Terrible experience. I would give zero if that was any option. This place is fraudulent. Dave is the owner. He was dishonest from the very beginning. He told me over a month ago it would be $1375 to fix my broken bumper. Then he called me three times telling me he had to go up on price. I had to call him every week to get an update on my vehicle then in the end he charged me over $4400 to the parts and labor. He is a liar. Do not go to the place. He give you a receipt on a piece of paper that says Invoice. He will keep your car for a long time. ???

The repair looked good for the most part but I could still see white paint after he could’ve cleaned it up more. But I look in my back seat and stuff that was in my trunk was in the back seat and in my truck my car jack was out of it wasn’t put back in the right spot I’m missing a couple things out of there as well like my knife, a bag of change and my head lamp I’m surprised my speakers are still in there really made me mad seeing that stuff I left in there is not gone .

Bumper Doctor was recommended to me by a friend who had good experiences with their own vehicle repairs. I however, had a terrible experience with quality of work as as well as outright dishonesty. I feel that the owner took advantage of me because I am a woman and thought he could get away with it.
After months of them working on my vehicle on and off, when I got my vehicle back, part of the bumper they had repaired fell off while I was driving! The owner made an excuse about new parts never fitting quite right. I decided to take it to another body shop who informed me that Bumper Doctor had placed multiple damaged original parts back on my car even though they took the insurance money allocated for purchasing new parts! The internal repairs were not done correctly so sensors could not be reinstalled and I was also shown multiple flaws in the paint job and realignment of the hatch and side panels. This assessment was confirmed by the dealership who also inspected it for me.
I gave Bumper Doctor a chance to make it right, but before the owner would return the $887 he took for new parts which I did not receive, he told me I had to sign an agreement not to pursue legal action against him.
I post this simply so that others are aware and hopefully do not go through what I did! It took me nearly a full year from when I first took my vehicle to Bumper Doctor until I got the money back and my vehicle fixed correctly at another shop.
Went in for a bumper service repair and everything was explained to me with great transparency. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Excellent service with an even better price that you won't find anywhere else in town. Forget about going to your dealership, check this shop out and you won't be disappointed!
