As expected from a premium dealership, great customer service, provided information and follow up. Pricing for service is pretty steep. I'm not sure I will be servicing my vehicle at the dearship again, but that is based on a monetary decision and not the personnel. Everyone at LandRover Fairfield are terrific. Jeff Castaneda is an excellent Service Manager and was kind enough to provide a 1st Responder discount. Great bunch.

This was our 1st time at this location. We brought our son’s vehicle in for service because it was the closest is proximity to his University. We were immediately impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. We met Jeff Castaneda (Service Advisor) when dropping the vehicle off for service. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and offered suggestions on how to best resolve the issue. He even gave us a tour in the showroom after my husband’s interest was peaked about a particular vehicle. Thank you Jeff for taking care of us out of towners. We will be back!!

Service advisor Jeff Castaneda has been perfect to work with, and the dealership has no issues taking care of warranty concerns even if you don't primarily get your routine maintenance done there or own one of the $100,000+ models. I specifically drive an hour out of the way to go here over Hartford (which is closer) just because of the level of service. Would definitely recommend them and specifically Jeff over and over!

The Range Rover dealership in Fairfield had the exact car I was looking for. I live in another state, and called them and was able to arrange a deal over the phone, including a trade in the same day. The dealership was very responsive, reasonable and addressed all my concerns and offered me a deal that was better than the market. The dealership is just the right size, big enough to have a good variety of choices for cars, but small enough that you get individual lspecialized attention. Ask for Aaliyah, she was my salesperson and she was top notch, and stayed involved until i received my plates and registration. Highly recommended

I purchased my CPO F Type here, and would have bought another car if Defenders weren't so hard to find in stock. This is the only dealership I've ever done business with where I have been actively advised that I don't need to spend money on something. As a result, I am much more likely to get the big services here, and I trust Pete when he says I should or should not get something done. The pricing is competitive even with third party mechanics on things like brakes, cooling system upgrades, etc, and the pickup/dropoff service is awesome. My Defender and F Type don't go anywhere else.

Dan and Cole made purchasing our new car a seamless experience, I wish all car buying could be this easy! We drove multiple cars and they took the time to explain the different trim levels between each of them. They had all the paperwork ready so when we took delivery we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Cole spent ample time getting the car set up and connected to our phones and the Land Rover app. They followed up a few days after to make sure that we didn’t have any questions. HORRIBLE SERVICE ! STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!! . UNPROFESSIONAL! UNRELIABLE COWARDS ! I bought the car in for a key fob replacement. After the dealership removed modules after modules , I had to say enough !!! ( each module was worth thousands of dollars) and still the problem was not resolved! After spending nearly $7,000 for nothing , I got my car returned in this matter ! Tired broken , the light out ! Not to mention the battery that I had bought from them in the last one was dead ! DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM! BAD BUSINESS! I could have purchased an entire new car !
