I purchased a light bulb for my motorcycle yesterday. It cost me $18.18. I go in store today and they want to charge me $21 for the same bulb. I brought this to the kids attention behind the counter and for some reason he got mad at me and gave me an attitude. Plenty other stores like this I can go to and do without the attitude.
Definitely in and out faster than the Frontage Rd one in East Haven. Some counter people are not familiar with cars which you can tell when you ask for a part. But still friendly and they try hard.
Windshield wiper broke on the way to work, raining out! Stopped at Auto Zone and Quincy was a huge help! He came outside twice to check my wipers before I bought them to make sure they were the right attachment and then came back outside to make sure they went on correctly! Thank you Quincy!! Took 10 minutes total!
In the last two months I have been to this location four times. The employees are respectful and polite. I've been helped by three different employees. I'm in and out. I had to go to the east haven location for a part that was not in stock at branford, and the employee at east haven was miserable, and another didn't know how to talk to customers. This location is much better and the employees know what they are doing. The store is also clean and super easy to find what you may be looking for. Recommending this spot to anyone in need of parts. Signing up for the program helps save in the long run.

Went in for a particular part that on their own website had a $100, was shown a $250 option, which I clearly had no interest in…and I get it that happens because of corporate bs. The staff was okay…friendly but seemed like they really didn’t care to be there this morning.
Quincy was so helpful with reading the car computer to see why my check engine light came on. He helped me with the easy fix. He was professional, helpful and kind. This is a great store with wonderful and helpful employees.
Always receive great service from them, very customer friendly and knowledgeable staff. Never had a bad encounter with the staff, which unfortunately it’s not so common now days.
The manager that works here is unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to people especially another autozone employees from different stores no matter if it is a manager or not because this has happenedmore then a few times . I heard he does this every time another store asks for him to transfer something over if something was purchased from his store by mistake online because there address are similar. I noticed scrolling down the reviews there has been other complaints similar to this one so that means the issue was resolved and won't be.
I was helped by Quincey in the Branford store he was extremely helpful and informative. I was also assisted by Nelson. These Two gentleman are a great asset to your company.
Staff was very helpful with my battery issue. Nataly tested it for me and told me the problem and Nelson did a great job installing the new battery for me. Nelson was very patient with the installation and went above and beyond!
I came to buy 4 different light bulbs for my car and James was very helpful throughout my visit. He showed me the bulbs I needed and installed it for me. Bonus points, I saved money from getting them and done at AutoZone than serviced it at a dealership! Thank you and I highly recommend this place!
Great customer service. I went there this morning to replace my brake light. AutoZone is number one in that area for the auto part. better service than advance auto. James customer service is very nice.
I went to auto zone in branford after realizing my headlight was out .Nelson had previously taken my call and told me to come by and he would check it out .He was very helpful and so professional even though he had numerous customers and phone calls. He changed the bulb and also checked my back lights .Nelson.did amazing job and very patient with all the customers. Would definitely recommend anyone to go there .thank you
Went in trying to get a windshield wiper motor replaced for my F150 at the end of last year. After asking a couple questions, the young man in charge told me not to get the wiper motor and instead replace the wiper transmission after I told him what was happening. Turns out he was absolutely right in diagnosing the problem and saved me a ton of headache and profanity trying to replace something I didn't need to. Definitely recommend!
I had an issue with my leased vehicle this past weekend. After calling the dealership who seemed bothered by my question, I stopped at AutoZone to get what I needed and handle myself.
James E. in the Branford Store #1900 was very friendly and so helpful as soon as I entered the store. After I told him what i needed, he went as far as to help me add engine coolent to my vehicle as well as show me how do do it safely. His patience, knowledge and kindness were so appreciated.
Best parts store in Branford because of its kind workers. I just came in Saturday February 18th at 7:30pm and the man that helped me get new brake pads is their greatest worker. He deserves a raise because he was incredibly kind every time I’ve been there and said himself he enjoys his job which is great, wish I had his name to include but he has shorter hair and I’ve heard him speak Spanish before to customers if that helps him get the recognition he deserves. Great store always going to come back here.
After a bad experience and rude customer service at advanced auto parts, I took my business to AutoZone and let me tell you. The workers were very nice and helpful. Very friendly and hardworking. They replaced my dads battery very fast and efficiently even though the weather was bad. Overall such a great experience and they gave me such a good battery for a great price. I definitely recommend coming here whenever you want anything! The two employees working today 1/25/23 should get a raise for making customers feel so welcome and trying their absolute best.

Superior service! My son was driving on 95 N and had an issue with his car. He was able to get off the shoulder to exit I think 55 Branford Ct. I will tell you first I called an advanced auto which looked to be on the same street. The person was somewhat bothered. I called auto zone. Not only was the person knowledgeable he was pleasant. When I then heard back from my son he was empowered to move forward to address the issue. All on a Sunday in the summer. That is awesome service!
Buckets are in 9.45 spot and the manager won't give it for the price it's against state and federal regulations for him to not guarantee the price on the shelf... Also gonna do a corporate complaint and file something with the state for fails advertising
This is by far the best AutoZone location on the shoreline. Super courteous, patient and helpful. We were so impressed with this location during a retail parts purchase experience we moved our commercial auto parts account from another parts store in the area to this AutoZone location. VERY happy we did and each of the staff continues to exceed our expectations. Quality parts, great pricing and professional polite service. A+++++.
