This experience was on three different occasions. Soggy, messy food and staff are unfriendly. The chicken wasn't bad, but I do not recommend any classic Krystal burgers or any burgers from there. The patties are wafer thin and the quality is very low. I did enjoy the chicken sandwiches, luckily I ordered two. I lost my appetite, unfortunately on the burgers. Im not really a picky guy when it comes to food, but that was kind of gross looking burger patties. I haven't eaten at a Krystals in a couple of years and this is not what I remembered.

My husband who great up in the 60's and 70's eating Krystals said this was one of the rare Krystals that cooked his burger with onions like he remembered. We will go back when traveling through again. We pinned this Krystals on our Google map to return. I wish I could remember the exact day snd time to give kudos to the cheg

The staff were great and the food was good and fresh. Took a little while to get our food but I will wait for hot food.

Waiting forever for our food and the burgers were not the color of a normal burger. My dog wouldn't eat it and he licks butts

I become a big fan of Krystal over the last several years. The food was very fresh and tasted great at this location. Especially want to give a shout out to the spicy chicken sandwich. We had those along with tots and cheese sliders. The only thing that wasn't Top notch was the tots, they tasted a little funny and could have been cooked a little better but they were okay. This was a very good stop while we were traveling. My biggest complaint was the cost. Prices of really risen a lot, more than other places.

Food was ok, but the location was filthy. You could not even get into the restrooms. Food prep area seem to be clean but, the rest of the place was a disaster at 6am no o e else in the place. Anywhere else.

I never even ordered everyone was busy doing other things, once I noticed those prices I decided to go elsewhere.

I order a number one and I’m told that they’re out of medium drinks that I want a small or large I asked. Is there an up charge for the large and was told yes I’ll be in charge more cause you are out of the product that I am supposed to get.

Driving from Florida to NC. Stopped with my 84 yr old mom to check out Krystal's! Simply because we share the same name and i havwle visited before in my life time. But i could have skipped the trip. That food was terrible soggy,greasy, and luke warm. Smh Ya'll need to change that name to Alice or Bussiana or something because we should not have the same name. Staff was nice though

Wish I could give zero stars ... Drove from St. Marys Ga. just for Krystal's. We went in around 3:30 today. Tables were dirty. We weren't greeted or acknowledged at all. There was no one inside and only on car in the drive thru.. The woman behind the counter saw us and just ignored us. Can't believe they have a tip jar out ? Here's a tip... Don't ignore customers. We took our money elsewhere.

This Krystal store is awful. Menu has wrong prices, dining around not as clean as it should be, the drink machine was broken, and I couldn't use app because they had no scanner. Once I got the burgers they tasted off, not good like every other store I've been to.

Stopped in when we were traveling it was very clean. The gentleman that waited on us was very nice and friendly. He was up front with us when we walked in they had no hamburgers and he could make us anything else on the menu which was perfectly fine with us we really appreciate the heads up. Service was great food was fresh ?. Appreciate the fresh food and excellent service. Thanks you

I love Krystal burgers but there were only 2 employees and they were behind. The man in front of us was rude and hateful to the manager who was working register and the back. I felt so bad for the lady! The other employee on duty had gotten upset as well and our burgers were onion bombs. I don't blame the ladies. I would have been rattled, too, dealing with that situation.

My husband, myself, and my daughter just went to the Yulee location. I didn't catch the guy on front lines name, but he was amazing!!! Awesome customer service, friendly, and went above and beyond. The food was delicious, and it was nice and clean. We will be back. ❤️

Not open 24 hours. The drive through hours don’t have a closing time on them yet Google states they are op e 24 hours. They closed at 11 on a Sunday night. We got there at 1105. Not open at all

Jazmin was very helpful and friendly… haven’t had Krystal for breakfast, and that’s gonna change!!! Probably one of the best fast food breakfasts out there!!!

Real eggs, enough said. They don't get 5 Stars only because of their grits. Good but not great.

The cooking of my eggs was perfect as over easy. The cashier was very friendly and made sure I had everything correct and smiled nicely.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service and delicious grits I consistently receive at the Krystal's store JAXF09 in Yulee. In my opinion, your grits are wayyyyyyy better than those at Waffle House. I have never encountered a negative attitude from any of your staff members. In particular, Tobias and Mrs. Susie are always pleasant and friendly when taking my order in the drive-thru. Even though I live closer to other Krystal's locations in Jacksonville, I go out of my way to visit your Yulee store specifically for my morning bowl of small grits with shredded cheese. This food was so gross. The gravy was like water. I took 1 bite and threw it away. But at least it made me not hungry anymore

Krystal's used to be one of my favorite places to get a burger , those little krystal burgers are so good , but it is not like it used to be. Service is really slow ,sat in drive thru for like 15 minutes , buns were soggy and nasty , half had no pickle.

The hours online show open 24 hours, so, I ordered through the app a little before 10:00pm, only to find out that the store actually closes at 10:00pm. So, when I pulled up to the drive thru at 9:58pm, no one came to the intercom. I pulled around and looked inside, and everything was shut down, and the lights had been cut off in the dining area. I think there was one worker around there somewhere. I never received my food, and I never received a refund. No one ever answers the phone to their location; there is a customer service number that was provided on their drive thru window, and I did speak with someone who said that they would have someone from the actual location reach out to give me my refund, but no one ever did. I’ve called several times and my issue was never resolved. I just wanted my money back for food I never received. That’s all. VERY disappointed!

The entire crew was incredible, my food was amazing , hot and fresh. I loved their attitudes and their hospitality. Thank you Dominic, Latoya and Susie or Susan. Best experience I’ve had in fast food in a very long time. Will be returning every time I’m in yulee. Again thank you all. The manager was also very incredibly. I had a client with me that has so special needs and she helped me. Thank you as well.

It was okay yet filling. We were headed to Georgia and decided to stop for food. This location has breakfast as well as lunch. It is conveniently located directly off of I95 with ample parking.

8.22.22 @6pm - Tried Krystal's for the first time with my family. It is very similar to White Castle in that it sells sliders (mini sandwiches). We ordered a combo of 5 Krystals with cheese (mini cheeseburgers), chili cheese tots, and a drink. The burgers all come with diced onions cooked in them (prepackaged). The food was pretty good for what it was (processed, prepackaged), but it was hot and "fresh" and customer service was good. I would eat here again. Total was less than $9. I prefer White Castle though.

Pretty much some of the worst customer service I've had at a fast food restaurant. But I did get my order correctly and in decent time. Definitely, not the cleanest place.

Gross! So soggy and full of onions when I was promised fresh burgers with no onions. The chili on chili dogs was said to taste like it had sat out for three days. No eggnog shake because machine was down, no glazed donut holes. Fries were not salted and crumpled up and full of grease. The drive thru was closed with no sign so myself and three other cars sat there awaiting an attendant for 8 plus minutes, about 7 minutes waiting in line to order in store, 15 minutes until food was prepared which was not fresh! The hot dogs were wrinkled and cold. Corn dog and tater tots were edible . Place needs to be shut down!
