She’d seen the problem before and knew exactly how to fix it. Can’t thank her enough for getting my truck back on the road code-free. Great customer service.

Racheal roher or whatever her name was, she was completely disrespectful and incompetent as an employee! I am new to fixing my car, and she made me feel completely dumb! I asked her for a part, and she made me feel incompetent! Does your company expect that? If your employees does not help I will not be going by further! Train your employees to assist customers! This is expected! Your company terrible right now. Fix it

Rachel Rachel was so kind. She changed the battery out and helped to clean the terminals. All at the end of work on a holiday weekend and she didn’t kindly and timely. Call the head to verify a part that I needed was in stock. Arrived and received prompt and helpful service. After purchasing the trailer I bought the part for, I discovered I didn't need it after all, brought it back, and my return was painless. Appreciated the easy transactions, and would buy from again.

My family and I were trying to head out of town on Mother’s Day when the dreaded check engine light appeared. I drove straight to Auto-zone to have them hook up the computer and tell me the issue. Now, we’ve all been to an auto parts store and have gotten less than enthusiastic ‘help’ when needing assistance. Adrian, who I learned later is the manager, not only happily helped diagnose the problem, he FIXED THE DANG PROBLEM! He spent his time helping my family out on Mother’s Day, understanding that we’d essentially be stranded as there are no mechanics available on a Sunday in Pagosa Springs. I was so impressed with his dedication to his job and his kindness that I brought him and his staff lunch. Unfortunately, people like Adrian are few and far between but what a pleasant experience we had. 10/10, 5 gold stars, three thumbs up!

I'm not sure how Advance Auto has a price match policy yet they won't price match. 😕 The manager said that he paid more than the price I was trying to match it at. Not my problem, the price match policy doesn't say anything about that, it says if you find a better price they match it. Apparently it's not true at this location! 🤬

Helpful staff. Needed a part and they ordered it and had it in the next day. I would suggest that they update hours in Google because the Google hours are incorrect. Also there is a sign with hours on the door but conflicts with time shown on window. Confusing to know when they’re open.

Worst experience I ever had in advance auto. I placed my order online and got a confirmation number that as soon as I clicked on it it went away. Told me that I should receive a email confirmation and pick up in 30 minutes. I still have not received anything. The worker let me have the parts after showing him my checking account info where they had already taken the money out. The 20 percent off that I was supposed to get didn't deduct from my total. I am very unhappy with what happened.

I was having trouble closing the hood on my truck, and Zack took care of it. He also helped me to check the wiring on my trailer. What a sweetheart. These guys know how to treat their customers.

I bought a car cover with a 3 year warranty and it fell apart on my car in 2 months. I returned it to the store and they said the only thing that can do is sell me a new one with a 20 per cent discount. Now why would I do that ?? Not happy that cost me $80.00 no refund for me and no car cover.

Josh at the store was incredibly patient and kind. He tested all of our electrical in our car, trouble shooted problems with our order, and installed our new battery for us. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this helpless, and had someone to help me out. Thanks josh!

This seems to be a common review for this place... Our battery light came on, we stopped in to have them check the charging system. Diagnosed it as low/no charging voltage and we ordered a new alternator and serp. belt. They didn't have one in stock, but had it by 7am the next morning and I was able to swap it with a couple of hand tools I had. Was back in vacation mode by 9am. Staff was helpful and understanding.

Pulled in just a bit ago in our RV as we needed a part. Guy came out told us to move because we were blocking his customers. He was rude about it. We were not blocking anything as his only customer in the parking lot got out just fine! If this is how you treat visiting people from out of town you need to reevaluate yourselves! We give a lot of business to car quest, however this man and car quest did not make a sale from us today, and we will never stop here again in pagosa springs! This man was a complete a$$ and missed out on this potential customer!

These guys are great. They helped me check my battery and charging system after the battery light went on coming over the pass. It was 15 minutes before they were closing for the weekend, but they stuck around for a few extra minutes to make sure I was taken care of since my only shot at continuing the road trip was to put a new alternator in right there. Great guys, super helpful!

Everything is marked up and the staff does nothing to try to help you save any money. Only went here because they are open on St. paddy's day. Parts city break pads $33.00 same exact pads at carquest $46.00. Nuff said

Just went over the pass and had heating issues with the motorhome. We literally coasted to our destination in Pegosa springs. Jim at Carquest went out of his way to get the right parts and even brought to the rv park we stayed at. Jim was able to get the right parts the first time overnight while the other store said it'd be a week. Very helpful. Thanks

We've dealt with Carquest for 17 years. It is all the way on the other side of town from where we are in Aspen Springs. I've learned that it's not worth even stopping at Napa (half the distance) to check and see if they have the parts. Carquest almost always has the parts. It doens't matter who we deal with at the counter, they are all helpful and knowledgeable. I don't know what our little drilling business would do without them in our little town.
