Terrible! I ordered a key for my car because my old one was having problems. I placed the order on December 22, 2025, and they said it would arrive the following week, but it actually arrived three weeks later. They couldn't program the key and said they would reschedule. Today, January 22, 2026, I went there and they simply said they couldn't do the job and that I should go to Ford... Terrible, simply awful!

Best place ever! Saved my life with my phone! Super quick! Took less than 30 minutes to fix my screen!

As I read the past reviews this store had, I wondered what changed. This store has to be the worst customer experience I had this year. It started with my wife needing a new screen on her phone. S22 Ultra to be exact. Whomever did the installed must have done a poor job, within 2 hours of the repair my wife noticed that the screen was making a clicking sound, I like to support local business, so I did not want to create waves by contacting Tmobile and filing a complaint about the repair. In the past when I have contacted the big corporations that usually sublet the work out to the smaller local business, the small business gets a "Bad" report on their history. So I decided to contact BATTERY PLUS directly, I nice girl picked up the phone and I explained the situation, she said no problem and instructed me to come in at any time. However the next day my wife showed up and spoke to a another employee, not sure if it was Richard, but she showed him the flaw in the repair, it was pretty obvious. However they claimed the phone had additional damage, because by then the phone screen had a stripe going thru the screen,I found that pretty odd since these people do these repairs all day and they should be able to tell if the screen had any stress marks from additional impacts, needless to say if they had done that they would see there was no additional damage wouldn't be here writing this. They suggested for my wife to call Tmobile again and file another claim so they can get paid again to replace the screen. Here is were the problem lies, Tmobile/Asurant will not open a new claim because I called them after speaking to my wife to explain to them about the faulty repair and they claim I have a 90 day warranty!!!!! I call them back and explained that to Richard myself and he told me to call them again, so you see now I'm in the middle and my wife still does not have a working phone. This problem is not worth the aggravation so I just figured is time for an upgrade and give me wife an early Xmass present. If you choose this location for your screen repair just examine the phone very closely when you get it back, unless you don't mind getting the run around to ultimately just having to get a new phone

I came in about 2 weeks ago to get my phone fixed. I had a scheduled appointment that I was 25 minutes late for. Fortunately for me, by the grace of God, Richard willingly cancelled his uber and fixed my phone. Shafi was extremely nice as well. If not for Richard and Shafi being the nicest gentlemen you’ll ever meet, I probably still wouldn’t have a phone. I recommend this location for any needs related to electronics and batteries. 10/10 service, speed, reliability and maintenance. These gentlemen really helped me unimaginably. I pray God watches over these men and blesses them and their families. Thank you Richard and Shafi!

I’d like to give a shout out and huge thank you to the store manager at the Batteries Plus - Fairfield store location. He was tremendously helpful in helping me disassemble a large battery back-up unit to recycle the batteries. He was very helpful and friendly and resolved my issue quickly. Batteries Plus is a great store. I cannot recommend this store enough.

Very nice workers! He helped my mom with her phone and got it fixed quickly. He was also very kind and was easy to talk to, definitely recommend to people struggling with their phones.

Ive come twice to have my phone screen replaced and each time the owner Ahsan has done a wonderful job. Even providing me my phone back faster then the alloted time. I would def recommend anyone come here to have their phone fixed

I've had my 2013 Sonata for over ten years now. Both original key fobs have stopped working in the past (2018) and are repeating the same failure now in 2025. The problem is that they are so old, they no longer hold their programming and the dealership wants over $700 to replace the key fob and reprogram it. Not only that, it would take over a week to get the parts. Thankfully for me, I had an aftermarket remote start installed that allowed me limited use of the car without an active key fob, but it had to be remedied. Even with it not being in stock and not having a functioning fob, the fine gentlemen at this Batteries Plus were able to get me reprogrammed with a new fob in less than an hour after getting the part overnighted for me. Absolutely recommend THIS Batteries Plus. It's not the closest one to me, but due to their professionalism and compassion, it will continue to by MY Batteries Plus. J. Hayes

The costume service skills are unbelievable. Especially from the manager Richard. He was able to quickly and efficiently get my phone fixed in less than 30 minutes. Then he was able to get my key fab just as quick. Very well spoken and friendly. I will be coming back in the future for any of my tech needs.

Just had a wonderful experience at Batteries Plus in Fairfield. A gentleman named Richard helped me replace my car battery and he was just great! I had limited time and he had me in and out of there in 15 minutes. He was so kind and answered all of my questions. It’s rare to find good customer service and Richard was all about it. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a quick battery repair that includes friendly, honest service.

5 Stars ?I Love This Place , extraordinary service .The guys there are very Quick and Efficient . I've been going for over 1yr now and never had any issues when it came to Repairs on any of my Phones I Travel 40 min but will greatly Travel an hour. In and Out . 4.6 stars is a massive understatement!! This establishment is extremely well kept, organized and very clean. An estimated 45 minute wait time for a S23 Ultra screen replacement, absolutely smashed down to 25 minutes! Flawless execution, expectations immaculately blow out of the water! Customer service is 11/10, professionalism is 11/10, chance of referral 11/10. I'm not writing this review to glamorize or front, those are all straight facts per my experience. I could tell no difference unwrapping new, out the box vs this replacement! Curved edges are done immaculately, screen quality is flawless ? I leave reviews few and far In-between even if asked to do so. I am very blunt when it comes to reviews when I do wrote them. This location for Batteries Plus needs the recognition it deserves, 11/10 across the board!!!!!!! Keep up the good work brodie, you're professionalism and demeanor goes further than you know ? shout out to you, I am extremely pleased.

My son wanted to customize his 3dsxl.. Batteries Plus made are broken knob good with are replacement, “new bling red” post.. made it all back working. Got it done same day.. A+ service all the way, very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for your help.
