Nick, at the front desk, was awesome and went above and beyond to accommodate my necessary changes and assisted me in other ways to fulfill all of my needs. It was great to see an employee who cared and provided customer service with a smile which seems to be a rarity nowadays in this country.

Excellent place to have party .Great Food ,Excellent hospitality .safe and clean .Highly recommend.

This was a trip south for the winter with our dog. I want a dog friendly hotel with an onsite restaurant close to the highway. This fit the bill and had good reviews. When we arrived the restaurant area was quite crowded. I think they had a group. Nice to see that it was popular. The room was a little dated but very clean and more than what we needed. My husband brought up dinner. He had a burger and I the chicken Cobb salad. Both very good. It was also in a good neighborhood with many restaurants and shops within walking distance which is so nice when you book online and arrive in the dark. Will definitely stay here again.

Huge shout out to Nick and the cleaning crew for helping extend my stay. I forgot to change my reservation and was checkout but the team here definitely made my mistake an easy fix. Hilton heros don’t wear capes but they get the job done.

Room was ok, would have been nice to have a smart tv. No welcome packet in room. Fridge had someones leftover jar of mayonnaise in it. A bit dated. And the smell of weed in the hallway made me nauseous.

I would absolutely avoid booking here at all costs. I’ve never experienced service as horrendous as this, especially for the price I’m paying. I booked this place because I wanted to finally treat myself but I would’ve had better service at the motel down the street. To make a painfully long story short, book this place if you want no internet connection in your room, to have to talk to THEIR tech people for over an hour on the phone - going in circles and resolving nothing (hope you didn’t have dinner plans or a wedding reception to go to!), a room that clearly hasn’t been cleaned because why are someone’s keys literally at the foot of my bed upon entering?, and having to recount your hour long tech conversation with multiple staff hours later because I guess no one communicates about guest issues and the problem still isn’t resolved? At least Hazel the manager said she would “email someone” because “there’s nothing else they can do” for me! Really makes a guest feel cherished to hear that. Definitely come here if you want to have the absolute worse vacation for yourself.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. The stay was fine, but when we got home, our account had a $250 additional charge. After calling, we were told there was evidence that we had smoked in our room. They sent us a picture of the “evidence” a couple of cigarette butts in the trash can. As a person who doesn't like to litter, I usually stub out my butts and put them in my pocket to throw away instead of throwing them on the ground. After talking to the manager and explaining that we didn't smoke in the room, going outside multiple times during our stay, and asking them to check the cameras, they did nothing. I totally understand hotel rules of no smoking, which is why we went outside, but to be treated like we did something wrong and talked down to by the manager is unprofessional. I feel like I was discriminated against for being a smoker and nothing we did was going to change their mind because they had “evidence.”

Nice hotel, breakfast is not included, they do have lunch and dinner, but you have to pay for it. Close to a lot of research

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. All the usual amenities of a Hilton. Great pool and hot tub. Walking distance to a couple of really nice restaurants which was plus.

Cannot say enough about the Front Desk staff. I stayed for a night and accidentally left something valuable at the hotel. I called the next day and the staff went out of their way to return it to me. I called several times and each person was nicer than the previous, Clean rooms, convenient location and wonderful staff.

Nice hotel, walked in and it smelt very clean. Nice room great water pressure & temperature. Pool was nice has hot tub. Food on site was good we had an app, cook working did a great, presentation was wonderful. Raven at the front desk was super nice! About 50-55 minutes from Foxwoods, 15-20 minutes from a 7brew (great coffee), 15-20 minutes from Westfarms wonderful mall, very busy. All in all great stay I would return!!

Room was clean but a bit dated. Make sure you bring a wall plug to charge your devices no USB ports built in. Staff is super friendly and the location is great!

Older hotel, no kitchenette. In good condition, great staff, and a bar and small restaurant in the hotel. Drinks and food were delicious, and you get points the first time you go to the bar / restaurant! Very comfortable atmosphere.

Excellent place to stay if you’re coming in for any sort of stay place was very clean. Amenities were great. Would stay again if we have to come back. staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The surrounding area was nice as well. The rooms are very spacious.

Positive: Clean, bright lobby with restaurant and bar. Great location. Comfortable bed. Big tv! Welcome bag appreciated. Negative: Very outdated decor. Homewood Suites next door has much more modern rooms at a competitive price. Small details.. I like to microwave water to make hot tea. Couldn?t do it because there was only styrofoam cups.

