Excellent service, great in every way. I came in thinking I had a simple slow leak in my rear tire. Turns out, all of my tires were in bad shape, needing to be replaced. They’re the tires my car came with and it’s only 5 years old, but I drive a lot for work & simply didn’t notice how quickly they’d worn- especially the front ones! Gilberto was just wonderful. Took the time to explain tire treads to me (yes, I was uneducated in this subject- but not anymore)!
He found a great set of tires that didn’t break the bank- especially since I wasn’t expecting this expense- and since my tires were in such a state and I need the car to work, he was able to fit me into the schedule, before end of day. I’m so thankful and my car drives like a dream. I forgot how smoothly it drove when I took it off the lot! It feels like that again. Customer for life. Very honest. Didn’t try to upsell. Back tires need attention, but recommended that I take the car to my mechanic first to address a transmission issue. No charge. Will definitely be back, they care about their customers! A+
I had a nail in my tire and I went to Big Brand to patch it up. I came here mainly because they had so many good reviews and they totally lived up to it. They told me that they could patch my tire but that my tires are running low. I wasn’t ready to change them just yet (tires are expensive!) so they patch it up in an hour and then told me “no charge.” What!? That’s so cool. When I’m ready to change my tires, I'm definitely coming back here.
Great place really great service very quick. They charged me nothing to take my wheel tire off. They found a leak in the center of my tire and patched it for no charge. Very friendly service highly recommended
I visited this location with hopes of getting my tires serviced, an unfortunate nail it was.
I bought many tires from Big Brand, serviced my cars here, not regularly because they take a while but whenever I have time. But today it was a bad day, they couldn't help me get me back on the road like at all, didn't even try to sell me tires or anything, just a sorry we can't fix your nail. With the number of tire shops on that street you would think they would want the business but maybe they already have enough and don't want my money. Oh well. A quick fix-a-flat spray can did the job, thankfully Autozone is next door otherwise I would be SOL. Thanks for nothing Big Brand!
Came in for an alignment after dealing with another shop. Was told that the rear was non adjustable just like I was told at the simi valley location. Tech said my Toe Arm bolt was seized and that he will not be able to align the rear of the car. If you look at the second picture you will see that he actually made the rear of the car worse than what it was when it originally arrived. I don’t know if it’s because I came in for “warranty” that I didn’t get service but ended up taking jt to a shop in Moorpark call Hi-Tech. Highly recommend them. You can see they fixed the alignment and took 28 minutes from my appointment time.
I had a nail in my tire that needed to be repaired. I was told the nail was “too close to the edge of the tire.Nonsense. I was told I needed a new tire and they only had one in stock, an expensive one. I told him it was a leased car and the lease was up in eight months. I can’t believe that a Big Brand tire place had only one tire for a 2023 Subaru. Sorry but that was a scam and they knew it.

This place is a life saver! i had a nail in my tire this morning. i called Hersh and he gave me a same day appt. i arrived, they took my car right in, i ran across the street to grab some lunch and 30 min later i was back and they were done patching the tire up and on top of that it was free!
