Buying a car could not have Been easier. I found a car online through car guru, inquired about it got a call first thing in the morning drove up with it four days later. Never went to the DMV because everything was done in house. They worked with me to get the best finance options for my car and my specific situation. I would come back here again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend them.

Purchased a vehicle As Is. I was pretty iffy about it. I should have listened to my gut. Two months later I find out I have to replace the transmission. Brought the vehicle to a trusted shop and he told me they should have known the transmission was on its way out. Be cautious! I certainly wouldn't recommend.

I bought a Hyundai Ioniq here a few months ago. Having owned the vehicle for a while, I can attest that it’s a really good car. My own Hyundai dealer certified that it’s in exactly the shape they promised (excellent), the price was more than fair, and the purchase process was super easy and simple, no gimmicks, no last-minute add-ons or hassles. Paid by certified check and walked out the door in an hour with the car I wanted (that time includes test drive). I would absolutely buy a car from them again!

Don’t buy from this place. I bought my first car here. I’ve been driving it since late December and I only go to school, work, and home with it. The check engine light always goes off and on, my break light went out, I have to replace the air filter, the lower intake manifold gaskets, the valve cover gasket, the U-joints, the right axel seal, and the fuel tank cover is rotting. When I went there to pick the car up in December, I was told the car was perfectly fine. I don’t know how this junk place is still running. I would give it 0 stars if it was an option.

Great experience, have had several vehicles serviced, and purchased two vehicles through this shop as well. Always well taken care of, always go above and beyond. Owners are super knowledgeable and reasonably priced as well. Will continue to work with them.

My family and I have purchased multiple vehicles here and get them regularly serviced. Personally I have not found a better price for what you get and feel good knowing Im not getting some bogus extra charges. Would not go anywhere else tbh.

After I posted the following review, both owners called me and tried to intimidate me. When I showed up in person, the father tried to intimidate me again, and made comments suggesting he wanted to fight about it. They never denied the truth of anything. Would give 0 stars if I could. Spent over 6 grand here to fix my car, and they completely failed to do so and spent longer than promised to do it. The car sat for a week before they even began. The car was in worse shape after it was done, and they threw their arms up claiming they did nothing wrong. Afterwards, I tried to trade in with them, but they seemed completely uninterested. The amount of times they promised to call me back but never did was astonishing. Feel like I have been scammed. Also, do not show up here on Saturdays because they may not be open for some unknown reason despite their hours claiming they are. I was nothing but patient and professional with this crew, and got nothing but unprofessionalism and dishonesty in return.

We just purchased a pick up truck for our son. I really hate car shopping, especially pushy sales persons. We saw a truck we liked and told John we would like to go for a test drive. He went with us and he was very helpful and friendly. We had pleasant conversation and while we were out, we noticed some things that needed to be fixed (minor things). When we got back to the shop, Greg Jr. met us and we discussed the issues we observed. He assured us they would all be taken care of. A few days later we went back and purchased the vehicle. Greg took care of everything, including the registration and making sure all the issues were fixed. The next day when we got the truck home, we noticed the check engine light came on and a small piece of plastic from the side mirror had fallen off. We called and were told to bring the truck back and they would fix it. It turned out they had to order a part but by no fault of theirs, the part took a couple extra days to come in. Once it came in they immediately fixed the issues and called us saying the truck was ready. When we went to get it, they were apologetic for the delay and as a sign of good faith, they filled the gas tank for us. I want to give a shoutout to John, Greg Jr and Dee. They all helped to make buying a car a pleasurable experience. I would (and already have) recommend buying your next used vehicle from Trolley Square Auto Group.

Great family business great prices on there vehicles also have a great service department there very honest would recommend any friends of mine to do business with them they won’t disappoint ??

I will never buy another car, or in my case Jeep, from anywhere else. Trolley Square is the best! I bought a Jeep from them in 2012, then in 2019 I made the mistake of buying a new Jeep from a different dealership. Now our oldest is getting her license and when shopping for another Jeep (we are just Jeep people), I was smart enough to go right to Trolley Square. I was surprised to have received the same excellent customer service and ease of purchase as I experienced in 2012. And I got a great deal! So, lesson learned. Bottom line, if you're in the market for a new vehicle, go to these guys (and gals) first. You won't find better service!

The used car process is usually difficult so it's nice to work with a long time family business that actually cares about their customers. I was financed within the hour, no hassle and the process was smooth. My vehicle is in fantastic shape it feels brand new! Truly a great experience.

