Just picked up my 2012 BMW 535i from there and everything went smoothly. Mike and Jeff are great people to deal with. They both answered everyone one of my questions honestly and the vehicle exceeded my expectations as well as the customer service with Prime Auto Group. They also offered discounted rate on transport however I wanted to drive 11 hours to pick up the vehicle so I can see it for myself firsthand. All I can say is wow! Definately very satisfied with my purchase. If you are looking for a car go see these guys. They are stacking them deep and selling them cheap!

I have sent my son and granddaughter to Prime Auto Group to check out their vehicles, they always have a great selection and they never pressured you into buying. They tested a lot of vehicles and I was very impressed on how Mike is so knowledgeable and extremely helpful from start to finish in the whole purchasing experience. Mike even gives out a handout on how to take care of your car!! All their cars are checked out completely and detailed by a great staff. Prime Auto Group made such an impression on me that I have recommended several people to Mike, knowing he is honest and sells good reliable cars.

I was extremely pleased with both the customer service provided by Mike, and the vehicle. We spoke over the phone, as I live more than two hours away, and provided a deposit, which I was a little hesitant to do. Mike assured me that I would be very happy with my vehicle, and I was! He even put two new tires on before I got there, and it was clean and polished. I felt very comfortable in my purchase, and have enjoyed my vehicle since then, with no problems. This was my first time buying a car, and was very skeptical of used car dealers. But Prime Auto Group stood out in a wonderful way. I went in to look at a Toyota they had for sale and they showed me all the reports and history on the car and were very honest about repairs, and work they've had done to it. They even let me drive it across town to my mechanic to be checked out, I bought it on a great deal and couldn't be happier with my car. Mike is very professional and will go above and beyond for his customers. I recommend all my friends to them.

Mike and his team are fantastic, I have gotten two, top of the line vechiles here, and let me tell you the professionalism is unbelievable, these guys make sure you leave happy. I Definitely recommend them if you looking for a good quality vechile.

Really liked buying from these guys. Bought a 2001 Elantra. Awesome Customer Service! Small company. Answers their phones every time and answered every question I had before even coming to look at the car. Was nice that they actually didn't mind spending 15 minutes on the phone with a customer. All the other places I called were like "just come in and look at the car" over and over. I liked that there wasn't any crazy fees and the prices were very straight forward. I believe they only sell cars cash, no buy here pay here stuff. You can tell they are not from South Florida by the way they take care of you. Went above and beyond even after the sale. They did the same thing for me as the other reviewer and detailed my car before picking it up and it looked amazing! My friends were impressed by how nice it was for being a 2001. All of the cars on the lot were in similar condition. Not a lot of newer stuff, but nice cars. I looked at the other reviews and most of them were spot on, looks like the only bad review looks like some kid that probably thinks everything in life is free and is owed to him just for being born. Millennials should just stick with Uber as they can't figure out how to do anything I life independently let alone maintain and own a car. A+ Dealer in my opinion.

Mike is an extremely knowledgeable, fair, super detail oriented person who wins your trust immediately. I bought a boat from Prime and they have always gone the extra mile to help and assist me with anything at all I have needed regarding the transaction and the boat itself. I highly recommend this dealership and would trust any of the vehicles in their inventory with my eyes closed. Prime Auto group is one of those dealers i never felt shady about. They were very honest with their cars and offered a good selection at a great price. I have purchased two cars from them so far. My first car was an 02 galant that had low miles and was in great condition for the price. The car lasted with no problems for well over 20k miles. Unfortunately i got into an accident and my car ended up being totaled. Mike and his staff once again offered me a great deal on an 02 lincoln ls. There was originally a problem with the ball joints, however Mike helped me with repairing the car in only a few days. I highly recommend anyone who is in the market for a car at reasonable prices (3-5k). Update (9/24/2015)- The Lincoln i purchased from Prime Auto after inspection from a lincoln mechanic ended up having a series of suspension parts needing replacement. This has put myself and others in danger throughout the course of three months. Prime Auto was unable to assist me in any repairs needing to be done in order to safely put the car on the road

Prime Auto Group totally found the truck I was looking for. I stopped by the lot to see what they had and didn't see what I was looking for. There was no high pressure to buy something else, they just wrote down my contact info and truck I wanted. I got a call a week later and they had my truck in stock at sweet price. Done deal. I will be back for my next vehicle and have since sent couple friends by and they also found vehicles they love. Thanks Prime!

If you live in the Broward/Dade county area and are currently looking for a used car dealer then stop looking now! They actually take care of their customers! I can only say this and be 100% confident because they take care of my customers too. We started doing business together a couple years ago. My family owns a car insurance agency which I manage. We have been family owned and operated for over 20 years now, so our customers are really part of our family too. Jeff from Prime Auto Group needed some real help with fixing his Florida driver license. He did some shopping around, which wasn't so pleasant of an experience until he reached our family business. After explaining all the coverages, and going over the insurance laws in Florida along with my personal advise and recommendations he was able to make an informed decision regarding his insurance and get his license back. The cost was less than half of what the competition was offering him. Jeff was so happy with the service that he started referring his customers to us and vise versa. Friends, family, and current customers have all spoken of the great experience they have had with Prime Auto Group. Mike and Jeff are stand up guys who do stand up business in a town full of shysters. The cars are inexpensive, but NOT CHEAP. The service is A-1, and the guys who run it are absolute gentleman. Give them a call or stop by for a visit. You'll be happy you did.
