An unexpected Christmas miracle!! Off road ford 31/2 hrs Dec. 23rd. Called Christmas Eve & received prompt, kind service,-very professional, got it done quickly! And then in true Holiday spirit did not charge me!! Thanks again Tyson, any blessings to you & your family run business!!

I honestly can't say enough about Buckskin Towing & especially Tyson!!. I've had some work done on my Jeep & had a camper towed, these guys know what they're doing & prices are definitely fair.

Was on a cross country road trip, started reading low oil pressure, called buckskin and they were able to get a tow truck out to me in under half an hour. They even gave me a ride to the motel and got me on my way in a couple days. Reasonable price as well

Would recommend this towing service over any other in the region easily! Tyson was a badass dude very professional and was able to get my truck out from a dirt trail in the woods when no other services were willing to come out.

I was hunting 4th season, the forest service roads turned to dish soap and I slid into the ditch. Tyson from Buckskin Towing showed up with his off-road wrecker with dual 10k winches, and pulled me out with zero damage! I could have grabbed amateur on the trail to try to winch me out, but would have caused significant vehicle damage. The owner answered my phone call at 8pm. Told me how to work with my towing coverage to get the earliest tow possible. Texted me when the driver was on the way. The driver was He was excellent. Man, got stuck in a man hole pit on a back road for a little adventure and Tyson was awesome! Responsive to a midnight call and saved the night. Luckily just needed a winch out of the hole and he had it out in no time. Thanks for the awesome service!

Thank Goodness Buckskin Towing came to our rescue ! Was stuck on the middle of a mountain pass and they got to us in less than an hour!

I cannot say enough about this towing business. Finally when AAA got it together and contacted them I was able to ride in a truck much nicer and cooler than the first tow company AAA sent that could not take me where I needed to go and the driver made me feel very welcome and helpful

These guys were great to work with. We broke down in South Fork at like 10:30 P.M., They responded quickly. Were caring and helpful when it came to transporting our vehicle back to the dealership in Durango.

I locked both of my keys in my car while camping in Colorado. My insurance company arranged for Buckskin to come to my campsite. Within 40 minutes, their guy was there and he had the car open in short order. He was friendly, helpful and efficient.

My mom and aunt hit a rock on Wolf Creek Pass on their way to Arizona and had some steering problems. They pulled into this shop and the staff helped them right away. They were kind and efficient and communicated the repairs. We really appreciate their expertise and kindness to get them back on the road. And, they charged a nominal fee. We are relieved to know about this shop, as we travel through Pagosa Springs often.

I wanted to share an experience I had today at Buckskin Automotive. I took my truck in for a tire rotation and balance, and I completely forgot that my check engine light was on. When I returned to pick up my truck, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that, in addition to the tire service I requested, they had also taken the time to diagnose the check engine light issue. I am incredibly grateful for their thoroughness and dedication to customer service.

Recently had some work done at buckskin and I am beyond pleased by the work. Had an issue that had been going on for about a year now on my boat and other shops didn't want to do the work or wouldn't even look into it for me. So I reached out to one of the owners, Clay, talked to him and dropped my boat off. I was up and running 48hrs later. Thanks for the great service!

We are traveling from Arizona to Nebraska and had car trouble when we stopped at a grocery store in Pagosa Springs, CO. It turned out to be a dead battery. We called our auto insurance motor assistance number and they dispatched Buckskin Towing to our location. Tyson arrived in less than 45 minutes!! He quickly jumped our car and reassured us that we were safe to continue our journey. He said we probably left some things on in our hybrid and they ran the battery down. Tyson said just drive the car for about 45 minutes and it would recharge the battery. We drove another 4 hours without a bit of trouble or worry. Buckskin Towing was very efficient and knowledgeable in knowing what to do. Tyson is a very people friendly person and knew how to put a couple senior citizens at ease. When my parents' car started to overheat due to leaking in the coolant, we were worried we wouldn't make my brother's wedding. When we called and asked for some aid, the gentleman at Buckskin was amazing. They got us in, even though it was half an hour to their lunch, and got us back on the road in less than an hour. We made my brother's wedding on time and didn't break our wallet! Amazing mechanics and front of house staff that you can trust with your cars!

Today I had the unfortunate need for a tow at the top of Yellow Jacket Pass, but had the good fortune of meeting Cody w/Buckskin- he towed my vehicle back to Durango and gave my dog and I a ride as well. He was so kind, great at his job and informative. It was clear he enjoys and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend these folks!

I was on the brink of bankruptcy because my Jeep had sat in the shop at the dealership in Santa Fe for 2 and a half months. After talking with Cody and Dawn, The owner of buckskin (Cody) took his personal truck (on a Sunday) and picked up my Jeep and brought it to pagosa, (normally a $1000 tow) they fixed it within 24 hours. Getting our (new to us) 40' motorhome lodged on the edge of a forest road in the middle of the night high over a river was not on our to do list. Tyson and Cody showed up bright and early in the morning and were beyond professional and skilled. Our 30k+ lb Rv was teetering on the edge and being mostly held in place by a tree. Tyson quickly put together a plan of how to get it secured despite very little room to work. They managed to get it extracted with only minor cosmetic damage and really did a great job of keeping things upbeat with no judgement of how we got there in the first place. Its awesome to be in a lousy situation and have just the right people show up. These guys are excellent at what they do and we couldnt have asked for better service.

These people are nothing short of amazing! We experienced an unexpected mechanical issue with our 39 ft motorhome while driving through town-Buckskin took care of us within a day. Honest, trustworthy and kind....words in this day and age we rarely get to use to describe customer service. They let us stay overnight on site while we waited for a part and were on our way the next morning. Great workmanship and fair price. What a treasure you have in your midst Pagosa Springs, CO!!!

Scammers. Call them to take me out of the snow. They charged me $750 just to show up. Didn’t even touch my truck … Stay away. Call this company on the picture. Way cheaper and nice people.

Blowout on 160-US, Driving our RV from Pagosa Springs to Creed Colorado on a Sunday. High altitude, high winds, falling rocks, traffic & 45 foot RV. Donald was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job...He even waited for us to come down the mountain to make sure all was good. Wow thank you so much ?
