Always excellent service, kind staff and reasonable prices!! I get my tires rotated from time to time and my alignments done here. Would definitely recommend!!
I am from out of town and had a flat on the highway in Thousand Oaks CA the Sunday after Christmas. I was concerned about being taken advantage of when the tow truck dropped me off at the shop. It turns out I had nothing to worry about. Gilberto took great care of me and my family! He was honest, kind and generous. Gilberto was an angel sent from above. I highly recommend Big Brand!
They took care of my flat tire without charging, and did it in a very friendly and timely manner. It’s more of a neighborhood, family-owned type shop and not a huge Alfred that makes you jump through multiple hoops just to get something simple done. By the way, multiple other shops wanted to charge anywhere from $30-$40 for this simple 10 minute service. They are honest people and I will be returning for all my tire needs in the future.
Hersh was extremely helpful! I needed 2 tires on short notice and after calling around to several places they were the only ones to help me out. From the time I called it only took 2 and a half hours for them to pickup the tires from the warehouse and get my car taken care of. Drives beautifully now. Im super happy with not only the customer service but also the vehicle service. Would highly recommend!!!

Very professional and accommodating. I had a tire that was burnt into the wheel since i had to drove a block to park when it popped. They notified me of additional problems i did not know were there, and then fixed the new tire to the wheel after hard work on their part. Will be coming back when i need it!
I had a last minute patch. They squeezed me into their busy schedule and got me back on the road quickly. Things could not have gone smoother. Highly recommended.
I do not recommend this place. My husband and I brought our daughter’s car to get her tire patched and the guy lied and said we need all new tires without even checking them. This type of dishonesty is gross! We took her car somewhere else and they did the patch job and said her tires were no where close to needing to be replaced.
Outstanding team I thought I needed one minor repair but they helped see and understand what really needed. They fix my tire and set me up with an order to have a spare as well as setting up an appointment to go back and do follow up, knowledgeable and welcoming and friendly team

Great service. Nick helped squeeze us in for a last minute appointment on a Sunday when our tire was punctured by a screw, and they were able to patch the tire for free.
Excellent service, great in every way. I came in thinking I had a simple slow leak in my rear tire. Turns out, all of my tires were in bad shape, needing to be replaced. They’re the tires my car came with and it’s only 5 years old, but I drive a lot for work & simply didn’t notice how quickly they’d worn- especially the front ones! Gilberto was just wonderful. Took the time to explain tire treads to me (yes, I was uneducated in this subject- but not anymore)! He found a great set of tires that didn’t break the bank- especially since I wasn’t expecting this expense- and since my tires were in such a state and I need the car to work, he was able to fit me into the schedule, before end of day. I’m so thankful and my car drives like a dream. I forgot how smoothly it drove when I took it off the lot! It feels like that again. Customer for life. Very honest. Didn’t try to upsell. Back tires need attention, but recommended that I take the car to my mechanic first to address a transmission issue. No charge. Will definitely be back, they care about their customers! A+
I had a nail in my tire and I went to Big Brand to patch it up. I came here mainly because they had so many good reviews and they totally lived up to it. They told me that they could patch my tire but that my tires are running low. I wasn’t ready to change them just yet (tires are expensive!) so they patch it up in an hour and then told me “no charge.” What!? That’s so cool. When I’m ready to change my tires, I'm definitely coming back here.