BEWARE!!! Bought a car from this place exactly 2 weeks later on a Monday check engine light came on ! Same day went to have them look at it they insisted I make an appointment made an appointment for that Friday , the woman at the desk scheduled me for the following Friday !! I then had to wait almost 2 weeks because she couldn’t schedule me properly. With that said I had to drive a new to me car that’s very shaky imagine buying something that’s no good from the beginning horrible feeling ! When they get the car said it could just be spark plugs or ignition coils they changed those parts engine still came on as soon as I started the car when I picked it up! Brought it back they wanted me to wait another week to have them bring it to the dealership they didn’t want to fix the car and have it run like it should when you buy a new/used car at I got the car today long story short the check engine light is still on nothing they want to do about it ! Bad business if you don’t want to feel like you’re wasting you hard earned money please don’t buy from them ! When you think buying used cars is sketchy then something like this happens makes a nightmare feel like reality ! THEY DONT SELL QUALITY CARS !! Update : The Son Greg Jr calls me to tell me I don’t know the real world after posting my review good luck to anybody who goes there in the future ! The father left a voicemail telling me to come back to talk I just want my car working nothing to talk about , already made it clear to me that you don’t intend to fix the car and you helped me out by fixing ONE of the issues it has from the start . The car was never right from the beginning that’s my fault for spending my money here .

I give Greg at trolley square 5 stars. I first found trolley square about 5 years ago when I was looking to trade up my truck for a newer model. Greg gave me far more than any other dealer offered me for trade on that first truck and had exactly what I hoped for in a new upgrade. Now to the present, I was looking to trade in my gas truck for a diesel. I went to numerous dealers looking for what I wanted and kept coming back to a truck greg had on his lot. Once again Greg and his team did not let me down. They again gave me more than a fair trade value. I had just put new tires on my trade and asked if greg could put new tires on the new truck as part of the trade. There were no questions asked, they really came through for me and I could not be more satisfied. Its a true family business and I can assure you, if there is a car on there lot that interests you. Reach out! You will be in peace knowing you got a good deal on a solid vehicle. I could not be happier and in a five , six years when I am looking to trade up again. I will definitely be seeing trolley square again and so should you!!

This is a great place to purchase a vehicle. They are professional, kind, amiable and trustworthy. They have an excellent inventory of vehicles. I recommend this place! My husband and I have purchased two vehicles in a matter of four months. We also purchased a vehicle several years ago that never gave us a problem, so of course, we returned to Trolley when in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. And, when we find ourselves in search of a vehicle in a few years, we expect to purchase from Trolley Square again. We cannot be more pleased and we cannot feel more appreciated.

DO NOT BUY FROM TROLLY SQUARE AUTO IN BRANFORD! I had to bring my new car back to them about a week or two after buying it for exhaust issues. THEN one month and 15 days after buying it some parts went in the transmission which ended up costing over $4k and the dealership wouldnt do anything! They are rude and unprofessional. Will NEVER buy a car from them again! If I could give them a 0 rating I would! They also said that they offered me an extended warranty WHICH THEY DID NOT! Do not recommend!

I had a good car buying experience at Trolly Square. I went to look at a vehicle they had on the lot and asked to take a test drive. John at the front desk grabbed a plate and the keys and I took it for a good 20 min test drive. I decided to purchase the vehicle. They got Me set up with financing and Transferred My plates via DMV. I picked up the car the following night, John met me after closing to sign the paperwork and I was on My way. This was a no hassle, no pressure car buying experience for Me. I am very satisfied with my new used car and would gladly recommend Trolly Square Auto Group.

I was so impressed by the professionalism of this staff. John, Dee are only names I have rest. But the rest of staff took good care of me and the jeep i bought . They changed oil and made sure the jeep was completely clean. I have been looking for a car for a month. John was the only salesman who understood my situation and was extremely happy. I was looking for a Chevy Suburban to replace my last one that was totaled. My search took 2 months. I live on Long Island and every truck I checked on had hidden fees that drastically increased the prices that were being advertised. Eventually I expanded my search out of state, which led me to Trolly Square who had a 2017 Chevy Suburban Premier for sale. After speaking with a rep who assured me that they don’t play games like that and advertise the actual price with no hidden fees. When I got to the lot, the truck was in pristine condition and even better than I could have imagined. And, most importantly, the price was as advertised. I have now been driving the truck for a couple of months with no problems. I am extremely happy with my experience at Trolly Square and wholeheartedly recommend them.

