I told him that I was possibly interested in junking my car even though I wasn't fully ready. Karl spoke to me with patience and understanding & he gave me time to think about. I gave him instructions to follow up with me & he did. I believe it was about three weeks. For me to make my final decision. And Karl was more than cooperative on the day of pickup.
