I have a 2013 Toyota Sequoia that lost power steering and had other issues. They fixed my vehicle within 24 hours, kept me informed throughout the repair and the pricing was very reasonable. I will be bring all of my vehicles here from now on.

Came down for vacation and A/C went out in our car. Dropped car off here at 9am and had it back by noon. Excellent customer service and very professional. Would highly recommend this place to anyone's auto repair needs. Pricing was reasonable
Scott and the shop workers are very kind but...that doesn't make up for the lack of communication, untimely work, being uninformed or mislead, even when the right questions are asked. I missed a full days work to be disrespected in our communications and their untimeliness! Didn't offer anything in return for my inconvenience. He can write it off while I could be wrote up for missing work.
Took my car to Key Auto Hospital for a no-start diagnostic. I explained about 10 different things I’d already checked and ruled out, but they told me because I had subwoofers wired in, they couldn’t diagnose it. They did try their best, but ultimately couldn’t figure it out.
I ended up taking it to Pep Boys — they had me up and running in a couple of days (parts had to be ordered). The issue turned out to be a charcoal canister in the tank that had exploded, clogging the fuel pump (which I had already replaced earlier due to suspicion).
If your car has any modifications, I recommend going elsewhere, as they may not be able to work around them.
Had a new custom exhaust installed on my 2022 GMC Sierra — they did an amazing job! The installation was quick, seamless, and done with real professionalism. Couldn’t be happier with the results!
The took in my old FJ and diagnosed a bunch of work that needed to be completed. They priced it out and said they would do their best to get it completed and then finished 1.5 days early. I will be back. Great shop!
Talk about taking care of someone. Son’s truck had some issues while we were on vacation. Drove it in, talked about what’s wrong and needed to be fixed. And like that it was fixed and ready in 2 days. Thank you for helping and getting him back on the road. Great service, Great communication!!
We limped across the street, they got the part ordered and we were out within an hour and half. So grateful for their hospitality. And this was one our before closing time.
Great place! Very appreciative to have found this place! My AC on my jeep was blowing hot air. Figured it more than likely needed Freon and it did indeed. He called to say it was ready and it had a leak somewhere. Once it starts blowing hot again to take it back in because he used a dye that will show where the leak is once it’s emptied or low again! So very happy and thankful to have cold air again!!! They even dropped me off at home and picked me up once it was ready!!
A great establishment. Brakes on front of my vehicle worn out. 900 miles from home. Scott fixed what was needed, honestly and quick. Wish he was back where i live in illinois .
The service is always of utmost competence and high quality. Recommendations are made with the thought in mind that cost is always a sensitive issue with car repair. Scott is easy to work with and is personable and flexible.
My brakes started grinding on vacation about 800 miles from home. Took my van to these guys, they got me in right away, and didn't kill me on the price. Hope to never need their service again, but glad I used them.
At key Auto hospital it is 4:45 on Friday afternoon. They are already closed and have locked up my vehicle for the weekend. Not only are they charging me for work they were not authorized to do but I now know do not have a vehicle to get back and forth to work for the weekend. Not a happy customer. Oh and no voicemail or answering machine
Charged $250 to get a single bolt installed on the subframe. Stripped out a bolt, lied about it and did not fix it. Not the first time I have had similar issues with them. Tried to give them another chance and regret it. Everyone working there seem like nice people but just lack integrity.
We were visiting the area and I had put 3,000 miles on my truck getting there. I needed an oil change and these guys did a great job. Even after a power outage, they took my truck in and finished it in a very reasonable amount of time and changed a fair price.
Empathy. These guys helped me when I was passing through, going out of their way to fit me in their schedule. Matt (diesel mechanic) quickly diagnosed the issue on my truck, and had it fixed within 25 hours. Their rate is fair, but their open communication and willingness to HELP would make them my home shop if I lived in the area.
We had a vehicle emergency on vacation and happened to break down across the street from the shop. They were wonderful, took our car right in, and had it fixed up by the end of the day, allowing us to be able to drive back home the next day. They were honest, fair, and accommodating. Absolutely recommend taking your vehicle there.
These guys are thrives. Estimates for two basic repairs was over $1800. Did the jobs myself under less than favorable conditions (flat on my back in a gravel lot with minimal tools) in 3 hours with $350 in parts. Estimated time for water pump replacement was 6 hours. It took me one.
These guys are awesome. I took my 02 4Runner to 4 other places and no one else could properly diagnose or fix a terrible warping noise. I just accepted I was going to have to listen to it forever. These guys figured it out immediately and solved the issue. Wont go anywhere else in the future.
Scott and his team are awesome!! We found them in search of a second opinion. We found a used minivan money pit and they’ve helped us to get it in safe, operating condition for a reasonable price. They’re honest and straight forward. These guys are great. 10/10 would recommend.
