Three workers there doing whatever meanwhile two customers waiting to checkout. They seen us waiting because one of them walked by us and said Good morning but still walked somewhere else to another employee talking to them leaving customer's to still wait until they felt like checking us out, ridiculous. They need a self checkout like Autozone.
Mr. Eddie helped us check the battery and when it was good he checked the starter and charging system too. I didn’t know they could do that and appreciate him making sure he helped as much as he could. Thank you
Adrian was very helpful with my battery issues on a car a recently purchased. Took the time to test the old one and gave good recommendations on what to do next if the charge didn't hold. Everything is good so far and I will definitely be back with any other issues thanks alot
I called the store to see if they had a tool in stock, a spare tire removal kit. The assistant manager didnt even look it up just immediately said nope so i said ok thanks and hung up, after I wanted to double check, so i looked online and lo and behold they had one in stock. Online the tool was branded as a universal, as it was supposed to fit multiple vehicles. Really that's not my issue, the issue comes with getting the tool then leaving and finding out it doesn't actually work with the vehicle I double checked to make sure it would work on, then I tried to return it. I was told because it was used, which it wasn't. And that "there was scratches on it" that I couldn't return the tool which I couldn't use. Not even an apology just them staring at me stating "well I wouldn't return it"
If this is how you treat customers...maybe you shouldn't be in customer service.
I arrived at O'Reilly's at 6:37 on a Sunday night I was the only person in the store an older heavy set man was leaning across the counter on his phone I asked him to check my check engine light and he told me the machine was already put up for the night last I knew the thing that plugs into check your engine light is a handheld device so I'm assuming he just couldn't remove the device from his hand to do the job he was being paid to do very sad how lazy people have become you were doing nothing else but playing on your phone it would have taken you 5 minutes to do your job
Harvey the sales guy is very nice and always ready to help. Am always satisfied whenever I go there to get something. He is very honest and knowledgeable of what he does I would recommend anyone to shop here👍
Very disappointed you would think they would have everything they didn't have a simple slide hammer All hype wouldn't even order me one I hadn't ordered myself on Amazon. Thank you anyway
I came in today because my car was having issues starting. Carl checked my battery with their computer. Confirmed it would need to be replaced and went ahead and replaced it immediately! They even walked me through the different battery options to pick the best one for my car. They were so friendly and helpful I would go back next time I’m having car trouble.
I had a great experience here today. I stopped by because my Tahoe was acting funny and my husband thought it might be low on oil. The manager, it was either Daniel or David I can’t remember I’m sorry. He was so helpful! I was so stressed out because my husband is out of town for work and I was on the way to my daughter’s appointment. He helped me figure out which oil I needed, checked my oil, and put the oil in my Tahoe for me. It was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend this store and will be using them again next time I need something.
really helpful i was stranded five hours away from home and they found all the parts i needed at other stores picked them up and found me a mechanical shop to install all parts thanks again staff
Carl was SO nice and helpful I just had to write a review about him! I had a flat tire last night and pulled into the O’Reilly’s auto in Yulee, Florida where I was stuck for a couple hours waiting on a tow truck The store was closing, but he waited and my son-in-law ended up coming up instead of the tow truck and he helped my son-in-law change my tire. It was the end of his shift and he did not have to do that, but he chose to help. Good people are still out there! Go to O’Reillys and ask for Carl he is super nice! Thank you Carl! Karen Lennon

A guy name Christopher greeted me with great jester and ready to help. Christopher help me pick out the best windshield wipers for my vehicle and put them on for me with no hesitation. I learned how to put windshield wipers on for myself just in case next time I have to do it myself. Great learning experience from Christopher and customer service . 👍🏾
My fiancée’s car battery was starting to go and we took it to O’Reily in Yulee to have it checked. Harvey helped us out, he sold us the new battery and even changed them for us, and did a better job than I would have done. Thanks Harvey
I needed to install some wheel studs on a ram 2500 and the ol' "hit it with a punch" method didn't work and using the original lugnuts to cinch them down wasn't going to happen without messing up the tapered edge on the lug nuts, Lisle makes a tools for this but it doesn't come as a rental option and the purchase price was $40+. I couldn't justify spending that much money to finish a brake job, so I spoke to Chris and we came up with a part number for a lugnut that wasn't tapered and had a built in washer which is essentially the same as the wheel stud installer tool but at a fraction of the cost. $4.49/each, we bought to just for good measure and I used them 180° apart for each stud and they tightened right up. I pick O'Reilly's over those "advanced" guys any day of the week.
My husband went in today about a part. Tina the associate went above and beyond to help him with his needs. He was so appreciative the first thing he said to me was to write a good review. Well done Tina.
Couldn’t find what I was lookin for online. I called the local store here in Yulee and the guy on the phone was very helpful an knowledge about possible options. Unfortunately doesn’t carry what I needed but great service and willing to assist!
ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I needed a wiper blade and my car has an arm that is very hard to buy for. A sales person at a different parts store nearby broke my blade while trying to figure out what part I needed (while also mansplaining to me the entire time). When I got to this O'Reilly store all three people working AND one of their customers helped figure out a fix for the unavailable part and got me back on the road. They were all super helpful and friendly and determined to figure out the puzzle that is my MINI. We ended up using an unconventional solution to my problem that is temporary but, it was perfect to get me back to Atlanta in the rain. SO GRATEFUL that I pulled in to this store.
Had an electrical issue while driving. Stopped in to ask for help and was immediately rebuffed with "Well what do you want me to do about it?" If you had a car issue this is not the place to seek help. Tire Outlet across the street was significantly more helpful.
I tell you what! This store has am extremely valuable employee named Brenden. I got a nail in my tire yesterday which has caused me to have a flat tire. I have been pumping the tire up with a portable air compressor every time I get in it. I took it to the tire shop this morning, and of course they told me I needed two new tires, and they refused to do any work because the tires were in bad shape. I can't afford new tires at the moment so as a temporary fix I decided to ride up to O'Reilly's on my lunch break. I was expecting to buy some fix-a-flat and hoped that somebody would be able to help me. Brenden, on the other hand, suggested buying the plug device to take he nail out then plug it up. Not only did he just recommend this solution, he even did it for me!! I am extremely grateful that a wonderful employee like him took the time to help me out today. It really meant a lot!!!
Tina she is outstanding customer support , help I have ever encountered, I needed a marine battery , I called she found the product , she confirmed she had it , I arrived , she measured my old battery, matched my old with the new , brought it to me .
