This time my son had a flat tire on his truck and I took it in for him to get repaired. They got the tire fixed quickly and let me know it was ready in a timely manner. Thanks America’s Auto & Tire.

I was pleased they got me in at my convenience. Service was timely and everyone was friendly. They identified a couple of upcoming issues that would eventually need tending to, and gave me an estimate without high pressure to move quickly on repairs. Would definitely recommend.

I am from New Mexico, and I was leaving Pagosa after visiting family. America's Auto and Tire brought me in rotated my tires and did a repair immediately with no appointment. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

We were on vacation for New Year’s and needed an emergency break service. I went in, talk to them before they closed for the day to see if they could help me out. They told me to bring it in first thing in the morning, which was New Year’s Eve, and they would get it done. While installing my front break pads, they noticed my ball joint was really loose on driver side. Went ahead, took the time to tighten it up, and fix it for me as well. Very straight forward. I asked for my wheels to be rotated and for an alignment. I called at 4 the night prior and it was done by noon the following day. Fair pricing and I'll be using their services again.

The guys Did a good job put 4 snow tires on and then an alignment job for me.. But the mechanic that changed my tires forgot to put my locking key For my rims back inside my car how did I find this out You ask…. well as I was making my way to Silverthorne Colorado for a snowboard trip five days later I got a flat when I went to put my spare on come to find out, they forgot to put that back in my car Now I’m stuck in the middle of nowhere not able to change my tire thank God I have roadside assistance through my insurance or I’d be more pissed off than I already am. If I was these guys I would have a stern talking to My mechanic…. Oh, it gets better. The first time I called pretty sure I got the manager or which sounded like the manager. I told him my story and he said oh that sucks. Is that what you’re saying in a situation like this as a manager He said he would talk to his mechanic after lunch. I had to call back later about 3 o’clock. This Time I got another guy he actually said that he was sorry and went talk to mechanic came back and said the mechanic was pretty sure he put it back in my vehicle so there’s nothing we can do, sir I proceeded to tell him I checked my car about six times cause I really had nothing to do sitting there for three hours while waiting for a tow truck I really have no idea where these guys think they got their customer service from but horrible. I’m completely ashamed. This is a small town. I’ve lived here for nine years. First time I’ve gone to this place last time. I will go to this place. You guys should be fully ashamed of yourselves.

We always receive good care for our vehicles whenever necessary. Brent (manager) is very helpful in setting up convenient appointments.

This place always does a fantastic job. I have seven vehicles and they all have tires and alignments from American Tire.I’m always satisfied with the results. This last time I got to speak with Dave about my new FJ. He is very helpful. He did a search to look and see what Maintenance had already been done so he would save me money and give me confidence in the long run. I absolutely recommend this company with five stars

I had a low tire (right before a long trip, of course) and was a little in a panic. I called and they said to come in and they would work me in. Employees were pleasant, professional and very helpful. They fixed my nail damaged tire very timely and I was on my way. Great service!!

Stopped in with a rental car that was leaking air. Front desk was very efficient and friendly. They got the car in right away and patched a hole in the tire caused by a nail in less than 20 minutes! This was extremely affordable. Highly recommend!

The service at America's Auto is exceptional. The whole work crew are friendly, and extremely helpful. They came to our house to jump our vehicle and then take it to the shop to work on it. Then they brought our vehicle back. They were very good at giving me a complete estimate on what needs to be done. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness.

I was visiting from out of town today and had some car troubles and they were able to get me in without an appointment and solved my issue fairly quickly. The two gentlemen that helped me were so kind and friendly, and I’m so glad I chose this shop over others. Their customer service is exceptional! I highly recommend this auto shop! :)

Everything went well... The staff was very helpful in needing two new tires when I was 1000 miles away from home on vacation... the worst place to be when having car troubles! You worry about being a taken advantage of in a precarious position. The staff and technical team entered into my problems like they were their own problems. Good guys ?I was praying for honest help and I got that...

Needed a 40 year old Volkswagen to get a 4 wheel alignment and 4 tires since I rebuilt all the suspension(everything mechanical actually) this summer. Not many shops would be interested in something like that but Josh said he'd like to try it as it'd be a nice change from his normal work. It did take them nearly 2 days to get my car back to me but life happens. I've driven it and everything feels great so far. I took a look at the final measurements and was very happy with it(I do have racecar chassis setup and alignment experience/certifications).Car tracks straight on the road and time will show me in the tires. Recommend you go talk with them if you're in need of any services they offer. Thanks guys for taking care of my hooptie!

My truck was overflowing coolant at the top of a mountain. Took it to America’s Auto the next day. They got me right in, thoroughly checked out the truck, all for a minimal charge. Very polite and friendly service. Highly recommend!

The manager got us in on a moments notice. They were friendly and actually said we didn’t need the service. It was nice to get an honest opinion. Saved us a lot of money. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing service in Pagosa Springs.

If it’s on a Sunday, use their convenient online appointment system! We were able to get an appointment for Monday at 9:30 am for our Battery issue. ?

David took his time to explain tire differences to me and throughly answer any other questions I had. Very nice and respectful crew and we will be using them for all of our future needs ??

We were on a 3 week tour of the western states. We stopped in and they immediately took our car in for an oil change. We are so grateful for the prompt and more than courteous and friendly service! Highly recommend their shop!!!

I had a leak on one of my RV tires. I was able to get it fixed the same day. Their team was fast, courteous and skilled. The price was much lower than I expected! I was referred by 2 friends who highly recommended them. I was not disappointed! Thanks Americas team !

I had one tire loosing air and I was going to drive back to Denver from Pagosa Springs. I took the car to America’s Auto and Tire to look into it. They took the car immediately. They found a nail in there and slowly loosing air. They fixed it right away. They were very pleasant and not trying to exploit the situation. I was very happy and recommend them for any auto and tire work.

Needed a tire slugged. Called to inquire about plugging. They told me to come in an hour later. Showed up on time, car was promptly take to the bay. 15 minutes later, tired was plugged and car was returned. Amazing customer service and extremely reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

New to the area, so scheduled an appointment for a regular oil change, tire rotation, and shock replacement for my trunk door. Sat in the waiting area for 2 hours. While checking out was told they did not fix the shock nor changed the air filters they said needed it. Instead of driving away with an unfinished job, I went to the part store and came back. Sat in the waiting area for another hour. A total of over 3 hours for basic maintenance. For my next maintenance, I will be going elsewhere. Other people have jobs and responsibilities as well, should never have taken this long or handed back uncompleted. Protect your time and energy people.

I needed a flat fixed on my RV and I needed four new tires put on my horse trailer and the spare checked !! I called Ashley & she said "Come on ...We will be ready for you...." David did a Fantastic job dealing with my RV and ME.. Jesse and his crew did a great job with my horse trailer ..in and out with in an hour both times....on Friday's...! I will always call and go there because the Guys are great & Ashley is fantastic..... I appreciate them and their timely and professional help with my tire problems.. SOLVED..!! Thank You... We like off the beaten path.... So my wheels mean a lot to me and my horse... he wouldn't want to ride miles from off of pavement & cell service...LOL Thanks Pagosa Store!! Robyn
