Terrible customer service and racist tendencies. Unprofessional female said they were closed and told us to leave. Made us very uncomfortable. Beware, do not go to this establishment.
If you can find another auto shop just go ahead and do that and save yourself the hassle.The are very unreliable ,never call with updates .They will give you an estimate for finish when you call to pick up ,they tell you of a new problem without updating the customer prior:Had my vehicle for 3months
Someone hit my car while it was parked. I came here and billed the service thru the person who hit me's insurance. They did an absolutely amazing job painting the car AND they even cleaned my car out it looked like a brand new car. They went absolutely above and beyond. I am extremely grateful and if I ever need a car repair again I will absolutely be going back to them
They go above and beyond. Cleaned my car and washed it. With the pandemic they were very good at providing protective measures.
I had a small dent on the hood of my car and it looks like they even tried to take the dent out without being charged extra or even having to ask. (Not what I brought the car in for)
With this place you get that small town, family owned business, truly caring people.

How should I start? Well, brought my brand new 2016 ford focus ST there for a repair, I didn't know the place but it was recommended by the insurance company (now i know its a big red flag!!!) and because i didn't know any other body shop I just gave it a chance, hoo Lord why!!?? People there are actually nice and gave to me a nice speech about guarantees and everything, but what guarantees?? Well despite the terrible service they execute there I had a 3 weeks wait time , no problems so far, the problems started when i did bring the car!! 3 days later they called and said its done.... i taught to my self too fast!!! and i was right, the car came terrible!!! It wasn't a big repair the only thing they had to paint was a new bumper that got replaced and fix a little bit my fender and paint it, very minor. The paint job was very bad from dripping to dirt on the paint, the fender that was poorly fixed and poorly painted. Later I found out that all the rushed poor job was to please the insurance company that squeeze them so they pay little on time for rentals and everything else. Be AWARE!!!!! don't bring your car there!!! Once a paint job is badly done there is no real fixing, unless you do everything else again!!! I brought the car back there and showed all the imperfections, left the car there and ......???......... they call me 2 hours later saying its fixed....whatt????!!! as you can imagine it was poorly fixed and because i don't have time to be bringing the car there everyday my brand new car is going to be like that forever.......
