This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on recent reviews, Emerald Coast Towing in Pensacola, FL trends negative overall: frequent reports of reckless driving, cut-offs, and threats indicate serious safety and professionalism issues. Some praise quick, smooth pickups and easy in‑out visits, but others cite rude service, overcharging, and run‑down facilities. Pricing sentiment skews high; wait times are occasionally good. Little data on inventory variety, yard organization, or ease of finding parts; one note of address confusion. Customer service feels inconsistent. Overall score: 40/100.
What clients say about Emerald Coast Towing in Pensacola (FL)
We picked up a vehicle for Milton Joe Hudson today from this company, we gave a courtesy one hour call ahead & did exactly as they asked and everything went smooth. Easy to do buissness with! (JR's Paint & Body Inc.)
I was driving on Brent Lane and one of their drivers almost hit me! When I blew the horn, he gives me the finger and cuts me off.
I didn't need a tow but I wouldn't choose this company to pick up my toy car!!!
AS OF OCTOBER 08 400 ROSLYN BLVD IS NOT THE RIGHT LOCATION. IT IS LOCATED NEXT TO 420 ROSLYN BLVD.
Easy, simple to get what I needed and get out of there!
Overall pretty poor experience dealing with them, overcharged for what they offer. The staff has attitude issues plus the facilities are run down. I’d look elsewhere.