I’ve purchased around a dozen vehicles from various dealerships throughout the state, and Trolley Square was far and away the best experience I’ve ever had!! Not only did they fit me with the perfect vehicle, but the price was the lowest around and without me even asking they fully serviced and upgraded a couple of items on the vehicle. It was ready exactly when they said it would be, completely detailed, and I was able to sign and get out of there in a matter of minutes. Nice location, helpful and very friendly staff, & great vehicles at very fair prices are just a few reasons why I already have, and will continue to refer Trolley Square to any family or friends I know looking for a vehicle.

I bought a 2017 Lexus es350 and needed tires and the front and rear brakes I told the seller John and he said they were fine but after talking to the mechanic he told him they didn't work. a month later I had a problem with the My car turned on the check engine light and the traction control light turned off. They gave me two months of warranty and I had one month left. and it covered 100% labor 100% parts and they wanted to charge me $200.00 for the problem with the car, which was joining two cables. I put them together in 5 minutes. Greg Sr and Greg Jr are both disrespectful because they didn't want to fix my car They treated me and my wife grudgingly. I would never buy a car there again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Let me start off by saying I hate buying a car, I looked high and low for next car with little luck. I found this dealership online and thought I would give it a shot at nothing to lose while the experience was fantastic from start to finish. John was excellent answer all my questions Greg work with me where to purchase & Dee was professional in made the buying process seamless. I would definitely recommend

Steer clear of this place, -10 Stars. We purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester from them on 5.20.21. Noise in the front end on test drive before we purchased. Was told it would be corrected before we made the purchase. Test drove the car again, and it seemed fine. Purchased the car and 100 miles later the noise returned along with a bad vibration. Greg SR said it was the heat shield on the brakes and he BENT IT BACK and sent my daughter back out on the road. That same day the car developed a grinding and popping noise along with the same vibration. Contacted Trolley Square and told the them what was going on and they told us to bring it back in 1 week, they had no time to look at it. Not satisfied I took the car to a PROFFESIONAL. Both control arms were rotted, cracked, sway bar end link bushings were gone along with the ball joints. I chose to have that company repair the car because the warranty at Trolley Square is a also a joke. 30 days and you pay 50% parts and labor. So why bother when we couldn't even get them to look at a car that was literally just driven off the lot.

Recently purchased a vehicle with John and he was so amazing. Honest and gave us time to make a decision in no rush. When we decided which car we wanted to purchase he had all the paperwork ready next day (which was a Sunday) so we can get our car as soon as possible as we needed it. Would highly recommend, not your usual car dealership!

Purchased truck one month ago. Still have not received registration so can not get license plates! Called them this morning & they say documents got lost by FedEx & it is out of their hands. Also, when got truck home had it checked by two different & independent mechanics. Both indicated the truck needed $9,500 worth of work. When I talked with owner he indicated the dealer wanted to fix it like new & "it's not a new truck". Many other issues with this experience including charging for gap insurance without asking if we wanted it. Just too many issues to write in this review. Would look everywhere else for a vehicle before going here & then would have vehicle checked by own mechanic before buying & look over paperwork very carefully before signing on dotted line. If I could rate them in negative numbers would have!!!

Bought a 07 Jeep liberty here about 6 months ago when we looked at it Gregg Jr was up front and honest, said it needed some brake work before I could test drive it. After the work was done he called so we went there for a test drive. The day I was to pick it up Gregg was not in but there was a puddle of coolant under the Jeep the employee would not let us take it. Being a former Jeep mechanic I knew it was the water pump. We left thinking we would have to find another car. Gregg called apologized asked if we could come out the next day thatThey changed the water pump. I drove the Jeep was happy we bought it. The price was VERY reasonable. 6 months later still happy with my purchase the Jeep still runs and drives great. It was a used car. On Used cars things go wrong sometimes Gregg never once tried to force me into the car. He was apologetic even embarrassed that the pump leaked. He didn't know I was a mechanic and could've put stopleak in it try to sell it with a bad pump but that is not who he is.

I dealt with Greg Jr. on this transaction and let me just say, he is truly great and very personable as well as the rest of the crew there. The car I bought was a 2010 Mustang GT. Communication was great from the moment I was interested in the car. Gave me a fair trade in value for the current car I had and was able to get me in the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Got the mustang prepped and ready and made sure everything was in top notch shape before I took it home. Very happy.
