did a diagnosis and it was the high pressure pump.. his employee already told me that they went based off of what I told them. Steve ended up telling me he's doing nothing to help me and ended up hanging up on me. WORST COMPANY EVERRR!! Just STAY AWAY!!

I will not be returning here. New issues became with my car after they replaced a cable for me. The cable had 3 delivery delays which left me without a car for an unnecessary amount of time and required me to pay additional out of pocket expenses to travel to work. I asked for them change the oil while my car was at the shop waiting for the new part and they were kind enough to not charge me for the service due to the unnecessary delays which was appreciated. When I got finally was able to pick up my car, the inside dash was covered in pollen and the 3 new lights were on that had no relation to the original issue. I will not be returning to the shop for those repairs

Well they have lost a customer!! I paid over 8k for a lift kits and Tires. Within 5k miles I started hearing a loud rattle in the rear. So My wife took the truck back to Pure auto and Steve called her stating that whoever installed the Lift kit did it wrong. That the rear U bolts were installed incorrectly and truck needed alignment. I Then called Steve and told him to look up my name and see that everything was installed at his shop. He Then apologized. He fixed the U bolts but did not do the front alignment that was done 2 weeks prior at their shop. When I drove the Truck it still had noise coming from the rear. So I get the Truck home and Found that the Bushings for the shocks were never installed. Steve then said it would be $350 for him to install a part that should have been installed with the $8k lift kit!!!

Awesome service! Other shops in the area quoted 2-3 days before they could receive a replacement tire for my vehicle. Glen from Pure Auto Center was able to get it delivered in a few hours, getting me back on the road before I knew it. So grateful for the team at Pure Auto Center!!

So after several days of struggle with an issue of trying to start my car on a consistent basis, I took it to two different places to get it fixed…there was definitely improvement, but the problem persisted. Midday today, a Saturday, on the recommendation from a friend, I called Pure Auto and asked if they could help. “Yes, come on in, but it might take a while to get you in - very busy “ End of story is a good one. In and out within 2 hours and they found the broken part, replaced it and gave the car a clean bill of health - all at a very reasonable price ( a third of the bills that I racked up at the previous two shops that didn’t have the expertise to fix the problem). Bottom line? These guys need to be your go-to team for your automotive issues and needs. They’re definitely my “home shop team” now.

Our engine seized up on our trip home from Fla to Pa. My insurance co sent a tow truck and they towed us to the nearest repair shop. I’m am so grateful it was pure Auto, they were amazing! They were so busy but took the time to get us in and hooked up to diagnose the problem. They were professional and understanding . They went over options and even though Hyundai was responsible for the repairs and pure auto wasn’t making any money from us , they still got us the info we needed and helped get us get on our way home, thank you Pure Auto Center for showing us there are honest repair shops out there that actually care about customers! You guys are the best!

First, Thank you to employees of this establishment for the amazing and honest help that was given to us in a time of an emergency! Our family was on the way home from Florida when our car started to shake like a salt shaker. We thought it was an engine problem and started calling all over. Pure auto was the only place to answer and they slipped us in even though they were booked out on Easter weekend. After the diagnostic it was due to a tire issue that visually we could not see until on the lift. If you want honest, fast and efficient people this is the place to go. If we stayed in the area they would have found forever customers.

We came in today with a small problem - we had an RV tire that needed a new stem. They assured us they had the correct materials and could get it taken care of in a timely manner. So, we dropped it off. When we came by about 2 hours later it was finished and ready to go exactly as promised. The price was unbelievably low. They took care of our problem with no fuss and no muss in a very professional manner. I wish all places were like this. So, if you need something with your tires or your car fixed I suggest you give them a shot at it. Two 👍👌

I would leave them zero stars if I could. Steve is a liar. We had a conference call regarding fees for work that wasn't done and myself and 4 others listened to the price this man agreed to. And we were going to pay although we didn't feel like we should and sent a worker to pick it up today and this guy blatantly lied and tried to extort more money. Holding the company's vehicle for ransom which has cost us thousands. He just does not understand who was sitting at the table, but rest assured, he will.

My husbands car broke down about 15 mins from the shop we had it towed there and were happy with the customer service at first until we showed up. If I’m paying for a diagnostic on my car that should mean you tell me everything that Is wrong with my car especially if you are charging 150 dollars per diagnostic. When we got there and payed almost 400 dollars for them to fix our car which only took a hour to fix might I add. I understand your employees need to feed their families but when the part cost 24 dollars and the rest was for labor… for an hour ??? Make it it make sense ….we turned on the car and the check engine light was on which was not on when we brought it in . I proceeded to ask as to why they only told us the one issue and not all the problems with the car and the only thing they could tell us was “well we were only told to get the car running”….. by who… not by me or my husband and then I proceeded to ask well what were the other codes?… “oh idk we didn’t write them down”. And then they wanted to charge us another 150 to run another diagnostic. Now we have to take more time to fix this next issue because from the start they didn’t mention anything about this second issue and returned our car to us with the check engine light on!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! We could’ve received a call saying I just ran the diagnostic this is all that popped up we can fix it for this price or we can just get the car running for this price. UNFAIR PRICES… UNPROFESSIONAL AND NONTHELESS IRRITATING!!!

