This business has poor customer service. I called to simply check if a part was available for my car. They said no, I then asked a follow up question, if they are able to order the part and it was followed by a rude response of "if that was an option I would've told you." The call ended, or so they thought, and whomever the man is preceeded to bad mouth me for asking a dumb question. I recommend any customers to take your business somewhere with better customer service. This was an unnecessary poor interaction, and the employees need better training.

Later to realize that it’s the wrong part it was in fact a 2012 starter so I first called. To se if I can exchange today and the informed me tha it would be Monday but since this was a time sensitive matter it was very important to have that part October 10 2023 to fix my car soon return employee marqueta Williams told me to wait after a 15 min wait she calls her manager David and proceeds to paint a narrative that I brought back a different part trying to scam them
I don’t under stand why they didn’t match the serial number on the part and ticket I don’t understand why I was being falsely accused of participating in a alleged scheme the employee lacked the empathy for the customer and I also feel discriminated against by Jim’s autos establishment I’ve been a customer here for five years and I’ve never experienced such degrading disrespect or to be spoken to with snarky remarks or telling me to lower my voice when it’s not raised in attempt to gas light me it’s very unprofessional and I don’t think that Marquita Willam’s is representing Jim’s auto brand and customer service please reach out to rectify this matter because to day I left the store with my dignity depleted and my pride affected my time wasted I would not recommend Jims Auto if you have a time sensitive matter and if you don’t have thick skin for the horrible customer service and FYI, if you try to get a refund and bring a part back, they will claim that you’re bringing them a different part than what they sold you so they don’t have to give you a refund horrible business horrible for the npw brand
The Black older man always seems to have an attitude about something talking about customers and acts like he doesn’t want to be at work every time I come in to the store VERY NASTY ATTITUDE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY GO TO ADVANCE OR AUTO ZONE
Manager or maybe he is the owner is pleasant and very helpful but some of the employees need to work on customer service especially the dark skinned male that works the front.
I needed parts for a mitishibishi endeavor. I compared prices with four
different auto parts store and Jim's auto parts was the most reasonable. I made enquires on the phone with Robert. He was very courteous and had very good customer service attitude. I did not hesitate to go to retrieve the order. One part was not in stock and Robert assured me that it would be in the shop within the next two hours. In the space of an hour I got a call that the part was ready. I was very impressed with the overall quality of service especially their promptness. I had a good experience and will recommend anytime.
Robert is the very best! He was able to figure out the proper part for the vehicle. The entire staff is courteous and professional. Very competitive prices and quite a vast resource for older model vehicles.
Called and guy I spoke to was so knowledgeable and had my part in warehouse...went and paid and less than an hour later, part in.....great staff and only go to Jim's for parts for my car and truck
Best auto parts store in South fl this small place is a one stop shop just call ahead provide year and name of car specific part they either have it or could be available at another warehouse
The staff at Jim's Auto were very helpful and knowledgeable. Needed parts for my Mercedes and they had the lowest prices around town. Gregg was fantastic in finding me the right part for the right price, will continue to purchase parts from Jim's Auto...thank you guys.?

I ordered an part on thurs 10/25 First of all the price on the website is incorrect . they called back a couple hours after i had ordered it and was informed it was much more , i agreed and asked for it to be overnight shipped. ( should have received on fri 10/26) . . but did not..
i called back on friday at the end of they day since i still had not seen it and they said it will be ready to ship next week.. OK so i should have tues or wed Right.... WE still Do Not have. I have now returned from SEMA and back to my shop on 11/05 .. Still NO part . I called today to ask where my part was... I was told it shipped on Friday 11/02..and was overnight shipped.. Isnt that why i ordered on 10/25 so i would have it the next say i asked.. She told me Just because i order it and request overnight shipping doesnt mean it will go out that way.. Silly me for assuming when you ask to have something arrive the next day.. why would it??? I mean they do charge a premium price to get it to you the next day . Just an FYI review dont be in a hurry they are not!!!

However he is the most honest mechanic I ever met. I needed my brakes done, most will just do what you want and not even try to tell you the brakes are ok. He called me just to tell me I'm not changing ur front brakes that they are fine. I was shocked . This is my second time here and I love it I have referred many ppl and will continue because he is very professional , well mannered, honest and great at what he does THANK YOU
best staff best prices excellent place to buy your parts especially if your done with the big chains giving you the wrong part and the attitude when you return it to get the right part
