The people are friendly, I live out of state and they have made the process easy and quick. I have not received my vehical yet due to weather conditions around delivery schedule, but this is not something they can help. Angelo has been very helpful and receptive of any and all questions.

This has been 100% the EASIEST I have ever bought ANYTHING in my life!! Let me start with Angelo!! He made the process so easy and seamless. He handled absolutely everything for me from the moment he answered my call. I told him what car I wanted and he made it happen. Mind you, I didn’t even step foot in the door and everything was already secured for me. Kelsey made sure that I went home with the lowest rate possible. I went in expecting one rate & when I got in to sign paperwork he completely took me by surprise because he managed to get my rate even lower with the finance company. The fact that he even took the time to contact the finance company and advocate for me to get an even better rate really speaks volumes! These guys were truly amazing and God sent. I was holding on to my old car by a thread, because the thought of going into a dealership and spending hours negotiating and test driving and paperwork and the list goes on, sent me into panic. I was really impressed with the service that Angelo Debenedetto provided to help me with my decision to buy a 2013 Audi convertible at Sound Auto Wholesalers. There was no pressure and he answered all of my questions and concerns honestly and truthfully. He even went the extra yard to deliver my car to my home which was a good distance from the dealership. I was also very impressed with Sound Auto Wholesalers. I was pleasantly surprised at their sales philosophy to strive to make the customer happy by releasing a car that has been thoroughly prepared for client satisfaction. Having worked in the cars sales, I know that this is not standard practice in the industry.

I went to Sound Auto Wholesalers for a used Tesla. I found a beautiful 2021 Tesla model X. Angelo helped me out, guided me through the process and helped me understand the nuances of the vehicle and was extremely upfront and open. It was actually a good experience at a used car dealership. What a great experience in buying a car! I buy a car about every other year so I do have some experience buying cars. I found these guys because they had a specific car that I wanted. Used car buying can be a little stressful for buyers and dealers alike after all beyond maybe a carfax and dealer records it’s usually tough to tell exactly how well a car has been treated. I dealt with George and he was a super friendly down to earth guy and I really enjoyed working with him. The car I was getting was a Porsche 911 and George didn’t rush me at all and encouraged me to have it checked out by a Porsche specialist that I use. He admitted they don’t sell a whole bunch of them and he would feel better if I had someone that knew them in and out look at it. The sales process took a few weeks and George was patient with me, never harassing me but still keeping in touch for when I was ready. They drove the car to milford for me for a PPI. Once that was done there were a few items that needed to be addressed. They addressed what they could and what they couldn’t we discovered what they would cost and agreed on a deal with Eric the finance manager (I’m so sorry if I messed up the name!), George was just more memorable. He was able to meet the APR of my credit union and explained (which I knew) that they get credit for doing the financing so he was going to do his best to meet or beat my rate and work the best deal. We settled on a number and off I went. Checking in a few months later the car is great, it’s everything I wanted and it’s already received all the fixes it needed as well as a couple of upgrades. I will certainly be back to Sound Auto for the next car upgrade. In a nutshell they have a great crew of super friendly people all working hard to get you into the right car for. they want a great experience from purchase through ownership and they deliver in spades.
