Another excellent experience with Austin and Mike. These guys are the real deal. I hadn't seen them in a few years since their work is so good my 2010 Outback was running like a top. They diagnosed and fixed a recent oil leak for a reasonable price. Don't shop around just go straight to Indian Neck Motors.
I had an excellent experience at Indian Neck Motors. I brought my car in because I was hearing an odd knocking sound in the drivetrain. Since I don’t have much automotive knowledge, I knew this could be a tricky and potentially expensive fix. However, Austin and his team made the entire process stress-free. Rather than jumping to replace parts that might not have been the issue, they took the time to do a thorough diagnostic and pinpoint exactly what was causing the problem. Austin was incredibly timely, honest, and fair with his pricing. I truly appreciated his transparency throughout the process. These guys are so great to deal with! They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain what is going with your vehicle. I had what I thought was a minor oil leak but it turned out to be a more complicated problem. Their attention to detail and thoroughness relieved why it was leaking and in additional transmission issues that I had no idea was getting so bad. They took the time let me know what they could do while my car was already disassembled to start preventative measures to avoid that getting much worse. It saved me a lot of money for them to do what they could in that stage which I greatly appreciated. It's a huge relief to find a repair shop that I can trust and truly care about the integrity of their work.
