My family business has had an agreement with EMS towing for years. In the past two years, I’ve called them to remove cars illegally parked blocking our parking on five different occasions. Not once have they bothered to come.
If your business relies on customer access to your parking, this is not the tow service you’re looking for.
Luis from Emergency Towing Fort Lauderdale was amazing. My car was stuck in a difficult parking lot and in need of a flat bed tow on the eve of 4th of July. Luis arrived in 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue with my car, and was able to regularly tow the vehicle to the dealer. He even offered to take my keys and drop it off for me. The owner yelled at me when I asked what he needed for the car to be picked up. I stayed calm to get the information but he hung up on me. Rude - terrible service - disrespectful. the worst!
Called one time to get a tow I asked how long it would take to get a truck out, “I have no drivers available right now” and hung up. Wouldn’t call again
