Customer service representative was so great, I’m always going back to Glastonbury location to get service done on all my vehicles .

Very professional and considerate of the needs/care of my truck.

Came in this past Sunday morning for my Ford Taurus for a routine oil change, but also my driver side front brakes were making a rattling noise. Ricky wasn't sure if he'd be able to get parts as it was a Sunday but thanks to his efforts he was able to! He provided awesome service, he was able to diagnose the issue that happened to be with the rotors and get that and the oil change done in awesome time! I was back on the road in no time! Every time I've come here the problem is diagnosed quickly, I'm informed very well of what's going on, and they get the repair done and I'm always back on the road with a smile on my face. I'll recommend these guys to anyone! Thank you guys!

Excellent service and Jay the manager is awesome! I have had many items purchased from them and they are always nice and helpful to me!! I totally trust them with my car and my safety!!

This place is great. I was an auto mechanic back in the 2000's. This place is honest and it seems they always offer multiple solutions depending on how much money you can spend. All the prices are very reasonable. They've done good to me so many times that I just always recommend going here. They've never tried to over sell me on anything. Most of the bad reviews I read here seem to normal shop stuff. They are a chain muffler shop. There is some stuff that's out of their control.

Very efficient and friendly ....went in as a walk in ...needed alot of brake work.. they took care of me and got me out no problem.

i did not have an overall good experience...would be happy to elaborate with photos and more detailed information if necessary...let's just say, i almost called corporate.

Do not come here u less you want your stuff stolen from your car. Went for an oil change and got my wheel key taken. Highly recommend getting serviced elsewhere. Ride service especially the guy with messed up finger.

I made a 2:30 appointment with a concern that my car shakes above 70mph. We discussed it when I came in and they said they would check it out and let me know how they can help. I waited for an hour and a half and no one even looked at my car. I asked and they said they were waiting for someone to be available to test drive it. When I reminded them I had an appointment, there was no rush to push my car to the top of the list, they just said they had to keep waiting for someone to be available. I'll never come here again.

Don’t waste your time attempting an emissions check here. Tried to go one day early morning and tech wasn’t in for the day. Was told to come back next day at 8:30 even though emissions starts at 8. Show up at 8:15 to wait for the 8:30 and told that the tech isn’t coming in until 9. Left and will try Firestone later. Complete waste of time. Should have known better.

I highly recommend this shop! The manager Jay goes above and beyond. I’ve been going there for years. Shop is always clean and the restroom is clean. The wife can come here alone and not feel like she will taken advantage of. This center is better than most their one dealership. If they offered car wash and rental cars most dealerships in the area would be out of business.

Super rip-off on “free brake pads” for life. Made the mistake of purchasing this. Monroe ends up charging one $149 in labor (that is the cost and labor for brake pads.). Check product installed. Also store rep took my car out initially for 10 min test drive. Came back and said I needed complete drums, rotors etc. NOt true!! I declined … what about others that don’t know any better. Avoid these crooks at all costs!

Dropped off my car with only a check engine light on …. Told them not to do anything that warranty doesn’t cover the next day they call and try to charge me. Then I pick it up with a battery and check engine light on… all of a sudden the alternator bolt was loose which was weird because it wasn’t loose before I dropped it off. DONT GO HERE

DO NOT GO HERE!! We left our vehicle to get an oil change and tire rotation. We were told it would take 90 mins, it took 3 hours. We were told exactly how much of a charge it would be after the Groupon ($27). When we arrived after the car was ready, we found out they were trying to charge an additional $70! When I questioned it the associate said oh yea and removed a random fee then proceeded to tell us that they replaced a light bulb and it was an additional $30. No one called me to ask if I wanted the bulb changed nor did they ask for authorization prior to proceeding. There were several customers in line so we paid to avoid a scene, however this is highly unacceptable and I have left several messages for corporate and at this location only to be told the manager is not around. Never again! Do not go to this company!

Horrible experience. Came in to get new tires, had wrong tires put on. Let me leave with the wrong tires while correct tires came in, vehicle was extremely misaligned right after and set off traction control and 4x4 light during the rain storm. Got new tires on few days later, found screw driver under brake pedal, rims damages and vehicle still pulling to the side while driving. Got new alignment a month later at a different shop. Contacted manager and district manager Heath, after promised refund and correcting all issues never returned my calls, horrible customer service especially from corporate manager. Customer service issues department forwarded my refund to insurance, which was denied. Stay away. Pay little more at another place and get good service.

I had my front rotors and pads replaced. The staff was friendly and helpful. Was done quickly and efficiently. The price was decent, not outrageous.

