I have used Firestone on a few occasions. I have never been disappointed with any of the services provided to me. To drive is a responsibility and a privilege. I appreciate those who have knowledge and have assisted me with my vehicle, to allow me to continue to drive safely.
Needed to get my emissions test done in a short window. Zipped over to Firestone and had a great experience! Khalil was nice, efficient and definitely over delivered. In and out in no time, we’ll be back to this Firestone!
I first came in to have my snow tires delivered and installed. The process was smooth and everything was handled professionally. A few days later, I hit a pothole and unfortunately had to get my car towed and replace one of the tires, so I ended up coming back again shortly after my first visit.
What stood out to me both times was how kind and accommodating everyone was. David helped me during both visits, and he was consistently patient, informative, and thoughtful in how he handled everything. When you’re already dealing with the stress of car trouble and towing, the way someone communicates with you makes a big difference. He took the time to explain what was happening and made sure everything was taken care of properly.
I also spoke with Chris over the phone, and he was just as helpful and professional. The consistency between in-person and phone communication really says a lot about the team.
I know car issues are part of life, but the level of customer service here is what made the experience different. I truly appreciate how I was treated both times.
I had my Toyota serviced for oil about a month ago. Had an oil light come on and turns out these mechanics didn’t have the oil filter assembled correctly. Could have caused catastrophic damage if I hadn’t done anything sooner. Second incident

I came in the cold weather yesterday and it was very busy. These guys here in Fairfield, took good care of me and kept the same attitude the whole time. WOW I couldn’t believe how busy they were, usually when places are busy people have attitudes and they are ready to leave as soon as they walk in. The professionalism kept people at ease, and became patient.

Took less than 30 minutes to get my emission test done. I was in & out.Been going to Firestone for a couple of years now for my emission test. They are always fast & reliable . Very friendly.
Friendly interaction at front desk. Efficient - (a) drop off and pick up, (b) 3 hours from drop off to pick up, (c) services bought w/tires last year, quickly recognized by front desk staff and applied to service event, (d) reach-outs via text and phone re. "car ready". Only thing I'd ask for is a tire pressure check and maintain during the rotation.
Brought in a recently purchased used car with very low mileage. Car was in great condition aside from being slightly off on alignment.
They did a good job and proper job on the wheel alignment and fixed my issue the first time. Would recommend.
Brian helped me at the counter and a large gentleman (tall and heavy) preformed the alignment. They both went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate that.
When you find an honest mechanic, you hang onto that mechanic. Chris and team are just that. They are upfront and thorough and do not want to put their name on a car whose mechanical viability they can't stand behind.
I am extremely impressed with the Firestone in Fairfield, I from now on will no longer be going to the Stratford location. I will solely be coming to the Fairfield location. I had to get a headlight replaced on Saturday and I told the people about my brake pedal going to the floor and I think his name is Ramon, He is extremely professional and actually figured out what the problem was and the problem was is I had air in my brake lines, which is why my brake pedal was going to the floor and I had all the brakes replaced at Firestone in Stratford and they did not believe me when I said my brake pedal is going to the floor. I want to thank you, Brian and Ramon and whoever the mechanic was that worked on my car because I was told this man has been working on Lexus and Toyota vehicles for ages so he knows the ends and out of those cars and I will be strictly going to this Fairfield location from now on there is plenty of room to move around inside the store. It’s huge. They have great staff and they do great work and I appreciate them all.
Firestone autocomplete care is incredible. The service is fabulous and they are always so kind. I come frequently and they always help right away. I definitely recommend this for any car needs.
Terrible service with zero compensation or respect. Dropped off my car for only a change of tires from my summer tires to my winter tires. 1:45pm and was told it would be ready in 2 hours. That time instantly jumped to 4:30 and then was called it would not be ready until close at 6:30pm. I have work at 8am every day. I did not receive any communication that my car would not be ready that day and had to come back the following morning. I was told it would be 30 more minutes after I arrived in the morning and have been waiting over an hour since then. No explanation, no respect at all. Never getting my tires changed here again. Every time it is over promised and under delivered.
Miguel went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. It’s rare to find someone who combines great knowledge with such genuine customer service.
I had an issue with the starting system on my wrangler checked out by Firestone and was surprised to find a minor issue,

I had a low tire after transporting my vehicle from another state. The tires I have require an adapter and you cannot fill them just at a gas station and they were so kind to help me with no appointment and at no charge. Excellent service. Highly recommend this location
Chris was Absolutely professional at the front desk. I came here for my admissions test and spent no more than 30min in and out with all the bays full and operating.

I received excellent service on my urgent tie rod repair. They were able to quickly diagnose, order the part and have the car returned to me as good as new within 24 hours. Highly recommend!
I have a transportation business and recently experienced a tire related problem as a result of the finely crafted roads in PA and NY. After visiting three different tire stores with no resolution to the problem, I found this store. Price was not as important to me as was an accurate diagnosis and timely resolution of the diagnosis. They worked me in and resolved the problem so that I could continue safely with my long and arduous journey back to AL. Thanks and keep up the good work!
Professional, courteous and accommodating, they were able to get me in and diagnose my problem within 45 minutes on a Sunday afternoon as a walk in with no reservation. Thanks again for making my long road trip that was starting early Monday morning possible!
Best auto shop in Fairfield. Very professional and friendly staff. I was there for state inspection and for fluids changes before that. And in both cases they offered professional service and got my car in and out in a very reasonable time.
Just wanted to say that Dave here is one heck of a salesman . I was having a problem with my car and pricing and he gave the best pricing I have gotten that day for them to get the job done. The way he talks and is patient and understanding with his customers is the way your suppose to do it. By far the best service I have gotten in a long time with my car . I will definitely be back to work with him on my vehicle.
Stopped over here for a tire Repair ended up buying four new tires. Got a great deal and also was treated incredibly well…. checking on my oil and air filter. No heavy sales pitch just great service and lots of caring.
