This company was one of my options from Geico insurance to get my car repainted. They did an amazing job quickly. I also appreciate how my car was super clean when I picked it up. They also coordinated with the car rental company to drop off my rental and also pick it up, overall a very good experience.

Brought the car in for a side mirror repair, was unhappy with the initial quality. Juan Beracochea was able to take care of these issues, and handled it very professionally. Ensure you’re happy with the work prior to leaving the lot… Juan is a stand up guy and helped me out. Thanks again.

Bayview Cadillac was great in repairing my Cadillac after a collision. Highly recommend Juan and the great job with keeping me updated with the repairs. Thankfully the repairs were all cosmetic: New headlight, front fender and paint job!

Excellent customer service from Camila! She kept me informed every step of the process. From proactively following up with the desk adjuster at the insurance company to diligently keeping me updated on the status of repairs, she made my repair process extremely easy and stress-free. The estimate was fair. Repairs were completed within a week of me dropping off my vehicle. Would highly recommend using them for repairs.

I got rear ended and Geico referred me to them. It's a 2020 Jeep. They've had the Jeep for more than five weeks now and it's been one excuse after another. They said they are waiting for parts for a Jeep! LOL. They don't even call you back when you call and leave voice messages. Absolutely horrible service.

Body shop. Multiple come back issues. Manager...was creative with words to justify otherwise doing warranty repairs. We reached out to the GM...his involvement was futile. 3 previous separate returns for replaced body parts coming off were attempted. Last time, as mentioned above, manager was creative with words and suddenly we are now to blame for the issue....same issue... 3 previous attempts to correct were done.

When i was given a list of shops to pick from to repair my car, i picked this place thinking the brand meant out of this world customer service, excellent communication, luxury. and boy was I wrong. This is shop is the worst most awful place i have ever been to. 1st the quote you a time that after you drop your car off they say “ It was an estimate, it didn’t mean that would be the deadline” 2nd communication is AWFUL i must have spoken at least 8 times with them while i waited 15 days for my car to be fixed rather than the 7 i was quoted and because i called, no one ever asked if i was ok with that, nor gave a courtesy call to inform of the delay, when dropping the car i was never informed i needed to bring a check from insurance all they said was “when car is done, bring your deductible for pick up” granted, I should have called somewhere, but dude works here everyday im sure im not the only person not familiar with the process, just a reminder or a courtesy “ This Is what you’ll need at pick up” would have been nice. Please Please Please DO NOT COME HERE! You will hate your life thru the process. Car does look very nice after it was fixed which is a shame because I truly was looking forward to the “Cadillac experience” To top it off, they didnt submit the claim completely, and now its more wait time

I expected so much more from a collision repair shop run by Ed Morse Cadillac. Weeks of work, NO commnication, had to go there physically just to get updates and not all issues fixed. Before the accident I was planning on trading in my Cadillac at Ed Morse and purchasing a new one but with service like this I'll shop elsewhere and would suggest those reading this to look elsewhere as well.

Service here was great. My vehicle was rear ended and Allstate recommended this location for repairs. Perfect paint matching, and the body panels look like they were never hit. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed here.

Quality of work could definitely be better. Proper protection of areas not being painted definitely needs to be better. But to miss also miss the overspray on final cleanup is a big miss in my book.

Great staff, very friendly. Good communication. Big thank you to Juan Beracochea for making this experience pleasant. His friendly and go-getter attitude meant so much. My car looks great after being repaired. Although I have to bring my car back to fix something simple that was perhaps overlooked, I would highly recommend the Ed Morse Collision Center.

Had my car there 9 days. Not only did they have to fix my hood before I left the car was not detailed. Looks like a 1 2 job. Very disappointed. 6k geico spent.

Allstate uses this business as a preferred shop so I went with them. The repairs took more than two weeks longer than promised. First, the wrong bumper was either ordered/received, and then the wrong grill was either ordered or received. Each promise of a completion date was missed and I was the one who had to call to find out the status. Toward the end, I called to inquire about pick up and was told that my key for the car was dropped into a sewer drain. I had to take my only other original key to them to have the repair finished. A promise of a new key in a week was missed. Now, after two weeks I still do not have my key (but at least I have my car). And the service rep stopped returning calls. What a disaster.

Ed Morris Collusion department did an excellent job repairing my car. It looked brand new when it was returned. My collision advisor, Juan, jumped through hoops to make sure I was happy with the end product. Always professional, courteous, and true to his word. He keep me informed as to what stage of repair for the car, up to the point that he even sent me pics of the process. Great experience.

Had my insurance company recommend them for a small fender repair from a shopping cart. Quoted just under $500. 5 weeks later I call to see if they’re finished and they say I owe $1,200!!!! What I thought would’ve been a simple dent pull and paint apparently warranted a new inner and outer fender, marker light, and paint THAT DIDN’T EVEN MATCH CORRECTLY!!! Now I have to find another shop to correct their mistake. NEVER GO HERE!!

I went to Ed Morse Bayview Cadillac body shop because I got in an accident with my 2016 Honda Accord As soon I parked my car and walked inside Marlon Williams greeted me and he already knew who I was which was a plus. He showed me to the waiting room and that Fifie Seiteo will be right with me. Fifie came within minutes and took me outside to my car that came in for work and explain everything professionally to he and she also told me that after they got done with my car they will give it a wash and a full detail inside and out which I really like. Then Fifie transferred me over to Brittney Wight which was in charge of getting me into a rental car. She already had the rental car up and ready for which was cool. I really like that they were all professionals and they knew what they were doing and they also called me everyday to keep me posted on my car and if I was enjoying the the rental thank you guys very much at Ed Morse Bayview Cadillac keep up the great work I really appreciate everything.From David.

They practically have no customer service at this body shop. From the day I dropped off my car, no one reached out to me or gave me any status. Thankfully I had progressive that gave me updates. My car was finished on the 6th and no one told me anything, progressive called and told me it was completed on the 10th. I got there and one of the agent got the wrong folder and started off with an attitude that I had come back later without verifying it was the correct folder. Then he apologized for pulling the wrong folder. EdMorse the name has it value but it’s better to use the sawgrass location. I will change my review once someone reached out to me and assure me the process will be better in the future. Thank you. I’m giving a two star because the actual work proffered was excellent. But the service was horrible.