Just spent $3000 for 2 sets of tires, 2 vehicles. So I make an appointment for emissions test. I get there and they say emissions is down and we don't do appointments for emissions. How is that possible when you just gave me an appointment? So I went to another place and had to wait 2 hours for emissions. So you wasted half my day after I just patronized your business for $3000.

My car's low tire pressure light came on, likely due to the weather change from hot to cold. I tried filling my tires air at a gas station and one tire ended up getting even more deflated! I brought my car to Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers to check my tire pressure and see if there was any leaks. All the staff were extremely helpful and professional. I was in and out in 30 minutes, and I did not have a reservation. I did not have to pay anything to get the tires air checked and refilled either! I highly recommend coming here for car services, as the business is very helpful and timely with services. Thank you!

The service here is fantastic! I've had my car serviced here a few times and everytime is a great experience. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and most services are completed same day. Definitely recommended this place to my friends and family.

I had an awesome experience here. Came in to swap out old tires on my truck, brought the new ones with me. J the manager and his crew were very friendly and professional. They took care of my vehicle like it was their own being very careful and respectful of it. The new wheels are mounted perfectly and it drives like it should. Thank you for the help and 5 star service! I highly recommend Glastonbury Monro for anyone’s auto needs, these gents rock!

Stopped into the Glastonbury Monro with a front end vibration problem. They found the issue quickly and fixed it while I waited. I’ve always had good experience with Monro service. I will definitely use them for all my car service repairs and maintenance

Do NOT come here. Went for a simple brake & rotor replacement- left with my car UNABLE to physically reverse. Ainsworth- the manager that PERSONALLY worked on my vehicle, let my vehicle leave their lot as a SAFETY HAZARD & then did not accept any type of responsibility for his work. He rather denied that he returned my vehicle in worse quality than when I brought it in. Jay (I believe his name is)- the other manager that assisted me when I returned with my car to get the problem solved, apologized that they allowed me to leave with my car in that condition and said that Ainsworth must have had a hectic day & missed the low quality of his work. I returned a few days later as my brakes were making a strange sound that was NOT there prior to my original visit (this was about 3 days later) and they stated that they could not hear any type of sound. They said it was most likely my suspension and that they could give me an estimate to get it fixed. I denied any type of estimate or pricing as I already paid $650+ to get a job done and was given a poor quality result. I ended up picking my car up & had BOTH managers call me a liar and that I was trying to get more out of them because THEY messed up. Jay started yelling at me & Ainsworth had to calm him down as he was visibility upset. We were ALL upset. Myself- because I paid $650+ for a simple job. And the managers- as I called them out for their poor quality & lack of SHAME for allowing a car to leave their lot in that state. This was my first time ever going to Monro & I am genuinely surprised this place has as high of a rating that it does I will 100% tell ALL friends & family to never come here, as I’ve had many jobs done on my car & this was BY FAR the worst experience yet

Ordered tires and delivered there by Amazon and brought in my rims to mount which they completed. Called and they said it was ready and I can bring the truck anytime to just install won't take long. I came and I guess it was too busy (wasted trip)I should have called. Then I try again and this time tells me to make an appointment and I get there 15 minutes late but called and he said no problem. When I get there your leaving the truck right? No I made an appointment for a reason. He said he was short staffed. Did not take me and I took my tires. Their appointments times mean nothing. Thxs for at least storage of my tires.

I’m used to Chad at this shop, and I hope he is doing well in his absence! Huge shoes to fill but the guys running Glastonbury were so friendly, knowledgeable and inviting I can’t see why they aren’t busier than they are! I drive an Audi and have more faith with these guys than at the dealer down the street. You aren’t cheap, but worth every penny when the team at Monro in Glastonbury treats you with the utmost respect. Listing to the manager handle customers on the phone was a breath of fresh air as well! So kind and curious! Too bad we can’t clone him bc ide hire him in an instant!

The treatment I received from this team was a total standout for me. I went in for an alignment, but they diagnosed an issue I have to fix first. They were polite helpful, friendly. They explained everything. I will go back and get my alignment done, and the main reason is because of how well I was treated by this team.

The manager I dealt with was great. He has told me, basically, that the oil was filthy. I should bring in engine flush in a few weeks and he would run it. And give me another oil change for free. His general manager got wind of it and apparently had a cow. I hope it was worth it for him. My wife and I really loved the service, but I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN!

I brought my car in this morning and was delighted to be assisted by Robert and Aaron. Both were informative, courteous, and most importantly, honest! They explained thoroughly what was needed, and answered all of the questions that I had. The work was done the same morning, and the price was abundantly fair. I will definitely be going back there for any other issues that arise. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great value and excellent service!
