If I could give more stars I would! My car broke down while on vacation. Unfortunately the place I took it to was too expensive for me and was going to take a few days to fix and I had to get back to work, so I had to get a tow back to GA. I called James and his wife around 8pm or so and he was so nice from the start. We talked about a few options and he wanted me to call back in the morning.
The next morning I called, he was gonna tow it but then suggested the cheaper option of getting a Uhaul/car trailer. I scheduled the dolly and James, super human that he is, met me at the mechanic shop and spent almost an hour hooking up my car on the trailer. Who does that??? Not only did he hook it up, he told me where to stop before getting on interstate to check that everything was still holding up.
He gave me his card and said he'd check on me. He even followed me for about 5 miles just to be sure. I texted him a couple times during the trip to let him know all was good and then texted him when I got home.
We need more people like James in the world. These are the people you need to call when you need a tow around Pensacola. My car would still be in Florida if it weren't for him. Also, his son works on cars and even if it takes a little longer I'm sure it's cheaper than anyone else. They also have a Uhaul service - I got mine somewhere else because he didn't have the tow but he even offered to have his wife figure out where I could get it and reserve it.
Please Please Please call James. They deserve your business. Whatever it is you need, he will help you out and regardless of if he can or can't, he will figure it out. He is just one of those people who actually wants to help. Thank you so much!

Ing our van. He explained how long he would be before he could tow us and actually got there early. Very professional and I highly recommend him.
James and his lovely wife are such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for any car help! He saved us on the side of the road and ensured we made it home safe and sound. He went above and beyond for us and our tires. He even followed up the next morning! I’ve never met someone with so much professionalism and kindness.
