Stephenson is absolutely amazing & I called to tell the company but wanted to leave a review also. My grandfather went down to meet him with the new bear proof trash cans & there was a huge mess from the bears getting into the other cans. So my grandfather came to get me to help him pick up the mess. By the time we got down there Stephenson had the entire mess cleaned up . He was kind and polite & very helpful. The man deserves a raise ☺️

If you try to throw construction materials in the trashthey wont take it. Even if you are there to help they just drive off.

Been trying to get these people to dump my trash for over a month now. Called numerous times seeing what the problem was and never got an answer out of them. We cancelled our services with them for the last time. Lazy and useless if you ask me.

Had some communication issues to start but after sharing with Matthew he was there the same day I contacted him and emptied the dumpster AND picked up the trash around it.

They don't know how to be on time. 30 cars in line waiting for 30 minutes. Then the lady in the office is clueless and hangs up on me. Poor everything

Luckily this company is not called "at your service". For the past year they have been picking up my trash at 5pm. 2 weeks ago they started picking it up at 10am, before I put my bins out to avoid animals. Called the desk, they refused to return, despite seeing the driver pass my cul de sac, and not even driving up. The rep stated that the bins need to be out at 7am. I noticed 2 of my adjacent neighbors also missed the new time frame. As a company that is "for profit" and provide a service that I pay for, I'd expect at least an email blast stating that the route times have changed etc...not too much to ask, and definitely disappointed in the customer service for a small community, hence the 2.4 star reviews....I mean seriously, how hard can it be. Clearly the customers have spoken. Will change my service as soon as possible

It's amazing how my bill is always sent to me on time. But I can't get my trash picked up. On the days it's supposed to be picked up. When you call in, they will lie to you and say they will pick it up Friday or hang up on you. Very sad service for pagosa. And when they missed my trash. I have extra trash to put out the following week. And they tried to charge me a $100 for extra trash, what a racket.

The woman that runs the office is extremely rude. The guy that picks up the trash is extremely rude. Didn't pick up my trash and won't come back. What do they imagine I'm paying them for???

Stopped using this company months ago due to them not picking up trash and not letting customers know they weren't picking up trash. I'm glad to not be using them anymore. This review is prompted by your driver's feeling the need to drive 60 mph cutting through our residential street around 5 every Wednesday. I see them speeding through at 8 am going one way and again at 5 pm. There is no need for your driver to be cutting through our dirt road driving 60 mph. Take Meadows and drive the speed limit. Next time I see this I will be taking a video and calling the police.

I ordered wkly garbadgeremoval service from this location and paid. At first few individuals I worked with were kind and customer service oriented. Garbadge bins were to be delivered the week I had ordered service. I arrived at my home a week later, no bins, I called on the am of the day that trash was to be picked up and I was assured that they would be delivered that day and that I could put any trash bags out for pick up. no one came. I called the next day(late in the day to give them more time) and they said the bins will be delivered but couldn't tell me when. They also stated someone came to get the trash I put out the day before and there wasnt any trash to pick up. Not true, trash has been on curb for two days, no way to miss it. Def NOT "At Your Disposal" more like at their disposal at your expense.

Havent picked up pur trash for 2 WEEKS IN ROW. We pay IN ADVANCE just so our trash can sit there for 2 weeks. Called them and the lady tells us they will take a week off billing and dispatch someone out to pick it up ASAP. Its been TWO WEEKS!! Come get your can and your trash.

We were customers of At Your Disposal for 6 1/2 years. Service is inconsistent. We received no prior notification for pick-up schedule changes or when garbage is not going to be picked up. The latest incident occurred last week. Our scheduled pick-up was Thursday. On Friday, I called and told young lady that my garbage and neighbors on my street and next street weren't picked up. She told me they would pick up our garbage in a couple of hours. The truck did come by and picked up all my neighbors but missed me again. I called back and talked to another lady at 'At Your Disposal' and she told me our garbage would be picked up by end of day. It wasn't, so we discontinued our service and signed-up with a competitor.

