Great experience purchasing a new truck from Monaco Ford. A rarity these days with most dealers! I brought my truck in for a Tire Rotation and to have a wiper issue addressed in October of 2025. Rotation was completed, and I was told the part for the wipers was ordered. It took 3 months for the part to come in. When I returned in January to have the wiper part installed and 2 other minor items addressed (a power notification error & broken gas tank flap latch), I was told that the tech had also discovered 2 of the lug nuts on one of my wheels was missing and had caused the rim to crack. Monaco refused to take responsibility for the missing lug nuts. I was told everything had been fixed, and paid over $1200 for a new rim, the wiper repair, a new battery and a fix for the gas tank latch. Within the next 24 hours, I determined the wiper issue remained, the power notification error came back and the gas flap latch remained broken. Monaco sent a mobile tech out to review the issues again, and scheduled a subsequent service visit to readdress the fact that nothing had actually been fixed. At the next service visit (now the 4th time I had had to schedule a visit at Monaco), I was told they STILL didn’t have the parts to make the necessary repair for the wipers. They had ordered the part and it would be received in 2 days. That deadline passed, and I have not heard from them since. Very disappointing.

He was never pushy and made the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free. Just purchased a 2025 Bronco from Monaco and the experience was great and stress free. The salesman Earl Trout was excellent as he took me through the process. Honest and open, he clarified the multiple trim options. He even suggested a lower priced trim with all the options I wanted that suited me better than the original car I asked to see. When does that happen at a car dealership?! Sales Manager Aaron made price negotiation straightforward, and I felt I got the price and trade-in $ I wanted. Finance Manager Jim also was cool with my waiver of add ons and even gave me an additional rebate that had come out since my first visit……and said they owed me money! The dealership itself is really impressive—clean, open, bright, and easy to navigate. Parking was simple, and I was greeted warmly right when I walked in. I was introduced to Jim Vincek, who took the time to sit down with me and go over exactly what I was looking for—features, price range, financing options, everything. After talking things through, we narrowed down a model and year that fit my needs, and I headed out for a test drive. For the test drive, Cameron Ortiz joined me and walked me through all the features. Since I’ve never owned a truck before, I really appreciated the time he spent explaining everything and answering every question I threw at him. I just purchased a new Ford F150 Lariat from Monaco Ford. What a pleasant experience. From the moment I walked into the show room I was treated like royalty. My Lariat is the 6 and a half bed model and will fit all their equipment and more. When I need a new vehicle again I’m going right back to Monaco.

Monaco took care of me like I was a high end client. It was a recall regarding the door lock mechanisms which won't open from the outside or inside via the button or handles. They picked the vehicle up and dropped it back off all whilst conveying every step via text and live tracking of where they are in this process. It wasn't all by text or emails I had several phone calls with an actual person and was welcomed to ask any questions at any time. Excellent service. I look forward to purchasing a vehicle from them in the future.
