We had our 90K recommended service on our BMW this week. Angelo and his people did a great job and finished the service within the estimated timeframe. Everyone at Imported Auto Center are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain service requirements. We have had service on multiple vehicles in the past and never hesitate having service performed here. They treat you like family here !!!

Popped in without an appointment because I had a screw in my tire and was loosing tire pressure. They were incredibly accommodating and were able to fit me in their schedule in-between their other scheduled appointments. So kind, very quick and were able to repair my tire with a permanent patch. Was back on the road in less than an hour!

Went in with my ‘98 Mercedes for brakes. Great service and advice on my old baby. They pointed out rusted coil spring perches that could cause the car to drop on the tire. Thanks guys I’m getting them fixed.

I had major engine repair on my 2014 BMW 320xi. I had timing issues but luckily got it repaired before doing permanent damage. It was a laborious and complicated repair. My car now works great and runs like it is new. It was not cheap but given the amount of labor and parts required it was more than fair. It was also far cheaper than getting a new BMW! Their skill level was very impressive; it is almost a waste of talent having them do oil changes! They were also very nice about storing my car after repair completion since I was on travel. I would highly recommend them. They did have a large queue of cars in repair so I had to wait almost a month to get the repair done. Not a problem for me since I have other vehicles, but something to keep in mind.

I identified a missing hose on my ‘06 Cayenne and a CEL. Imported Auto fixed it efficiently and fairly. CEL is gone and acceleration improved significantly.

Great service- very responsive to my schedule needs even though they had a lot of business since coming back from vacation. Couldn’t perform one part of the job because they didn’t have the right sized equipment for our truck but they were honest and helpful with recommendations.

All four Windows of my car would not go down. I spent over $300 at other facilities trying to fix the problem with no resolution. Imported Auto Center fixed my windows so that they would go up and down. They were able to locate the short that no other facility could. Imported Auto Center of Glastonbury Connecticut obviously did a very thorough inspection. I will gladly have them service my future repairs.

In a world where service standards seem to slip nearly everywhere, Imported AutoCenter consistently stands out. The quality of their work, their professionalism in how they treat my wife and I, and the fair prices they charge give them a huge edge over their competitors. We live nearly 30 min away, and drive by 5 or so auto service shops on our way there, but we wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

I was able to get an appointment within the week. Easy drop off and pick up. Done on time. Discussed options and explained what the car needed and all charges. Will continue to take my car there!

Dropped my truck off previous night. Called me soon after opening with diagnosis and proposed repair for the issue I was having with the brakes; most importantly, although the problem was my fault, they treated me with respect and not the disdain I have received from “one of the Big 3” shops in town. Repair was quick, they test drove my truck to make sure it wasn’t the brake booster as I had thought, and the price of repair was reasonable. Definite 5 star

it's not often that you can use the word 'integrity' when talking about a car repair station. But this place EARNED it! Not only did they replace my Audi A-6's rear coil springs for $700 less than the dealer quote, but they also discovered that 2 bolts were missing from a prior repair, and they only charged for the parts to fix that issue. Very impressive.

Very satisfied with the quality of service for the first time for my six year old Lexus RX 350. The oil change and battery replacement was done at a reasonable cost quickly and near future maintenance recommendations for tire replacement was clearly communicated to me by Stan. Better quicker, much hassle free reliable and cost effective service than the Lexus dealer!

I recently had my brakes replaced at Imported Auto Center and couldn't be happier with the service. Angelo and his staff were professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. When the mechanic identified an additional issue I was provided with a timeline of when the repair should be addressed. I didn’t feel pressured into getting it done right away. Angelo’s prices are more than reasonable, especially when compared to other garages in the area. Value for my hard earned dollars for sure! I won’t hesitate to go back to Imported Auto Center for my next repair. It was a great experience all around!

We've been using Imported Auto for many years. Recently needed a new battery. Angelo was very accommodating and got us in at the end of the business day. The car was ready the following morning. Great service and top notch quality.

Angelo and his team at Imported Auto were great. I brought in my GL 450 with transmission shuddering problems. Angelo and two other mechanics, one of whom is a certified Mercedes mechanic took a good history of the problem and discussed all the possible diagnoses. They suggested we try something simple first to fix the problem before spending many thousands in transmission repairs. They were correct and the car runs like new now. Very satisfied, I feel like they took very good care of me and saved me a bunch of money. The work was done on time, and for the price agreed. No surprises no nonsense. I will definitely be using them again in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their car serviced honestly and properly.

3rd set of tires I have had Imported Auto Center, Inc. install. Purchased and picked up tires from Tire Rack. This time had four Blizzak tires installed on new rims with TPMS sensors. Angelo was great and answered all my questions! Would highly recommend them!