Ok so first of all the area was nice. Lobby was nice but the room was messed up. Walls peeling. Rust on tub. Toilet paper holder was broken. Gym on the bed. Hot tub handles are broken. Did not know what was hot or cold the jets were broken. Contacted the texting thing and was ignored pretty much. The pool was broken for the day Saturday and when they texted its back it was ice cold. The hot tub was warm not hot. The ceiling was rusting. No towels. The housekeeper came in my room with the tag on the door claiming it wasn’t there but it was. For the amount of money I spent I feel like these aren’t things that should have happened. Elevator is broken so the wait for was like 5/10 mins Everytime. There was a wedding a school band thing there and like 2 other conferences amd than what I was there for. It was to much aggravation and inconvenience for the price and I feel like Everytime I said something I was not listened too.

We came for an overnight and had the best time! You can’t hear any of the other roomers, staff are so friendly and helpful, the pool is open at great hours (SOO EARLY ?), and the food is delicious! The room was pristine with clean sheets, spotless shower, terrific water pressure, good channels, and close proximity to super restaurants. They even have a host texting service for all your needs! Don’t hesitate to come with your kids, we had nothing but smiles the weekend!

Not recommended for wedding guests or wedding parties. We booked this hotel for our wedding party 7 months in advanced. Not only did they go through three different people for the event but no one talks to each other. We booked because we were told everything would be taken care of. Our guests had the hardest time booking with them because no one wants to answer phones nor do they know what’s going on. Even at in the phones were not working. We booked this hotel because it was “supposed” to be convenient for everyone. Poor management who just give excuses for everything. Also booked a brunch that was quoted at 600, but we were charged 800 for yogurt and over cooked bacon. It’s understandable if there’s three weddings going on but this is a hotel who is supposed to be able to handle weddings. We were told our room would be taken care of because of our block but then we didn’t “hit our quota” because so many of our guests couldn’t book with the link or anyone on the phone. Checking in the lady was quite rude and then when I asked questions it was even worse. Don’t book if your booking for a wedding. They can not accommodate you. They will charge more than you are quoted and just give excuses about it. Horrible experience.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Glastonbury for 5 nights, and while the overall experience was decent, the service felt a bit lackluster. The staff was polite, but not very attentive. That said, the location is great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the fitness center was a nice plus. Breakfast was okay. Overall, not bad, but the service could use some improvement.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Glastonbury, CT because our friends, whose event we were attending, selected it as the designated hotel and it was a convenient location. ||Pros: convenient location; adequate parking; staff were friendly; a/c worked properly; room was clean||Cons:|Lack of attention detail- the digital clock in the room was set to the incorrect time and there was a panel on the back which was supposed to be for hotel staff only - I had to open that to reach the button that allows one to set the time; there was no pen and or paper in the room (we needed the former) ; on the shower wall there was a pump of shampoo and a pump of body lotion, but no body wash; the in-room mini refrigerator made odd noises through the night; the toilet would flush itself through the night; the clothes iron steam function did not work. Initially thinking it was the first iron, we had another one brought to the room and that was the same;the coffee in the lobby was pretty bad; we were given two room keys but only one worked; the hair dryer was of low quality; the bathroom did not include typically provided items such as q-tips and shower cap. Pretty bare bones overall ||

Just spent 3 nights at this hotel. The staff is just amazing. The front desk (I think mgr) was so friendly, the wait staff was so helpful. I was there with an event so breakfast was included, and the selection was quite acceptable. The room was great, everyday housekeeping service, and again, helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that there is shampoo/conditioner/lotion but no shower soap, just the bar soap from the sink. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

One of my husband and I favorite hotels around the Hartford area. Most of the staff is super friendly and personable, especially Josie, she goes above and beyond to make customers feel comfortable and happy with their stay. She's one of the main reasons we enjoy this hotel. The pool is warm and clean. Hot tub is clean as well, one of my favorite activities to do whole staying here.

I had to go to a 3 day business meeting. It was close enough to home so I drove home every day. But the people who stayed were very complimentary about the rooms. The conference rooms were very clean. The amenities were nice. The whole building we were in was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The food they served was terrific.

I generally like this hotel. Front desk staff have always been helpful and efficient. Dining service is more hit and miss service wise. Rooms are clean, nicely kept and decorated. And the location is very convenient for good places to eat. It's not a very interesting area to walk around, though. Nevertheless, I recommend especially if coming here for business.

This was exactly! What I needed! The establishment was decorated beautifully for the Holidays when I walked in! Staff Josie whom I had spoken to on the phone to confirm,was very pleasant and helpful. My room was clean, and spacious. Bed was Sooo comfortable. I utilized the amenities, pool ,(heated) and sauna, and gym, and topped it off with breakfast in the AM! As you can see,,I was very satisfied! Thanks for asking!?

The staff at this hotel are wonderful but the property itself needs some updating. The elevators were incredibly slow and the carpet was dirty and worn. The guest rooms were very dated and showed signs of extreme wear. The bed was not comfortable and the linens were very low quality. The TV was not a smart TV (no ability to stream) and no channel guide was provided for the basic cable that was available.