We use this service for recycling and trash puck up in Pagosa Springs. The service has been laughably bad. We started off with them putting us on the wrong route which mean we were told the wrong pickup days for a month or more. During this time they confirmed it was was correct until someone noticed it was not. Since then they have missed pick ups due to route changes that may or may not have been in error and they have never picked up on an alternate day that we were told after calling after each miss. Also, whenever we call we never get the same story so something is definitely wrong with this company. Unfortunately it is not uncommon for us to ask the trash pickup who comes weekly to take our recycling as well as we have not had space to wait the next two weeks for recycling. Once we finally get our bins emptied we will be changing to another service.

I have never written a review - but the crew went above and beyond what is expected of them and should be thanked for their kindness. I have regular pick up every Friday - I did not have anything in my trash bin so I did not put it out, but they stopped and went out of there way to check my bin. Thank you!!

I was off schedule on my recycling. They come every other Tuesday for recycle and every Wednesday for trash pick up. When my recycling wasn’t picked up I called At Your Disposal and I realized I was off a week. Within an hour Jeff, the general manager was at my door to pick up my recycling. Great service !

Terrible. Definitely have some kinks to work out. Switching my service over and not looking back. Billing, customer service, communication...all super disappointing. When I read through the reviews to see if others were having problems I couldn’t believe it but yeah, I know all these people are being honest because it’s happened to me on one occasion or another.

Worst Service I have ever had in my life. It took 2 years after canceling my service for them to get my bill right so I could pay it. It took almost a year to come and pick up my trash can. The customer service is a joke. Thank god there are other trash providers in Pagosa now.

Doesn’t deserve a 1 star. This company placed the container we ordered on the public street, instead of stating they couldn’t drop because area wasn’t large enough(like they should have). I had Called the driver within hours of dropping and the office to notify that A container can’t be left on the street (shouldn’t they know that)!Called the next day to tell them the same thing. Called again to speak to the manager who said he would pick it up and redeliver on Tues. 2 days later we get a bill for $477, someone had dumped trash in it. Called again to speak to manager. Nothing has been done. Extremely rude people. Sounds like Federal Trade Commission needs a little bug in their ear.

I have not had my trash picked up for three weeks. I've had the city snow plow it down with trash in it. Because it was never picked up. After four phone calls of hearing how sorry these people are for their error, I was promised that all three weeks of trash will be picked up by 6am this morning. Got up at 5:15am this morning just to put all the trash at the curb. And yet again it's 8am and the trash is still sitting here. This has caused this home association to leave a letter about how we can't leave our trash can at the curb for more than a day. So I had to place a phone call to them explaining the situation. Go with elite. Not this company.

I've been using At Your Disposal since we moved into our new house (1 full year ago). I've been surprised at how often they make it in heavy snow storms. In a full 52 weeks, I cannot recall one week that they missed trash pick up. Satisfied thus far!

Would give them a "0" if I could. Called the 1st of September to tell them to suspend service for the winter. Talked to a guy who said he was the owner. He told me to pay the balance up to 9/1 and they would waive the charge for the fourth quarter of 2018. I did this. I continued to receive bills for the fourth quarter even though I called the office (no one ever answers...you just get the answering machine) numerous times and complained about the problem. Now I'm being billed not only the $87 that was supposed to be waived, but an additional $87 for the 1st quarter of 2019. Just left another message because, surprise, they don't answer their phone. We aren't even living in our house and putting trash out and I can't get these people to take care of the problem!! Billing service is third party so I get no satisfaction by trying to talk to them. ---------------- Follow- up--Lori just called and was very apologetic. She's new, but once I explained the whole situation she was able to void the balance due on my account and suspend service until we re-up next summer. All fixed (I hope)!

I have been using them for 5 years now and cant say enough good things. They at times will be delayed but it happens but always get the trash and when I call them always very nice.
