I always have great interactions at RISE. Today was another great interaction with Ashley. I learned so much in a short time. I really really wish you guys would offer classes. I have been requesting learning classes since I started at Rise. I just feel I would have a better understanding of how to use my products better and how all the science behind the THC works. Can you please offer classes and book recommendation's.
Had to go in tonight to get help I couldn't get by phone with recertification. Guy on phone told me they no longer do that. Saw Todd at the window. He was super busy but took the time to get all my paperwork in order and my recertification set for review. Website to recertify is confusing and you were so patient and extremely pleasant through the process. Thank you.
I understand prioritizing med patients and online orders. But when the line for in store prefers wraps around the store, it’s a little ridiculous. Not to mention staff is incredibly if you don’t know their system works
David, Dan and Jason were most excellent budtenders who certainly improved my afternoon as I later on found myself in a happy little snackcident from their impeccable recommendations!
Always a pleasure, orders placed online are always filled pretty fast, no long lines or wait times, good selection and prices.
Big thanks to Jason for reminding me about my bonus points and suggesting how I can use them to round off a purchase total and make paying by card even easier!
Dude at the front window was super nice and welcoming. The lady by the kiosks was extremly informative and helpful. Just finished a 4 month cross country trip with the dog and this is the FIRST dispensary (from CT to Florida to Cali and back) that didn't allow my dog inside. CT is just miserable lol
The total estimate given when placing a pre order is NEVER the same amount they tell you when you go to pick it up. Whether its off by a cent or a few dollars, it literally is always different. I understand it’s an “estimate” but what other charge could possibly be added on to the order from when you place it to the time you pick it up? It makes no sense. CT cannabis prices are high in general, but the prices at RISE are insane compared to other CT dispensaries. For example, I can get the same amigos disposable for $10 less at Fine Fettle. As well as the thc potency listed on their carts is not accurate. Today was my last straw with RISE. I placed an order for a “100% THC Select Elite cartridge” my estimate was $69 (with tax/service fee) when I placed the order on their site, and when I picked it up I was charged $77. Not given a reciept either. Granted I shouldve asked for one but who doesn’t give a receipt at a cannabis dispensary like what. RISE is a scam and a joke.
Ever since Rise took over Bluepoint Wellness it's been horrible. All the previous staff has been fired. Nobody from BP is there now. Everyone now is either rude or stuck up and the prices have gone thru the roof. One bottle that's $30 is actually $50 with tax. Don't use your card either because you'll get his with $7 in fees ON TOP of what you paid. Better off getting it off the street.
Really great variety on THc products, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The gummy worked perfectly to help me sleep through the night as I suffer from insomnia. Highly reccomend this location for your medical as well as recreational needs.
Jason was so helpful like he always is! He was training Gabby who seems very kind and doing well so far. I love coming here, especially when I see my favorite employees! Thank you!
Love the animal face is my favorite but Robert just put me on to dulce de uva. the customer service in there is great I ask for recommendations and man they nail it every time!

Just had a fantastic customer experience at rise in Brantford. I was having an issue with a faulty product and went to talk with Pete the manager about it. He was super understanding and assured me they had my back and would take care of me. I went into the back and worked with NICK and received a refund and a lot of great advice on how to use the products. Everybody I interacted with at rise were professional and customer oriented. I will enthusiastically continue doing business with these guys in Branford. Thank you rise.

My go to store, Nick is always a pleasure to deal with, but so is everyone I've dealt with there, great crew, knowledgeable and always glad to answer any questions. It's always a pleasure to come in, it's something I look forward to. I can't recommend this establishment any more than I am.

Robert went above and beyond helping me out yesterday and I really liked all his recommendations. As someone who is new to all this it can be overwhelming but robert had plenty of patience by explain everything as detailed and easy as possible to understand! I will be coming back for sure i hope to see MR. robert in the near future
The ENTIRE staff from the minute you walk in. RJ is at the front very kind and smiling. Then I get up to the register with questions I was met by Rob and John who both was amazing with helping. Told them I haven’t been sleeping much and the perfect gummy was suggested. It’s been so long so I slept this good and didn’t wake up once throughout the night
The customer service here is amazing. From the moment I walked in, Kenneth was friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. They answered all my questions with patience and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. You can tell they really care about their customers and want to make sure you leave happy. The positive energy and professionalism make the experience stand out compared to other places I’ve been.
Amazing store and staff! Chris met me at the door and walked me through using the kiosk while suggesting products that would help with my ailments. Once I selected my products and headed to the cash register, I had the pleasure of meeting Jason. In talking he suffers from something similar. He suggested another product or two that works for him. I bought one today to try and will be back for the 5:1s. For being a novice at this, they didn’t make me feel small. It was a great experience.

As a first-time customer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. i already loved Rise Dispensary, but Pete made my experience that much better. he is so friendly, all smiles. he is super well versed in the computer system and was quick to obtain all of my information. he explained the rewards program and totally sold me on it. i had a great time going into Rise today, thank you Pete!
Jason helped me out at the counter today, he was great and really nice. Reminded me to get a light which was great because I’m always forgetting mine at home. Also i used the wrong gmail to write this review ?? anyways 10/10 for Jason great worker
