They do not answer to any request, after they tow the car the charge a lot more Heiden fees including management fee (Which they obviously miss one).
Anyway if you are dealing with them hopefully that would be the last time.

Alphie is a blessing. He got to me in 20 minutes and towed me over 30 miles for an amazing price. He was quick to get my car hitched and ready to go. He is a man of few words but who needs words when you are fast efficient and good at what you do.

We drove into a patch of grass that actually ended up being pretty deep and muddy and we got stuck. They came immediately and in the middle of the night. Only reason it’s not five stars is because they didn’t want to tell me how much and then when they pulled us out it was NOT cheap. $250. Still grateful for the service but should be upfront about the cost
The best towing company in South Florida. I would give 10 stars if I could. Very professional and quick service. I called 3 tow companies prior to this one and was left stuck for hours with no tow I decided to call one more company and I’m so glad I chose this one and wish I would have called him first as he arrived 15 minutes after calling! I highly recommend using this company for any of your tow needs you will not be disappointed.
Used their services last night after a complete flat on 95. Cadillac roadside was going to leave me stranded on the side of the highway for 3 hrs but Brandon was able to get to me in about 10 minutes and quickly get the car on the truck.
The only towing company you need to use in south Florida. I spent hours trying to get someone to pick my car up off the side of the highway and they were the only ones who took care of it with ease and professionalism. Id give 10 stars if I could.
First time using their service. After shopping around to find a tow truck company theirs was indeed the cheapest ( flat rate ) all others had additional mileage add on. Guy I spoke with on phone and tow truck driver was very nice. Professional and fast service . Will definitely use again if I’m ever in need as well as will recommend to family and friends
