Great customer service, experience, and advice.

They even helped me put on my windshield wipers without asking. They are great would recommend them to anyone who needs a part for their vehicle.

Vacation was almost ruined by plugged fuel filters. Victor was very helpful to set me up with new filters and tools to change them in the parking lot.

This new store manager that thinks he knows everything needs to be fired! Save your self the hassle drive to Durango!

Carter went ABOVE and BEYOND, that is not hyperbole. Hes a fantastic worker, great energy, nice guy, but he went out of his way to help me when i was stranded nearby. I repeat, not hyperbole, wish i could give 6 or 7 stars. I tried to pay the guy for his time but he refused so this is the best i can do :)

The man who helped us,, Zac I believe, was very nice and helpful. The only problem was that day they weren't excepting cash, which is just system issues.

Zac helped us out with everything & we were able to change a fan clutch out in their parking lot. We are so thankful for his assistance!

Zac ! Was helpful knowledgeable and helped me more than I even thought he could. He deserves a raise and if you get a chance to meet him! Give him a high five from Wisper!

I had a check engine light on and stopped in plug the diagnostic machine in. I asked an employee named Jim if he would supply me with the diagnostic machine. He said no and kept walking away from me. Extremely unprofessional, uncalled for and disrespectful. You're working in the service industry. Act like it

Went to buy wiper blades for my Subaru and Zac even put them on for me! I spoke to Donna on the phone. I received excellent service. Would definitely go back!

Very helpful. My F150 has a common intake manifold problem, and even Ford doesn't have the part needed to repair.

Had my serpentine belt and water pump go out in the heart of the rockies. Not only was the service great they had the tools to loan on hand to tackle the job on this 6.7 Cummins

The only parts store in town I’ll go to anymore. All the others have this really special way of making you feel bad just for walking in. This place is different. Great staff, good energy, amazing manager.

Staff is very helpful, every time. Looking for a specific item? They don't tell you where it is, they go and grab it for you. This is not entirely necessary, as the store is well laid-out, but these guys are absolutely killing it on the customer service!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the Pagosa O’Reillys store. Associate James was extremely kind and helpful. My Jeep Wrangler died in the Walmart parking lot and he came over and jumped the battery so I could get to the store for a new battery. This was on a Sunday, so not much open in Pagosa. Thank you for going above and beyond the norm.

Best parts store in Pagosa. They have personality their. I don't like going in parts store'z that don't have staff with personality & act like they don't want 2 sell their products O'Reilly'z has Great staff not like those other'z.

I am on vacation in Pagosa this week and unfortunately a power steering hose came loose and I lost my fluid. Luckily I caught it in time before any damage was done, but my car needs a specialty fluid that has to be ordered. This O'Reilly's location got it here in record time, and the employees there went above and beyond my expectations in helping me get what I needed. They were very friendly and helpful and I'm back in business with minimal disruption to my vacation! Thank you, O'Reilly's!!

I came in to replace my windshield wipers. The staff went above and beyond to help me match my car with the correct wipers and assisted me the whole time! Very friendly team and was grateful for their service and help.

Great Service! My only complaint was that the guy at the counter helping me had his face mask around his chin, even after the sign on the entrance door said they were required and please sanitize your hands. Update 12/2/2020, was in there today, and all of the counter help did not have their masks over their mouths or nose. I will take my business elsewhere.

A very kind gentleman (1230pm on 11/28) diagnosed our RV rental troubles and truly saved the day for us. After being unable to locate an auto body shop open in town, we were really anxious that we’d be stuck here. Sorry we forgot your name, but thank you soooooo much! You saved our day!!

The staff is great! They usually have the parts but if they don't they don't hesitate to order it for you and it will come in with in a few days.

Rex at the Pagosa Springs, CO store was the best! He went above and beyond to help me with a low tire problem. My husband was out of town and had our tire air chuck with him. Rex was very patient working with my husband over the phone to find the right one that would fit our compressor. With that kind of service, O’Riley in Pagosa is my go to store. Thank you Rex!

Carolyn was so helpful! My boyfriend and I were driving through Pagosa on a road trip when our windshield wiper stopped working. Carolyn came outside and fixed it for no charge. She also showed us how to get it working again if it happened again. Truly a lifesaver!

I actually spoken to Allan the manager before on the phone. After an experience at the auto store nearby, North for an hour, imagine that I left almost crying (nearly cut my finger off). I said, “ I’m going to O’Reilly’s let it be known I will never come here again thank you very little or even better thank you for nothing” I pulled up to O’Reilly feeling defeated and a handsome dashing young gentleman was available space when I asked him to help me. I made a comment that I didn’t want him to get in trouble is the service busy I can wait. He flatly said this is my store I am Allan I am the manager. Thank you O’Reilly for hiring such a competent efficient friendly helpful gentleman. My heart breaks that he’s married he is an asset to your company and you might want to have him train the others as he’s a model employee. Thank you Allan, you are loved and appreciated.

I can’t say enough good things about this store and their employees. They were incredibly helpful. We hit rock and busted the oil pan in the middle of our vacation and they did everything they could to help us. We’re only getting home about 15 hours later than planned instead of 2 days later. Ian and Andy spent their entire shift and called everyone they could to get us the part we needed over the weekend.
