Went there for a quote, said they would email one. Waited three days nothing. Called in said I would get one within the next day. Nothing. Maybe they don’t want more business? Not sure.
They were really nice and flexible as well as compationate i guess its something i wouldn't associate with a business such as that .. But i guess it makes sense..

Recently had the need to have my driver's door window seal replaced. They worked me into their schedule, they ordered the part, it came in a couple of days later, I dropped the car off, and it was ready a couple of hours later. Couldn't have been happier with the work and, should the need arise, they'll be my first choice to use again. Thanks everyone.
Austin is fabulous - very quick and communicative throughout my entire experience. Had to get major body work done, the shop had my car for about a month and a half and Austin communicated every step of the way w me. I was very pleasantly surprised with the process being faster than expected for what needed to be repaired. Thanks so much again Austin and the whole body shop team - would definitely recommend!!
I was rear ended and had minor damage so I went to get a quote from Glastonbury Auto Body. When I got there, they buffed out the scratch and fixed the dent in my license plate for free. It’s obvious how much they value their customers and I will be bringing my car here for any work that needs to be done from now on. Can’t thank them enough!
Spoke with the owner John today. He was very rude and unprofessional on the phone today. I do not know if he is rude all the time or he was just having a bad day but I will not be doing business with him again.
Dropped my car off after a minor accident. Work done was fine but communication on their end was pretty terrible. I had to search for someone in the garage to let them know I was dropping off the car because no one was in the office. No one called me to let me know how long it would take to fix my car. I had to call them so I’d have an idea of how long I’d need a rental. They gave me an estimate but no one called when the car was actually ready. I had to call them to ensure it was ready. When I went to pick up the car, the guy in the office wasn’t wearing a mask. The sign outside the office clearly states masks must be worn, but this employee was not adhering to guidelines despite me clearly wearing mine.
About one month ago I was involved in an accident and made the decision to bring my Jeep to Glastonbury Auto Body. Scott and his son Austin made my experience worry free and very enjoyable. They told me how to deal with issues I came across when dealing with the insurance company which made for a stress-free experience. When I dropped my Jeep off for repair I noticed a lot of old muscle cars which I can't imagine are cheap to bring back to their original state. So I figured if people trust him with their family heirloom car or just that project that hasn't gotten finished over 20 years my Jeep would be no issue for Scott and his staff. My Jeep shined better than new! They even detailed the inside! Thanks a million to Glastonbury Auto Body!
