I had damaged my Nissan Rogue SL. I was searching for an outstanding body shop. I came across J&E. They had nothing but 5 star reviews. So I knew that was myspot . The reviews I saw were right on the money. Dan and Jerry were very accommodating and very nice to me. They did a phenomenal outstanding job on my vehicle where it was flawless and you can't even tell it was ever damaged. I highly recommend them you won't go wrong. They are the best. 2nd review: Begining of January , This my second time having a little work on my Nissan Rogue, a carriage in a supermarket hit my car and I told Jerry about it he said come on down he took care of me and it was buffed out the gash on the rear driver side door and it was gone. It was so perfect it was like nothing happened to that door. Another great job by J & E Auto Body . They are the Best out there. ????????

Top-notch work at fair prices. I called them in a pinch for time because our car’s plastic fender liner clip broke with all the snow. Within hours they had the car fixed and on my way. Will absolutely be coming back!

I stopped at JE to get a repair on my car after being side swiped on the highway and not only were they very kind and responsive, my car was in and out in 3 days. They collaborated with enterprise and gave me a discounted rate for the rental car. My car came back looking good as new on the outside, and they even detailed the inside! 10/10 would recommend.

I bought a car from their dealership, 3 weeks later I was involved in a minor accident, happily took it back to them to go with insurance, they did an amazing job fixing the minor damage on my car and super helpful with all questions and concerns. I highly recommend going with J & E. Amazing family owned business and Jerry was great to work with.

Some of the worst communication I have ever had to deal with when it comes to a business. I had to wait 3 days for any kind of call back for an estimate. Just for it be wildly overpriced, called other auto body shops for their opinion the pricing. They could not believe the number they had given. When I tried to talk about my frustration, not wanting to have to move my car to another shop. They were completely unwilling to have a normal conversation, and compared me not having my car for 3 days to a busy pizza shop on a Friday night.

Best buying experience to date(and I've purchased through Carvana) Branford is known for having hidden gems and this is definitely one of them! Tom was an amazing salesman, no pressure, good convo and laughs. Johnathan (Business) was super efficient and knowledgeable. All of the interactions were comfortable making the transaction all the better. The vehicles are good quality and well cared for, the customer service is top tier. Definitely check them out if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Highly recommend J & E for body work. We had extensive repairs done on our Subaru Outback ‘22 and after driving it for a couple of months now, you would never know it was in an accident. We liked how they have a dedicated representative dealing with the insurance agencies and keeping us up to date throughout the whole process.

If you ever need body work, this is the place to go in the New Haven area. Everything was thoroughly explained, the work was finished on time, and my car looked like new. And the price was reasonable too. It's busy for a reason - the reason is the quality of the work they do.

J & E Auto Body are great guys who really take care of their customers. They did excellent work on my car, and it still looks great to this day. Honest, professional, and dependable—exactly what you want in an auto body shop. Highly recommend!

They took my Ranger in right away. Very nice and professional. My door handle was gone, and I needed a new one installed asap. I brought it down the next day and they did the work, fast. It seemed like their whole family was there! Overall, 100% I would recommend them. Thanks!

This company is amazing. We purchased a car from them this week, & it was a flawless process from beginning to end. Very professional and friendly. We worked with Dan, but everyone was helpful and nice. Plenty of details about the car, all of our questions were answered and we never felt pressured even though they were busy. At pick up the car had been cleaned, detailed, AND filled up with gas! Highly recommend

This company is fantastic! They worked with me to provide quick and professional service on a repair. Their price was very fair and the workmanship excellent. Due to separate incidents , I had both front and rear end damage. J & E was wonderful! They communicated very clearly and kept me up to date. They helped me with the insurance claim; to return my car they picked me up at the Union Station New Haven and brought me to Branford. Not only was it perfectly repaired - they detailed it too! It looks brand new! To top it all off, they sent a hand written thank you note! I highly recommend J&E Auto Group of Branford!

The staff was warm and caring. My car had been vandalized, J&E Auto Body made it look brand new and detailed the inside of my car! They brought my car to their shop and returned it as I had just had surgery. I can't say enough about these great folks and their workmanship! Bravo!

When a tree fell on my 2021 Forester, leaving a dent in the driver's side door and smashing the window to smithereens, I followed the estimator's suggestion and had her towed to J&E Auto Body in Branford. From the start, Gennaro was incredibly helpful. Throughout, he kept me posted about the progress, and when I went to pick up my car, she looked fantastic, clean, shiny, detailed, and completely like new. It's rare in this day and age to receive such responsible, professional service. I thank J&E for making a minor disaster a lot less painful.

I went to J&E for the first time several months ago after I unfortunately went over a pothole with my Prius, causing several of the front bumper clips to snap and necessitating a bumper replacement. I can't say enough positive about my experience here - the staff were professional, efficient, flexible, and very communicative throughout the entire process which I really valued, especially as someone who doesn't have much knowledge regarding auto body work. The end result looks great, and you can't even tell it's a replacement. I would absolutely recommend J&E to family and friends, and will be using them going forward!

Outstanding service all around. Up front, honest and reasonable estimate which was dead on for price and completion time. The work itself is truly flawless they are extremely detail oriented and refuse to put their name on anything but a perfect result. Gennaro and his team are true professionals - no job is too big or too small. I wanted to replace the front bumper on my Mustang. The new bumper was quite elaborate, had many parts and no instructions. Naturally I was somewhat concerted. Gennaro's team came through with flying colors. The new bumper looks awesome! Later, I had J&E install the rear spoiler - same results - awesome! Always very attentive and professional (did I mention professional?). Customer comes first! Finally - very reasonable cost. I could not be happier with the results Try them - you will not be disappointed!

Joe, his family, and all the staff are beyond helpful. Every time I stopped in for either a dent, paint, engine trouble, even just a question, someone has come right out to help and always give an honest quote. They have consistently fixed any issues I had quicker then I expect. My family and I go to them for all our car needs.
