We found this place through Mercedes recommended shops. They did a fantastic job on my car, I was hit from the back side and it looks like brand new. I had an incredible experience at Fairfield Collision Center. This was my first accident in decades and they were very kind, understanding and helpful. Vicky at the desk was wonderful. Dan who first looked at my car was amazing. And Rick and his team were also amazing. I got a new front bumper and they did an incredible paint job plus they cleaned and waxed my car. It was so awesome, I thought they painted the whole car.

My car was hit and damaged on the driver's side while parked. The front and side panel were damaged to the point I couldn't open the door without it making a crunching sound. I was recommended by my insurance company to use Fairfield Collision. I dropped my truck off and everyone was so nice and welcoming. They examined my truck and said they could fix the damage and I even got my rental from there. They did an Amazing job on my truck! It looked like when I purchased it. I would highly recommend Fairfield Collision for fixing your damaged car and they were very reasonable. Great customer service and kept me updated daily on my truck process while getting fixed. So happy with the results. Definitely will use them again if I needed to for repairs.

I think everything went super smoothly. Ely is the absolute best and deserves a raise. She kept communicating throughout the entire process and made it so much less stressful. I appreciate her customer service skills. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs their services.

Fairfield Collision Center handles all the negotiation with the insurance company. Be patient, it is a slow process probably due to slow response from the insurance company. When work was completed, the car was returned to me in “brand new” condition including a through washing of the exterior and cleaning of the interior.

Getting into a car accident is never fun, but having a smooth experience with true professionals truly makes a difference. Dan Lametta and his team went above and beyond for me, meeting difficult timelines while ensuring the outmost care for my vehicle. Dan shared daily updates, with clear status updates and set expectations he overachieved at every step of the way. The work of this body shop is excellent with extreme attention to detail. My only issue was some breakdown in communication. It took 2 months for the repairs to be completed which apparently was related to acquisition of some of the parts. But the explanations were inconsistent and somewhat confusing. But ultimately the end result was definitely worth the wait.

They did a great job on the repairs, kept me updated on the progress, communicated to my insurance company and everything was covered. Also arranged a rental vehicle at their location which was covered by our insurance company. Would definitely use them again ( hopefully won’t need to).

The best most professional and excellent repair and collision center in the entire east coast that anyone can find. I mean i hope everyone is safe and you wouldn’t need to get one. But if your car happened to be in an accident, this is best place that can get your car fixed as if the accident never happened. They did an astonishing great job fixing my 2020 Toyota corolla hybrid.

Highly professional, they work respecting clients time. Communication is great as well - good amount of updates on the state of repair. Jason was the point person, he did the estimate and was super professional. The staff at the desk are very friendly and helpful as well. Repair was done and it looks great.

I was really nervous after some goofball hit me that my car would not be returned to factory conditions. Fortunately, Fairfield Collision Center did a great job and it looks just like it did previously. It was a perfect color match and the bumper was reinstalled with zero fitment issues or gaps. I had the Paint Protection Film replaced and the installation was better than it was originally. I am very happy. Thank you.

Months of issues and delays for my Porsche. Failed communications and a returned vehicle with damages. On top of it, they completely lied to me about having brought my car to Porsche service to have the mechanicals checked post the accident! Upon receipt of the car with remaining issues they assured me they would stand behind their work and correct it. Fast forward a month: no repairs, nothing scheduled. I finally got an appointment only to show up and find out my advisor Prya was too busy to help me and had, yet again, failed to be ready with a rental or to take my car. When the following week had a fail again, I had to go back to insurance and start the whole process over at another body shop. Ironically, I found out I have a neighbor with a Mercedes who also said Fairfield collision has fallen apart and had to take his car elsewhere. Try Marty’s in Norwalk, they’re great and honest and reliable to do what they tell you.

The whole shop and staff are very professional and friendly! They didnt upsell me on services i didn't need, they attended to my concerns and worked with me to provide the best outcome for the bodywork of my car on my budget. I bring all of my cars here and encourage my family and friends to do the same!

I recently picked up my Honda ridgeline from them and I’m very sad to say that I’m disappointed that I received my vehicle with issues from the accident and from poor workmanship. My tail light was left unplugged upon reassembly of the vehicle, and they never corrected the alignment issue that was from the accident. Fog light they replaced filled with water. They worked with me on my deductible, but that doesn’t mean I should get an unfinished car. They had my car for about two months

**UPDATE** Fairfield Collision Center replied to this review, asking for the opportunity to learn more about my experience. But the thing is that prior to writing this review, I reached out to the very person who replied to my review on his direct line and left a voicemail, informing him of the sloppy job the Center did. I never heard back. It’s good to know a customer’s feedback falls upon deaf ears until you decide to air the dirty laundry, but I guess that is how you’re supposed to conduct business nowadays. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Save yourself the time, money and sanity and find a better place. Though the staff is tolerable, my experience was a complete disaster that dragged over the course of an entire month. Because of their complete incompetence, my repaired car was held hostage for almost two weeks, leaving me carless and having to rely on rides from people. I held my cool with them and gave them ample time to work out a dispute with the insurance company that caused this mess, hoping this would be resolved in a short amount of time. Not once during this entire ordeal, was I offered a rental/courtesy car, nor was I allowed to get one even after I eventually asked (I was told that the simple fact of a supervisor not being around was the reason for not being able to get a rental). After a full month of having the car in the shop, I finally get my car back to see not only sloppy work, (the new door had been installed but they left the plastic wrap that comes from the manufacturer) but now I come to find that there are new dents and scuff marks on the complete opposite side of where the car was affected! To make matters even worse, I found a random sensor that was loosely hanging from the bottom front of my car… How does one, working so much time around cars, forget something so trivial like a sensor? Finally, for the cherry on top of this nightmarish sundae, the new door they had installed began breaking down within its first week of being on the car, with the molding starting to almost peel, or pop off. I am no car expert, but how does a new door start to break down so soon? These major signs of oversight on their part obviously reflects the lack of attention and experience that this shop has with dealing with customers and automobiles. Fixing cars is not as easy as leaving your technical high school shop class and going straight into the real world. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place for any work. I ended up going to another location to get everything fixed properly and in a timely manner. I wouldn’t trust them fixing my breakfast let alone my car.