I dropped off my car for 4 new tires and an oil change and a diagnostic on another problem. Prior to dropping off the car, I had zero tire pressure light on my dash that were lit up. After getting it back the tire light is on. I call and ask about it and I get told that they broke one while getting the air out of the tire. And the other one was already off and just spinning around on the tire. I asked if they broke it isn’t it their responsibility to fix it? Which the mechanic told me “no, it’s not my fault. We have to let the air out to change the tire” I simply don’t understand how it’s not their fault if they broke something.

I really appreciate the team that works here at pure auto from the owner, to the front desks and the mechanics. Every one made sure that I was safe and a satisfied customer. When I called them about the previous work I had done and the issue I was facing. The owner and one of his mechanics physically went over and beyond my expectations to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. I highly recommend this business for your auto needs.

I always bring my car to Pure Auto Center and have received great service. However, today was the icing on the cake. The owner Steve saw a post I made about needing electrical help with my car and messaged me directly. He understood I wasn't trying to break the bank as my car is much older and gave me a bunch of troubleshooting tips. You don't see too many businesses doing that these days, kudo to you Steve!

Drop my boyfriend truck off to get a alignment the guy was giving him extra attitude my boyfriend rolled it off he has wide tires and a lift kit was just happy it could get in and get a alignment. I called back a hours later just seeing what time it would be ready seeing that I had surgery to go to and he was going to drive me the guy gave me attitude saying he was looking for the control arms cause are control are to small and the cant Aline it ok cool I said o need the truck back to go to Jacksonville have to be there at 3 guy said it won’t be ready by 3 come get it it I said ok we’ll be there in a minute I talk to my boyfriend we decide to see what it would cost we get there the guys being very rude acting like we have no idea what we’re talking about “ boyfriends a road side mechanic” and they stopped looking cause we’re coming to get the truck I asked him to please look and let us know what it would cost he came back a few minutes he said it would cost 1500 dollars for two control arms labor and alignment ok cool you can charger what you want. We asked if they could just remove the leveling they said it won’t fix we need new control arm. Ok well just take it and do it are self then go get. Then my boyfriend gets to doing it and I’ve lost two Lugnuts I called back asked to speak to a manager and the manager is very rude with me. I asked him to not be rude of me and then he says here you go and slams the phone down and hangs up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the owner and they keep claiming they did not pull the tire off. So what I’ve learned is they are very rude to there customer so I’m never coming back and will recommend no one to go

These guys are very honest and true. I was having issues with the warranty company GWC and he got on a three-way call with them and me. He spoke his mind and tried his best to work things out. He's definitely my car guy from now own.

Dropped off my high mileage 10 year old commuter truck to have the catalytic converter replaced. Told them I was fine with a cheap aftermarket part , I was told that would cost more than it was worth in fab work. They then kept the truck two weeks waiting on parts. All communication was made by me. I picked up the truck carried it to another shop where it was fixed in 2 days with a non oem exact fit plug and play converter.

WOW! Wonderful service! We had a skid plate come down while on a road trip and they were incredibly kind and quick in getting it fixed. If we lived around here, we would definitely make this our place to go! Thank you Charles, Katie, and the rest of the team!

While traveling/relocating down the coast, my tire quickly lost air. The pressure was decimating so quickly that I would have easily been stuck for the night. The staff welcomed us in 30mins before close. The tire needed was out of stock, but the shop owner, Jeff Stewart’s quick thinking to utilize another store saved our trip! So thankful!! Above and beyond customer service! I HIGHLY recommend!! They even gave my pup a bowl of water! 🥲

Road forced my front 2 tires (cheap 35s) showed me one was not good and round! Regardless they balanced it so I could get home. I don't know what kind of wizardry they use, but no more vibration. 100 percent my forever tire shop. Great service and customer service!

If you need any maintenance done on your vehicle this is the place to go. They are honest and fair priced. I have taken both of my vehicles here in the past week and they exceeded my expectations both times! They will not sell you things you don't need and are willing to show you the issues with your car so you understand the problem. Rave...contacted "Pure Auto Centers" at 463140 SR200 about new tires for my van. They had the ones I wanted in stock and matched every price I found and even honored a competitor's coupon. Start to finish was 46 minutes, which is pretty impressive. Very polite group of guys and didn't try to upsell me which was nice. They also did a free alignment check and provided the printout to me. Very pleased with my service, my next oil changes will be coming from here as well.

What an honest and fair experience? Let these guys take care of you. Called regarding a set of tires and made an appointment (which was very easy) He took my info the night before so there was no waiting when I brought my car in. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and will be getting my business from now on. If it has a motor, I'm taking it to him! Thanks again!!!
