Called asking for part numbers and estimates so I could order them online. Guy picks up the phone and says “we don’t give out part numbers, if you want to buy them from me you can.” What do you do if you can’t access a computer that has that information at the CUSTOMERS USE? Stupid attitude if you ask me.
Best service ever! The owner of this location in particularly helped us immensely. We went into the store to buy a new battery for one of our older vehicles. The owner tested our old battery MULTIPLE times before for selling us a new one. I have noticed an absence of honest business professionalism. It’s great to see that some companies actually care about consumer service. In addition to the owner providing a genuine effort to make our old battery work so we wouldn’t have to buy a new one, because we turned in our old battery we didn’t have to pay the deposit fee ($20–30). Couldn’t recommend this store enough! ???
Went to AutoZone with my half a million dollar work truck parked in the front was looking for an air truck for an air hose found one at what cost wanted to go out and match it up and they wanted me to leave a deposit for a $2 part went to Napa the guy not only gave me the one I thought was close but three others that look the same and told me to go out and match him up came back in not only bought the air truck bought a new air hose and a new air gauge thank you Napa
THIS NAPA HAS KNOWLEDGEABLE HELP and will help you get what your looking for. I can't stress it enough that if the parts counter has no brains behind it the store is only as good as the person buying the parts. NAPA IN GLASTONBURY CAN HELP YOU.

Poor interpersonal skills by employees and the owner...poor treatment from owner and employees for my comparison shopping periodically...sometimes i just can't find things i need from their store! its the public's cash and choice, if I offend them as a customer shopping, my apologies but I dont need to be treated in a rude and offensive manner all i seek from people is some semblance of decency....i got the point, have to shop different auto stores...fine by me!

One staff member tried to sell me something that was not the right part and knowing this I kept asking if it would work and he insisted it would. Finally asked a supervisor which told me that it was not the appropriate tubing and to not purchase it. Supervisor did give me a free $1 clamp to hold current tube on.
I asked Eric at Groton Napa if he could look up my Vin # for power steering lines that rotted out. I showed him a photo of vin # . He said back off he is closterphobic! After me dictating number He said part is not available? I ask why? He said no idea! Eric's additude and arrogance toward a customer that spends upward of $25k each year for parts is appalling! Bumper to bumper is where I go now!!!!!! I rate Napa negative 2 stars!!!!!
Fantastic service every time. If they don't have what you need they'll get it quickly. They also will point you in the right direction for your vehicle and let you know what you need, not just sell the most expensive part they can. Very glad I live a few minutes away from this location!

These guys are the best in the business. I’d challenge you to go anywhere else and find folks that have the same knowledge and care for customers as this place. In today’s world of “everything is available online cheap”, this shop offers the service that clearly sets them apart. It’s the only true differentiator in today’s marketplace. For real quality parts and knowledgeable friendly service this is the place.
Glastonbury NAPA has become my go-to place for car parts. If they don't have it in stock, they typically can get it later that day or the next. Prices tend to be lower than online without the need to pay for shipping. Very happy with them and the knowledgeable staff.
I've tried using them several times since they are incredibly conveniently located for me. Each time I am met with rude service for over-priced parts.
The most recent time I went in for a battery for my tractor. They gave me a price of about 150, I pointed out that Home Depot had the exact same battery for 70, so the clerk typed on the computer and said "How about 160". Needless to say, I left and will never go back.
Bought an Interstate Battery there that went bad while out of state on vacation. Thought it was either a bad starter or other electrical problem since the battery was brand new. The place I had took it to (we were in a remote area) did not carry interstate batteries and the car would not start so they replaced it with a different brand. When I attempted to return the interstate battery, these guys would not refund my money, only offered to replace the interstate battery with a new one. I did not need a second battery, so now I am out over $300 in diagnosing and replacing the battery out of state, in addition to the cost of the original battery I bought here. I left the defunct interstate battery there in disgust. Last time I will by an Interstate battery. This is unfortunate in that I have had pleasant experiences with this Napa in the past.
Great service and convenient location. I have never been steered wrong when getting recommendations from the staff. They are always forthcoming with help for whatever car project I'm working on. Ask for Ben.
