They provided clear and concise estimate of work to be done parts & labor) with option to choose what to have done/not done. They are a busy shop so be sure to schedule in advance. Provided transportation home as it was an all day job. Very friendly and caring owners. They are keeping our 10 year old Subaru running well!

I found out about CT’s automotive through a neighborhood website. I tried them out and I have been very pleased with the work they have done on our cars, anything from oil changes to replacing the ac. Their prices are fair and their service is excellent. Highly recommend them.

I was extremely impressed by the knowledge provided to me about the problem with my vehicle. I forgot the gentleman's name, but he spent about 20 minutes to explain the mechanical issues with me and why it occured. I will continue to use this business as my primary mechanic.

CTs Automotive is the best. They always do a full report on the cars needs and send a text with all the information and photos. My husband called and left a message saying what was wrong with my car. It was on a Sunday. Natalie called Monday morning, took the car in on Thursday, and picked up the car on Saturday. They were waiting on parts. Natalie offered the car they have for customers to use while their car is getting fixed. They are always detailed in their explanation of what needs to be done on your car. We have been taking our cars there for years. They do all they can to fix your car. They are trustworthy and the best! 😉👍❤️

Chris delivered my car back to me and talked engine! Very fast. Same day service all rotors and pads and inspection with documentation. Called, texted and emailed a full breakdown to confirm price/work BEFORE doing/charging. Paid via my cell phone with no extra charge.

While hooking up to the camper for a weekend getaway with my wife and kids, out of nowhere my truck started leaking A LOT of oil around the filter. Chris was able to get me in, diagnose the problem, and offered a discounted oil change since they had the truck up checking it out. Thanks for saving our weekend trip! Good people, great service!

What A lifesaver this automobile service turned out to be for us. We hit a giant rock, pulling into Pagosa Springs and knew that it hit something underneath the car. After calling several shops, this is the only one that was willing to look at it within a couple of hours and let us know if we damaged anything. We really appreciate them taking the time to give it a thorough overview and tell us that we were probably OK for now and wouldn’t need to get it fixed until we got back home. This surely set our minds at ease. From our first interaction with Natalie and then the automobile technicians, everything was top-notch. Thanks again for taking care of us Texas ladies.

Chris and his very capable team will exceed your expectations! We had a mechanical problem passing through town that baffled two other service shops, who had put considerable time and effort into it. Even though CT Automotive was backed up for several weeks they agreed to take a quick look and spend some time diagnosing our mechanical problem. Chris has a high level of GM Certified mechanical training, and is the kind of guy you really want to get to know as the dealerships are likely to come find him when they can't figure something out. They took a scientific approach, not guessing and replacing parts, but with a great deal of skill and experience correctly diagnosing the serious mechanical problem and providing a solution that would work to get us home. Even though he was swamped with work, he helped us on our way, and did so in a way that had me believing we got the miracle we asked for and were able to travel home with a minimum of trouble. This was an ideal experience for an unexpected problem while out of town. I am grateful for his help, and that of his very capable team.

CT’s was great! We had car troubles and had our Promaster van towed into the shop for repair. A friend had recommended CT’s. CT’s examined the van, explained what was wrong, and what was needed to fix things. They were patient, understanding, and able to get the repairs completed. The van is fixed now and running great! Appreciate their knowledge and patience in explaining everything to us.

While visiting Pagosa Springs, we had some serious wheel issues that prevented us from leaving town. After going to two other shops that couldn’t help us, we went to CT’s Automotive. Not only did they get us in immediately, they fixed our vehicle quickly and at a great price. And Natalie was so nice and helpful in giving us a ride to make our wait enjoyable. This is not a five star business, IT IS A TEN STAR. I absolutely love their customer service and team. Can’t say enough about them. Thank you guys so so much.

As a fellow shop owner, I really appreciate how Chris and Natalie took care of our mutual customer’s vehicle, when I did not have the equipment needed for this particular service. They got it in and out for me, with a well-functioning final product, well within my own time frame to finish the vehicle and return it to my customer. as always CT auto is so helpful and attentive even on short notice. We just heard a noise in my car and notified them. We were immediately invited to drop off the car. They ordered the parts and within two days I had my car back. It’s always a pleasure working with them and appreciate a clean up Interior as a nice gesture when we pick up our car. Went here last July (9 months ago) to get an analysis of what was wrong with my car. They came back with a full list of items that needed to be fixed and suggested what was needed in a prioritized order. I asked for an estimate on specific items, including a catalytic converter, which they said was bad, and the exhaust, which had the damage, tires, and battery. They suggested I make an insurance claim since the converters are expensive (after a bit of research and second opinion, the cost $3000+ they said the converter usually runs. It turned out the converter wasn't even damaged and really usually costs under $1000 for replacement of the whole exhaust, including labor). The suggestion of claiming on insurance was a big red flag. Fast forward to October 2024 3 months later, they text and ask how the car is doing, mind you, I'm still waiting for an estimate from them and informed them the fact another shop has given an estimate and repaired all items I needed plus some in text. They said it was nice another shop was able to make the repair based on their inspection (hahaha, the other shop, of course, did their own inspection). Now, here we are 9 months later with still no estimate, and they keep asking about the car. I do not suggest going here if you need work done in a timely manner and don't want to be ripped off. I especially don't suggest sending your wife or girlfriend alone they will convince them more work is needed than really is.

Excellence, if I had to sum it up in a one word review. These guys are honest, fair and truly excellent. These are qualities you wish every mechanic shop had but rarely ever do. We were on a ski weekend and our truck broke down on the way up the pass. Our roadside assistance recommended CT's so we towed it over there. They did the initial diagnosis and the detailed report was amazing. It had pictures of everything so you knew exactly what was going on and a fully documented report of every item. The follow up's and final report were every bit as fantastic. I really enjoyed working with CT's and wish they were closer to home so they could be my regular shop.

CT's has been one of the best experiences with a mechanic I've had in a long time. Since moving to Pagosa 2 years ago they have done extensive work on my 1st gen Tundra and have kept my favorite work truck running like a charm. The work is always done right, at a fair price, with extensive detail provided to me on what was done and what could be done in the future. I will keep going back to CT's as my trusted pagosa mechanic and appreciate all they have done to keep my vehicles running smooth!

These guys were amazing, they fixed what another mechanic messed up on the fly. I was traveling throu and my brakes fell off, I pulled into their shop right b4 they closed but because it was an ER they stayed an extra hour to help me get in the road. Best car doctor I've ever had touch my car, and I highly recommend this shop to everyone. They care about u and ur car 1st and not the money.

So listen to my story. Bring car in for diagnosis get 5k dollar quote for front differential. Say, hell no, communicate that I'm coming to get my vehicle, show up and pay only after I pay they mention that I have a flat front tire. I did not drive it to shop with flat tire, they literally wait till I've paid to drop this on me. They offer nothing to me. So bring your car in for quote, drive away with flat tire for no reason. Thanks for nothing I guess. Don't come here.

I am a return customer to CTs Auto because Chris always makes sure the work is done correctly. They installed a lift kit and bumper/winch on my Jeep JL and I’m happy with the results. Greg
