They closed at 4:50 and hours are 9-5. I had like 2 bags and would’ve taken 3 mins max but they didn’t want to help. This is the closest one and it’s 20 mins away from me. And yet they still didn’t want to help me out even though it’s 10 mins from close and there were other people there too.
All the guys are very helpful, and respectable. I’ve never had any problems with them, and they make an effort to keep the place clean. I notice people complain that they close early….all business closes about a half hour earlier so EVERYONE (current customers at 4:30-4:45 depending) and employees can leave premises at 5pm. But employees usually ends up staying later due to not finishing up in time (counting funds, organizing back, etc). Pls be respectable, they’re only doing their job and you know they’re not being paid much. Think it’s an easy job? Sure, try sitting and standing outside 8 hours a day for 6 days a week in all kinds of temperatures staying in one spot and doing nothing else.
Arrived today at 4:50 with my 3 bags of recyclables and was told they could not help me and that they were closed. The sign says they close at 5:00. Very lazy!!
They "PAY" for all this Advertising with Big Signs in GREEN/WHITE with OPEN 9 TO 5? To Get Business? But want to set there own rules and Screw the company out of that money They Spent! Tuesday 3/12/24 4:32pm locked up tighter then a drum. Wowsers!
Convenient facility and location, but a large grip to not be open or close at the stated time. They actually close around 4:30pm - 4:45pm. Please update the open hours online and what’s on your sign.
