This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Customer sentiment for East Broward Towing LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL skews strongly negative: 24/100. Many reports cite unprofessional phone etiquette, insults, hang-ups, and missed callbacks despite 24/7 claims, plus long waits/no-shows, wrong drop-offs, and keys left in vehicles. Pricing is a pain point—reviews allege a $50 countywide rate that turns into $85–$100 and add-ons, raising doubts about pricing transparency. A few positives mention quick arrival, fair cost, and helpful drivers. No clear data on inventory, yard organization, or parts; focus here is towing. Overall, customer service needs work.

Cheapest quote and was there in 20 minutes. Very professional and efficient. When you need your car towed because it's not starting, it's nice to find a reliable towing company who isn't taking advantage of your situation. I called 4 companies and all of them quoted me at least 40% higher.
Thank you to East Broward towing for saving the day! Highly recommended!!! Professional, timely and used the utmost car with my car. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
My car needed to be towed to a garage. When the driver came he showed me my back tire was flat. I was unaware. My
Compressor pump did not work. The driver went to Home Depot and bought one. Came back and inflated my tire. He did not charge me. He kept the item for his business so he could help someone else as needed. Amazing service.
Highly recommend!! Fast , friendly service !
I am writing to formally demand financial compensation for the damage inflicted on my vehicle as a direct result of your company’s negligence while towing it. During the process of loading and unloading my car onto your tow truck, the entire forward undercarriage sustained significant scratches, resulting in visible damage to the lower section of my front bumper.
This level of carelessness is completely unacceptable. I expect immediate action to address this matter, including full compensation for the repairs required due to your company’s mishandling of my vehicle.
